In India a man is guilty even after he is proven innocent & a woman is innocent even she is proven guilty, many case witness #StopAbuseMen .

Now our stupid Men of India will not even speak Up or who ever will speak up will be termed as anti-Women as Indian media are there to protect such type of Criminal women of India.
Do not forget such type of women are moving freely in India , some one beating men in metro , some one beating in road , some one beating in office and off course in their own home they are master to beat their own child, Husband ( Indian women awarded 3rd as Husband beater of the world ).

Will not be surprised, if tomorrow this women claim that the child had sexually assault her or even gang raped her , as by calm so none can touch her and our Indian men's protecting hormone will tiger immediately and justify such violent women .

Maggie or Bread-Banana, what’s your right choice baby?

We have witness the huge cry against Maggie and every one start from Tv anchor to Political Leaders, none spared a opportunity to make score how they are concern about healthy food.

The real problem is not Maggie, problem is unhealthy food served by a Multinational company and accused of maintain different quality standard for India vs other developed country.

I wonder, if Maggie was an unhealthy food, then how it increases its market share in Jet rocket speed.

We used to stay in hostel and witness even in 1990 the craziness of Chinese Food in weekend among all our friends. Never forget to go to NutanBazar (New market) and have Noodles as evening snacks by refusing our Hostel snacks Bread-Banana. Such trend even forced our Hostel cook also to learn making Noodles as Snacks once in week in Hostel.

So, Noodles was a favorite snacks for many Indian even before Maggie came to our life. Slowly even our Hostel also started to serve Maggie, because the main concern of Noodles let it be in street corner or at Hostel, was unhealthiness during preparation. We witness many time serve problem of stomach related problem along with acidity as norm after having Noodles.

Nestle by their strong marketing budget made us believe Maggie not only remove your concern of Hygienic food, but it also help to build your Child health and result the same became a daily snacks of every Child at home .

So, when some wrong news came about Maggie, we immediately connected to our Child health and safety, which Maggie itself branded as Child’s first choice compared to other competitors.

 It’s like dig your own feet to a dig you made for others.

Maggie was able to make a strong brand value in terms of non-Hygienic food compared to street side noodles.  But the fact is such product was never Hygienic or healthy as compared to Bread-Banana Combination, it was fine once for a week or month, but Maggie or noodles was never a substitute as daily food or snacks.

So, I prefer to stick with Bread-Banana as my favorite Snacks or breakfast and keep Maggie or Noodles as weekend or month end snacks only.

So, the learning for all Indian, what over west or China follow does not mean we Indian also have to follow and break our own traditional foods. Every foods success and failure depends on country’s nature and environment and need of quality standard also different for different countries.

So, instead of making some Brownie Score in social media promote our traditional favorite food of our Bachelor Hostel life also: Bread-Banana and keep the Maggie type food for week end only.

Neither Maggie nor Banana is unhealthy or non-hygienic food; make the right balance as our Body and mind needs both, healthy and little spicy type foods. It is up to you how often you stretch it in your daily menu.

So on the eve of High Court to hear Nestle plea on Maggie , time to ask your near or dear ones , Maggie or Bread-Banana, what’s your right choice baby?

Only a Father can put his life at risk knowingly or unknowingly for his Child. Many of you would have heard this popular story: 

Once a fatherand his 8 years old daughter was to cross a river. There was only one small damaged bamboo bridge to cross the river. The chances of bridge breaking down were very high if one was to walk through the bridge.

The father asked his daughter to hold his hand tightly, so that she would not fall down.

But the daughter said, “NO”, you hold my hand instead of me holding your hand.

The father was surprised and asked his daughter the reason?

The daughter replied, “I may leave your hand by mistake, but I know you will never leave my hand in any condition”.

That is the trust and confidence a Father gives to his Child.

Recently I witnessed an Advertisement of Gillette Role Model camping, where a 9 year old boy named Rudra, fights with his friend Kush, as Kush was hitting a sixer on every ball Rudra bowled to him. Rudra started using abusive words and they both end up fighting.

When his father questions him, from where he had learned such abusive words, he innocently replied “On TV bowlers use such words for Batsmen”.  

His father then tells him to go and apologise to his friend and congratulate his friends for his success.  

The boy asks his father “Why to congratulate?”

The father asks back, “Who hit the Six?”

The boy replies, “Kush”.

Father asks again “So, should Kush not be congratulated?”

Rudra understands what his father was trying to teach him. He rushes to Kush and apologises and congratulates him. His father later approaches Rudra and tells him that he will teach Rudra new bowling technique, so that he can bowl Kush out in the first ball the next time.

Father is the first teacher any child witnesses from their childhood. 

These all are happy stories that we all remember. But there are hidden truths in Indian society and courts of LAW, where more than 95% fathers are denied the custody of a child although comparatively they are more capable of taking care of their child’s welfare. Their paternal emotions for their own children get smashed day after day in the courtrooms, but Judges continue to use fathers as FREE ATM machines.

With time more and more anti-men, anti-father laws like 498A, DV, CRPC125, adultery laws etc, family harmony is being destroyed and the couple are fighting in court across 6 to 8 cases against each other. Such fathers and husband are treated as guilty till proven innocent.

The verbal statements of a wife are considered as gospel truth, irrespective of the audio/video evidence husbands and fathers provide, irrespective of their heart wrenching distress that is evident to all present in the courtrooms. Everyone, but the judges can see that he is not at fault, and label him a criminal, a worthless, incapable father unless higher courts state otherwise.

On average it takes between 5 to 7 years to prove a man his innocence. Historically and statistically, in more than 90% cases courts eventually find Husbands and fathers not at fault. However by this time he has lost 5 to 7 years of his golden years that he would have lived and shared with his loved child. No court, no society, no sympathy, nobody, not even Almighty God can give back those precious years to a husband, a father. While a father lives in pain during these years, a child misses out on all the love, affection, care, guidance that the child would have received from his father.

The most unbearable pain such fathers get is the pain of being deprived to meet and share moments with their own child or children. Many a times, when such pain crosses a certain threshold, fathers see no choice but to end their lives to stop living with such unbearable pain. In SIF, we have witnessed numerous cases where men have ended their lives silently, but at the same time being apologetic to their children for not having suffered ongoing pain. On various video sharing websites like Youtube, one can find many videos like that of Syed Makhdoom who have left final messages for their children and the world.

As a SIF moderator, in last 10 years, I have seen more than 7000+ cases, where a husband has been treated just like a free ATM machine. To get a basic visiting right for his child, court keeps giving dates after date. After many years of a long painful fight against the rotten, corrupt system, when he does eventually get a legal right, the wife does not obey the court order and poisons the child’s mind against his own father, labelling him as the worst person in the world; as ifDawood Ibrahim would be a better person than his own father.  

Anish Aggarwal, a 38 years old bright Software engineer, has been paying Rs 6000 per month for the past 2 years as maintenance to his child; however he continues to wait to meet his child. He continues to endure this pain in hope. Hope that one day he will be able to meet his child, give him a hug and shower his blessings upon the child. His child and he continue to miss those precious moments that they both deserve and need as humans.

Mr. ShymalVikram, 39 years old, HR manager in a MNC, managed to see his child in the 8^th year after paying Rs 8000 per month for 7 years. He was over the moon when he met his child. However who will return those precious 7 years of love and affection that he wanted to give and his child had right to receive? 

Mr. KunalMitra, had child visiting order in hand for 3 year, but failed to meet his child. When he reached in front of his wife’s home to meet his child, she filed more cases like Domestic violence to threaten him. Why has society given such ludicrous powers to wives that they continue to misuse and destroy a father and his love for his child?

Mr. Ashish Sarkar, 38 years old works in a media house. For the last 2 years he has been fighting in a court to find out if his child is a son or a daughter, let alone see the child. His wife on the other hand seeks maintenance for the child! Where is humanity heading, where is our Indian society moving towards with so much greed and selfishness?  

Mr. Ashish Sarkar, had a judgment, where the judge clearly mentioned in maintenance cases order, that it is totally unfair on part of wife to hide the child’s sex. Unfortunately due to rampant gender bias and blindness towards men and fathers, he cant do anything against such injustice even in a court. Why do we have a judicial system that is so diseased and disabled? 

Similar to such real life situations, such injustice to Indian fathers is rampant. India is heading speedily towards a fatherless society.  

In a recent letter, a Delhi based NGO Save Family Foundation questioned WCD (Women and child Ministry) on Father’s Day - Can a Child get Divorced?( Link )

They also cited statistics on how a Fatherless society is dangerous:

As we know fathers play a vital role in the development of a child. In United States of America, reported statistics inform us that Children from fatherless homes are:

1. 5 times more likely to commit suicide

2. 32 times more likely to run away from home.

3. 20 times more likely to have behavioural disorders

4. 9 times more likely to drop out of high school.

5. 10 times more likely to abuse chemical substances (become drug addicts)

In India, if you were to go through the crime data on Children and Adolescents, you will notice that more than 70 percent are fatherless children while more than 90 percent of call girls under prostitution net, confirm that they don’t have a father.

But will our LAW makers, WCD and Court Judges ever understand this and should they continue to use fathers as Free ATM machine only? If only money were able to provide a good welfare fora child, then all children from rich homes would have good moral characters and would never have any criminal records.

A child needs a teacher, a trusting relationship, a guiding friend, a loving father and a figure who has a God-like nature for blessings. Only a father can provide these as a single entity on this planet. These cannot be bought by money and no other human can give these to a child the way a Father does.

Now a days we witness Supreme Court, LAW makers and radical feminist groups advocating mediation/counselling from women’s cells all across the country. However these women cells have become cells of legal extortion and blackmailing cells for desperate, distressed fathers.

In my opinion as an advocate for Family harmony and child benefit, I suggest that children should have access to both parents irrespective of whether couple are able to reunite or separate amicably. That should be a standard process if we are to keep the child’s welfare at the forefront. Clearly a child cannot express such common-sense desire in women’s cell or Police stations or the NGO heads who are too often blinded in the name of women empowerment.

Please don’t kill the emotion of a Father for his child, an emotion that cannot be created or duplicated by force, law or threats. Biased practices in the courtrooms and society also kill the emotions of a child that are created by nature. Such emotional bonds are needed for a normal development of a child physically, emotionally, morally, spiritually and socially.

Very sadly, many lawyers, judges and others with blinded vision feel proud when a wife gets complete child custody or receives a big fat amount of money in the name of child care. Commonly we hear “A child has been united by his mother”. Nobody says “A child has been separated from his Father”. Such children become and remain fatherless forever.

As responsible adults, we must encourage children to meet separated Father’s home every weekend and whenever there is an opportunity, instead of supervised visitations or meetings limited to family court premises or within a park etc.

We must seek Law makers and Politicians to Grant immediate and equal (child) access to both parents, to legislate laws and make co-parenting mandatory to prevent expanding a fatherless society.

A Ray of Hope for abused/Depressed Indian men : SIF

Save Indian family (SIF) A name which few people would have heard or cared about 9 years back, but today this is a force to reckon with. The membership of SIF has reached lakhs across the world. Most of the prominent members of SIF come from well-educated and respected families. 

SIF also has a large number of women supporters who have joined the movement realizing the pain and trauma men and their families go through in Indian society. Many of these women supporters have been victims themselves as sisters, mothers and mother-in-laws. These ladies themselves were falsely implicated due to gender biased laws that are wife-centric. Members of SIF aim to protect men and women from extortionist wives, corrupt Police officials and biased judiciary.

This is a true story of a man, Bharat. In 2005, Bharat was a hard-working young man, who jumped through many hoops to make a successful career as a scientist. He was raised to believe that a good man puts women and children first, protects and provides for his family, respects women, and endures pain and sacrifice without heaving a sigh.

Unfortunately, he was unaware of a fact that good men are often at the receiving end of abuse; until he himself became a victim of spousal violence and witnessed societal apathy towards men like him. To add to his woes, he also became victim of gender biased law IPC Section 498A, a law which gave undue credibility to his wife, and treated him as guilty until he could prove himself innocent. He was arrested and imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. He had to witness his parents and siblings being jailed for no fault of theirs. He lost his job and suffered unbearable pain due to separation from his child. Having lost all hope, he ended his life at a tender age of 28. In local dailies, news of his death was flashed as "A scientist ends his life due to financial problems.”

Bharat’s story is just one of more than 68000 thousand men in India, whose thankless lives taken away every year just when they are ready to blossom. Statistics from the National Crime Records Bureau show that every 9 minutes one married Indian man committed suicide unable to withstand verbal, emotional, economic and physical abuse and legal harassment.

An unanswered question from SIF to all social activists and law makers: Is the Pain of A Mother or Sister any less when they lose their Son or Brother?

In the last 150 days SIF and its associated 35+ NGOs all over India, have been mentioned in the media in 60 different articles. If every article has been read by at least 100,000 people, then about 8 million people across the world would have known or heard about SIF and that is something to be proud of.

We believe in the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi and we get our inspiration from this great man. We believe in his words "First they ignore you, then they mock you, then they fight you, then you win "!!

SIF is aware of the odds stacked against it. SIF knows very well that media and other industries would love to see more family break ups, because family breakups increase spending and this further drives up the demands for the goods and products. "A united family will own one TV while a dived family will need two is the simple reasoning.”

However SIF knows it will win, because SIF is on the same side as truth is and we believe that "Truth Always Wins"(Satyamev Jayate).

SIF may not have the blessing of the Government of India, but we do have the blessings of thousands of mothers, grandmothers and sisters who work and fight with us day in and day out trying to educate the slumbering Indian populace.

SIF has the support of hundreds of small but nevertheless important NGOs who work with us to spread the word on how gender biased laws are destroying Indian society. We all try to wake up the people of India to bring about gender equality in the society.

We know we will win and we will succeed in creating a Ministry for the Welfare of Indian Men .

We know that the night is darkest before the sun shines and the SIF has no doubt that the sun will shine and spread the rays of hope, peace and family harmony that will keep the Indian family as a cohesive unit for the next ten thousand years.

On this occasion, SIF would also like to review the present status of men in Indian society and highlight the need to accord men the privileges and protections that they rightly deserve as fellow humans.

Thousands of men are becoming victims of "legal terrorism" unleashed by the misuse of Indian Penal Code Section 498A, Protection of Women Against Domestic Violence Act, adultery laws, laws against rape and sexual harassment, and even divorce, maintenance and child custody laws.

The Universal Declaration of Human rights states that "all are equal before the law, and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law". Article 14 of the Indian Constitution declares that "The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India." However, the Government of India has not made any provisions to protect men against any form of domestic abuse or harassment at the work place.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights also proclaims that "everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law."  However, women-centric laws in India presume that the accused man is guilty until he can prove his innocence, thus violating the presumption of innocence and the principles of fair trial which is guaranteed under Articles 20 and 21 of the Constitution of India, in addition to defying the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

SFF has been working hard to sensitize the public to these serious issues, and to urge the Government to take appropriate measures to alleviate men's woes in the present times.

I request all honest citizens of India, to Join SIF Team, to Stop such legal terrorism against Indian men and demand to replace the word "Husband/wife" to "Spouse" and "Men/Women" to "Person" in all Laws and Policies. This is followed all across the world and assumptions that Women never lie do not hold ground. As per Indian Laws her verbal allegations, without any evidence, are sufficient to label anyone as a rapist, wife beater or dowry seeker. This is nothing but promotion of injustice and such injustice has and will continue to become an extortion tool.

On the eve of SIF Foundation day , we make an appeal to Indian Government to Form

Ministry of Men's Welfare.

Surrogate Child A Option for Child less Father of India?

Save Indian Family Yahoo Group every day we witness such cry from many Indian Fathers , who are refused to meet their own child years together in spite of paying child maintenance or even court order. Many Fathers have child visiting rights from court , but their wife do not brother to obey the court order and when husband go back to court to implement the order, they get only date after date.

On the other hand we witness cases where wife left the child , go to some world tour or get married to some other guy and after 3 or 4 years suddenly one day come to court and apply for child custody , the same immediately granted not even in Guardianship act, but in Domestic violence act.

Means getting the access of Child for a Father's if his wife refuse is impossible to get as per Indian law lead to huge mental abuse and depression among them. 

Recently we witness many suicide cases due to such emotional abuse going on India and neither Judiciary, Media or Law makers shown any concern to Promote the Joint Child Custody system in India. They failed to recornise it is not father or mother right , it is Child right to have access to both parents and money does not come in picture.

Child Visiting for Indian fathers day by day became very difficult due to various biased LAW specially Domestic Violence act , where by a single compliant the Fathers had restricted to meet the child as by default.

Mr. Sayad a bright IT engineer end his life in Bangalore in End his life in 2008 and before suicide he put a YouTube Video for the whole world how his wife ensure he can't meet his own child.

In 2013 in Delhi Mr. Rajesh a media Journalist also end his life as in spite of fight in court last 4 years and paying child maintenance, his wife not allowed to meet his own child and one day he end his life.

Last year in Bangalore in case of Mr. Rudy when he want to meet his child the court order to pay 10L rupees, he paid the same but more than 1 years past his wife still not bring the child to allow him to meet. 

Mr. Rup , flighted 2-years in court to get a child visiting order , but in last 1 years able to see his child hardly 30 min as his ex-wife always ready with new new story that child is not available in home.

Visit to family court room forget about child custody , even to meet his own child they have to fight in court for years and if at all the visiting rights given like 1 or 2hrs in a month, that also not obeyed by wives. Child visiting for Men in India became like a Paid service TV serial or a movie where the Ticket you have to buy with huge cost and that also no grantee after buy the Child visiting Tickets, you will be allowed to see your child.

More than 80% of such court order violated by wife under whose custody the child is and Judges unable to implement their own order.

Bottom line the Fathers of India had been treated as Free ATM machine only. More than 95% cases the child custody refused to them and even do not allowed a visiting rights for 2 or 3 hours in a week.

Result last 2 or 3 years many man of India looking for the option of Sarogated Child and attractively pushing for THE ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY (REGULATION) BILL, 2008 (Click for Link)

While official statistics on the number of surrogacy cases arranged in India are not available, anecdotal evidence suggest a sharp increase. According to Delhi-based resource group SAMA, reproductive tourism in India alone is valued at over $450 million a year and was forecast by the Indian Council for Medical Research to be a six-billion-dollar-a-year market in 2008. Reports in 2011 pegged the market at over Rs2,000 crore.

Determination of status of the child –

(1) A child born to a married couple through the use of assisted reproductive technology shall be presumed to be the legitimate child of the couple, having been born in wedlock and  with the consent of both spouses, and shall have identical legal rights as a legitimate child born through sexual intercourse.

(2) A child born to an unmarried couple through the use of assisted

reproductive technology, with the consent of both the parties, shall be the legitimate child of both parties.

(3) In the case of a single woman the child will be the legitimate child of the woman, and in the case of a single man the child will be the legitimate child of the man.

(4) In case a married or unmarried couple separates or gets divorced, as the case may be, after both parties consented to the assisted reproductive technology treatment but before the child is born, the child shall be the legitimate child of the couple.

(5) A child born to a woman artificially inseminated with the stored sperm of her dead husband shall be considered as the legitimate child of the couple.

(6) If a donated ovum contains ooplasm from another donor ovum, both the donors shall be medically tested for such diseases, sexually transmitted or otherwise, as may be prescribed, and all other communicable diseases which may endanger the health of the child, and the donor of both the ooplasm and the ovum shall relinquish all parental rights in relation to such child.

(7) The birth certificate of a child born through the use of assisted reproductive technology shall contain the name or names of the parent or parents, as the case may be, who sought such use.

Laws regulating commercial surrogacy are at best fluid, differing widely from country to country. In other nations where commercial surrogacy is legal, like Russia or Ukraine, single parents or gay couples are allowed to hire a surrogate. In the U.S., regulations vary from state to state; in Arkansas, for example, single people are allowed to hire a commercial surrogate, but the rules are ambiguous when it comes to gay couples. In California, there are no restrictions on the service based on sexual orientation or marital status.

But with the Present situation of Indian biased treatment to Indian Fathers by Judiciary, LAW Makers and Media who converted the Child visiting right for Fathers = Paid service watching some TV serial/Movie show only, no emotion of child or father's taken into consideration will happily well come such step.

With the time we will see Surrogate Child only Option left for Child less Father of India as biased Domestic Violence LAW along with proposed New Divorce Bill, where your wife can run away with your child and you don't even have any Legal recourse in India to oppose that.

Huma Khan sentenced to 3 years jail for torturing minor girl: Why Electronic media is silent?

Would please tell us what restrict you all to term such crime as heinous crime? As the same done by a women, you all are silent?

If this had been done by any men , all news channel had been made the provocation and protest with claim Indian girls are not safe and amend the law to fulfill the male haters fantasy to kill innocent men?
Please please make the "Work Place Harassment law gender neutral" more than 35+ country have allover the world , as criminal does not have any sex, caste or religion.

Full news : Huma Khan sentenced to 3 years jail for torturing minor girl: Why Electronic media is silent?

Huma Khan, a 47-year-old actress who had appeared in a string of C grade films during the late 80s and early 90s, has been charged for kidnapping and criminal intimidation and sentenced to three years of rigorous imprisonment by Additional Sessions Court Judge AR Waghwate.

Her brother Shammiuddin Moinuddin Shaikh, though booked, has been acquitted after he made the court believe that he was impotent. Medical reports , however, prove otherwise.

Khan, a resident of Dahisar, was arrested for the illegal detention of her maid's daughter. The victim, Shanti Mansingh Vishwakarma, 16, had alleged she had been taken to Pune from June 2007 to February 2008 by the small time actress, and where her brother raped her three times.
A complaint registered by the victim's mother Reshma Mansingh Vishwakarma at the Mira Road Police Station on February 25, 2008 declares: "Khan and Shaikh had illegally kept the girl and burnt her with cigarettes. Sixty-six injury marks have been found on her body."
Chief Public Prosecutor RJ Qadri said, "She was arrested after the complaint on charges of rape, attempt to murder, kidnapping and criminal intimidation under Sections 307, 363, 376 read with 114 of the IPC. She was in Kalyan Jail but left on bail later."

Shanti often used to accompany her mother when she used to work for Khan in the Rashmi Tanna Building in Mira Road. After her film career failed to take off, Khan shifted to Pune to stay near her brother. She took her maid Reshma's daughter with her saying she will treat Shanti as her own daughter and manage all her expenses.

Hemlata Deshmukh, Additional Public Prosecutor said: "We are not satisfied with the judgement that has been met out to Shammiuddin Shaikh. We will appeal to higher court."

Shanti, after a year of surviving the torture, managed to reach her mother and told her plight. Her mother then took her to the police and doctors who said that the wounds indicate that she had been beaten up and singed with cigarettes on almost all parts of her body, including her tongue.

History witness let start from Mahabharata to any terrorist organizations or political agitations, they had always used the women abuse as excuses to create war and kill innocent men, although there is enough examples the criminal activity is not a gender specific issue.
