Many non-Muslim men in Twitter made fool that 498A, CRPC125, DVact does not apply on Muslim Men, those are in that dream world , we would request them one time visit to Indian Court and see by your own eyes! 

The provisions of the ban of #TripleTalaq Act passed by Indian Law makers, proves #Misandry at best, converting a Civil disputes to criminal offence. In the World no country have such provision, they regulate the Talaq via Civil law only and punishment after proved that you violated the law. But here as accused itself (not proved you are guilty), you have to go jail and get punishment, as its criminal law.

MainFeatures:

·         All declaration of instant triple talaq, including in written or electronic form, to be void (i.e. not enforceable in law) and illegal.

• (Let you say 1000 times talaq, you do not get any relief).

·         Instant triple talaq remains cognisable offence with a maximum of three years imprisonment and a fine. The fine amount is decided by the magistrate.

·         The offence will be cognisable only if information relating to the offence is given by the wife or her blood relative.

• (If there is no evidence of Triple Talaq or witness, then also she or her parents, brother, sister can very well say to police that you verbally given Triple Talaq and police is bound to register the FIR & can arrest without any warrant from court).

·         The offence is non-bailable. But there is a provision that the Magistrate may grant bail to the accused. The bail may be granted only after hearing the wife and if the Magistrate is satisfied with reasonable grounds for granting bail.

• (After file case , if wife do not come to court , your bail at least one or two time will be rejected, as her advocate will make sure she does not come to court with some excuses and here judge is help less).

·         The wife is entitled to subsistence allowance. The amount is decided by the magistrate.

• ( Irrespective she have 1ruppes or 1 billion rupees ).

·         The wife is entitled to seek custody of her minor children from the marriage. The manner of custody will be determined by the Magistrate.

• ( Irrespective she is honest or criminal, having link to any anti-social element, child abuser, mental disease, druggist or adulterous)

·         The offence may be compounded (i.e. stop legal proceedings and settle the dispute) by the Magistrate upon the request of the woman (against whom talaq has been declared).

• (Like ordering some Pizza or cup of tea, then she can cancel the same as per her wish or whims at any point of time).

Once again the same presumption made during formation this #Unfairlaw , A #WomenNeverLie , so her verbal word itself is sufficient to term a Man is criminal and send behind the Bar as accused . Our Law makers had not learnt any lesson from law like 498A, Dowry, DVact, CRPC125, Rape, Sexual harassment law.

#MiLord of Supreme Court of India already made #TripleTalaq as void. Means if any Husband let say 1000 times Talaq , he does not get any relief. But if his wife goes to police station and says her husband had given her #TripleTalaq and it became mandatory for Police to register FIR and arrest the Husband, as the same had been made Cognizable Offence.

So, another Legal toll of #LegalTerrosim provided to Muslim Women to do blackmail, extortion to their husband along with 498A, DVact , CRPC125 .

Two wrong can’t be a Right think. Such type of #UnfairLaw kill the Fairness in Justice System, it promotes dis-harmony with leads to increase in violence & crime in society, but who cares. We choose MP’s to Make law and they are successfully misusing/abusing the same in the name of Constitution article 15 (3) against men and our #MiLord refuse to act or put any break on that.

Already bad marriage for men is nightmare; suicide of Married Men is double than married Women, but law makers determined to make their life more miserable by adding multiple law and burden on them.

So, some precaution for Muslim Men in this world of technology and redefine their role for Society must:

• 1     Mobile: Immediately put a password based screen Lock System. If your wife uses your phone and just sends some SMS or whatsapp message of #TripleTalaq to her phone, it became evidence and your 3-years convection is almost 100% grantee.
• 2.       Email, Social Profile: Ensure double password Lock System, so that hacking became difficult.
• 3.       Property & Assets: Review all your Property, assets, Bank saving, the more you have in your name, you are at more risk. Find some trust for Men well fare or create one and Gift them immediately.
• 4.       Book Old age Home: Find some good Old age Home and immediately Book an accommodation there or if you are capable start making one as trust, shelter home for Men, as there is no grantee you will be able to be allowed to stay at your own home, if your wife does not want, irrespective the same home in your name or in her name.
• 5.       Document your suffering: Till date you may have ignored many of your suffering due to your wife abusive, violent, cheating, adultery actions with hope that she will change. But now, please start documented the same, you do not know when it will be required.
• 6.       Review your relationship: Like every year we file ITR at the end of financial year with the help of CA, its time of review your relationship status with some MRA community and start taking corrective, preventive action to reduce your losses and suffering.
• 7.       Misandry Free : You can see when it comes to washing any man in Parliament or in office or in Road in spite of ideological difference Jay/Hema/May along with Ravi/Navi all get together to make life miserable of Men. As a man you too enjoy when you see some Men is suffering as entertainment, come out from Misandry or you can be next.
• 8.       #FightWith Smile: You born in this country and unfortunately get married with Indian women. So you have no choice, but to accept all the injustice, as that’s law of land. But as accused, no one can snatch your right to stick with Truth. Truth can’t be sacrificed for any think and any think can be sacrificed for truth. Fight and if required learn to take the Bullet in Chest than in Back , never ever surrender run away from war field and show the back .

• Question Of Law for SC : This #TripleTalaq law is a criminal Law or Civil Law ? Its linked with Maintenance & child custody also. If Criminal Law an accused can be arrest then final order can be punishment of Jail & Fine if found guilty. But if Civil Law the punishment of Jail & Fine should be if person violate the court order.

“This father’s day, I am expressing my love towards my dad by participating in the #HugYourDad activity at BlogAdda in association with Vicks.”

Last one week we were very happy to see so many corporate brands today recognize the Value of #Fathersday and came out with multiple awareness activity. 

When I write 21st June: Sunday #Fathersday: What you planned? Subsequently witness  many activity like with message like , #SelfiwithFather , #PapaHaiNa , #Luv2Dad , #LoveforDad , #HugYourDad and the list is never ending in social media.

But when I receive a mail from a father: To my kiddo, with love! , who is separated from his kid, how he feel, have ever we try to understand?

Dear Kiddo,

Lots of love and wishes.

I always write my diary with a hope that one day when you grow up, you will read this and understand that how much your father loves you.

Father's day is around the corner and I am looking forward to meet you on that day; hopefully. I say hopefully because there are many people around me who really do not like my meeting with you, especially your mamma. But a day will come, for sure when you will be with me, forever.

You know kiddo; I was always excited about you. It started with the day when mamma told me that she has conceived you. My happiness knew no bounds on hearing the news and I was jumping in excitement. I took your mamma in my arms and told her that she was about to give me the best gift of my life.

The next nine months made me a different man. Day and night, I thought about you. I became less carefree and more caring. I took extra care of mamma so that she did not get uncomfortable. I took responsibility of the house and started doing small household chores as well. It was a pressure situation for me to manage my office work along with household work. But I wanted your mamma and you to be in best of your health. I wanted that nothing should affect you whatsoever. All for you, dear. I was so excited, so happy.

I told your mamma that I shall be your best buddy for life. I shall be there always for you, in sunshine and in grey.

One fine day, I told your mamma about all the financial planning I am going to do for you so that your future is secured; so that you get a good education; so that you enjoy all the goodies of life. I want you to feel proud for your father. I never knew your mamma had planned a different type of financial planning.

Months passed by and finally the day came when you were about to come to earth. I was nervous, pensive and all emotional till you came. The moment your umbilical cord was cut and I heard that you came on earth, my eyes were flooded.  Flooded with tears of happiness.  You made my world complete. People say parenting is a tough job and I indeed felt so but looking at you took away all the pains for me. I enjoyed my sleepless nights, changing your nappies, singing Lorries for you so that you sleep.

I was so excited with each passing day of your growing up and I made sure that I captured each and every moment through my lens. I felt as if I am the luckiest person on the earth. I live by and cherish those memories now as you are not around me.

I always wished to carry you on my back, throw you in the air and catch you back, be the horse for you to ride, teach you how to ride a bicycle and what not. But probably, I never knew that a situation would come in my life when you would be snatched away from me.

It was seemingly all going great until that fateful day. Mamma had a fight with me and she was upset. I went to office thinking everything shall be fine by evening. When I came back, you and your mamma were not at home. I was shocked and surprised. You both had gone to your maternal grandparent’s house and your mamma told me to be back in couple of days. I never ever thought what she would do two days later. She complained to police that I torture her and don't take care of you. I was called to the police station and IPC498A was imposed on me; by the person who was my world; by the person whom I gave my everything. Your mamma made me a criminal in a moment without giving a second thought. My world was shattered.

Mamma took you away to Nani's house. From that day, you are there. I miss you a lot kiddo. Life is incomplete without you. I have a hidden fear that you might forget my identity. Mamma and Nani feed you with all sorts of imaginary negative things about me. I just pray to God that you do not grow up hating me. I am not like that kiddo. I hope one day you will understand.

You know kiddo your papa was down but not out. Your papa had not lost courage and hope. Your papa had decided: to fight; fight for you, fight for justice. A day will come when I will bring you to my world, indeed. And then, every day shall be father's day.

This not a simple mail, it expose how our Society and Law makers are victim of Misendric – Male Hatered Mindset , the pain and suffering of a separated Father from their Kid ignored so easily and their cry never reach to deaf ears of our LAW makers. 

But NGO like SaveFamily Foundation take the imitative and Plan to make a massive awareness Campaign on 21^st June, 2015 in the Heart of Delhi i.e. CP from 4PM onwards.

We know such separated Fathers of India does not get any hearing, but hope the effort of SFF self Supported Volunteers,  will able to reduce some of their pain on the Eve of #Fathers day who are deprived from the #HugYourDad.

 

A Ray of Hope for abused/Depressed Indian men : SIF

Save Indian family (SIF) A name which few people would have heard or cared about 9 years back, but today this is a force to reckon with. The membership of SIF has reached lakhs across the world. Most of the prominent members of SIF come from well-educated and respected families. 

SIF also has a large number of women supporters who have joined the movement realizing the pain and trauma men and their families go through in Indian society. Many of these women supporters have been victims themselves as sisters, mothers and mother-in-laws. These ladies themselves were falsely implicated due to gender biased laws that are wife-centric. Members of SIF aim to protect men and women from extortionist wives, corrupt Police officials and biased judiciary.

This is a true story of a man, Bharat. In 2005, Bharat was a hard-working young man, who jumped through many hoops to make a successful career as a scientist. He was raised to believe that a good man puts women and children first, protects and provides for his family, respects women, and endures pain and sacrifice without heaving a sigh.

Unfortunately, he was unaware of a fact that good men are often at the receiving end of abuse; until he himself became a victim of spousal violence and witnessed societal apathy towards men like him. To add to his woes, he also became victim of gender biased law IPC Section 498A, a law which gave undue credibility to his wife, and treated him as guilty until he could prove himself innocent. He was arrested and imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. He had to witness his parents and siblings being jailed for no fault of theirs. He lost his job and suffered unbearable pain due to separation from his child. Having lost all hope, he ended his life at a tender age of 28. In local dailies, news of his death was flashed as "A scientist ends his life due to financial problems.”

Bharat’s story is just one of more than 68000 thousand men in India, whose thankless lives taken away every year just when they are ready to blossom. Statistics from the National Crime Records Bureau show that every 9 minutes one married Indian man committed suicide unable to withstand verbal, emotional, economic and physical abuse and legal harassment.

An unanswered question from SIF to all social activists and law makers: Is the Pain of A Mother or Sister any less when they lose their Son or Brother?

In the last 150 days SIF and its associated 35+ NGOs all over India, have been mentioned in the media in 60 different articles. If every article has been read by at least 100,000 people, then about 8 million people across the world would have known or heard about SIF and that is something to be proud of.

We believe in the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi and we get our inspiration from this great man. We believe in his words "First they ignore you, then they mock you, then they fight you, then you win "!!

SIF is aware of the odds stacked against it. SIF knows very well that media and other industries would love to see more family break ups, because family breakups increase spending and this further drives up the demands for the goods and products. "A united family will own one TV while a dived family will need two is the simple reasoning.”

However SIF knows it will win, because SIF is on the same side as truth is and we believe that "Truth Always Wins"(Satyamev Jayate).

SIF may not have the blessing of the Government of India, but we do have the blessings of thousands of mothers, grandmothers and sisters who work and fight with us day in and day out trying to educate the slumbering Indian populace.

SIF has the support of hundreds of small but nevertheless important NGOs who work with us to spread the word on how gender biased laws are destroying Indian society. We all try to wake up the people of India to bring about gender equality in the society.

We know we will win and we will succeed in creating a Ministry for the Welfare of Indian Men .

We know that the night is darkest before the sun shines and the SIF has no doubt that the sun will shine and spread the rays of hope, peace and family harmony that will keep the Indian family as a cohesive unit for the next ten thousand years.

On this occasion, SIF would also like to review the present status of men in Indian society and highlight the need to accord men the privileges and protections that they rightly deserve as fellow humans.

Thousands of men are becoming victims of "legal terrorism" unleashed by the misuse of Indian Penal Code Section 498A, Protection of Women Against Domestic Violence Act, adultery laws, laws against rape and sexual harassment, and even divorce, maintenance and child custody laws.

The Universal Declaration of Human rights states that "all are equal before the law, and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law". Article 14 of the Indian Constitution declares that "The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India." However, the Government of India has not made any provisions to protect men against any form of domestic abuse or harassment at the work place.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights also proclaims that "everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law."  However, women-centric laws in India presume that the accused man is guilty until he can prove his innocence, thus violating the presumption of innocence and the principles of fair trial which is guaranteed under Articles 20 and 21 of the Constitution of India, in addition to defying the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

SFF has been working hard to sensitize the public to these serious issues, and to urge the Government to take appropriate measures to alleviate men's woes in the present times.

I request all honest citizens of India, to Join SIF Team, to Stop such legal terrorism against Indian men and demand to replace the word "Husband/wife" to "Spouse" and "Men/Women" to "Person" in all Laws and Policies. This is followed all across the world and assumptions that Women never lie do not hold ground. As per Indian Laws her verbal allegations, without any evidence, are sufficient to label anyone as a rapist, wife beater or dowry seeker. This is nothing but promotion of injustice and such injustice has and will continue to become an extortion tool.

On the eve of SIF Foundation day , we make an appeal to Indian Government to Form

Journey of SIF on the Eve of 10th Foundation Day

On the eve of Save Indian Family (SIF) foundation day , many people will not be knowing that in India the suicide rate of married men are increasing by rocket high , every 9 min one mother or sister lost their married son or brother.

This is a true story of a Delhi Based Guy, who once loved some one and marry her and send me this mail in 2005: A Day in Women Cell !!

It reminds me his humiliated face in Saturday weekly meeting in 2005, when he just came out from the women cell date.

 

498A, DV Laws create such stories everyday!!

Police officer to Menaka "What do you want?” Do you want to go back or you want to have mutual divorce? IO, a police officer (CAW Cell in charge) asks Menaka.

Menaka : I tried my best but now I want a divorce as I can’t go back.

Police Officer: So, how do you want divorce.

Menaka : If he (Husband), can compensate me with 20 lacs, I shall go for mutual divorce.

Police Officer to Husband: Tell me man, what do you want? Do you agree to pay 20 lacs?

Husband : Sir, I wanted to have my wife back but now, if she is asking for divorce, I’m left with no other option but to comply to her desire. 20 lacs this is a huge amount and I don’t have it. My wife has already taken all what we had as our mutual saving and so, paying 20 lacs now to her, is now next to impossible for me.

Menaka : But we have spent even more than that over the marriage and so, I will not agree on anything less than this.

Police Officer: Ok, let’s do it like this, you both go to other room and discuss what the best figure you can agree on this.

Husband: Sir, I don’t want to go anywhere as I’ve no faith left. What she will agree with me at the back may deny later and so, let’s talk about it here only.

Menaka : There is no need to discuss any further as I’ll not agree on any other figure.

Police Officer to the husband: Decide man, I think you should agree to what she is asking else things will become difficult for you and your family.

Husband: Sir, please have mercy on us. I’ll not be able to pay this much. I can still try to pay somewhere around 50% of what is being asked by selling my fathers house as what I had saved that she has already taken.

Police Officer: I don’t think you have much of a choice but still I give you some more time to think about it. You can think over it once again for another 2 hrs. I suggest, check all your resources and then after 2 hrs from now, you all have to come here in my office again. Please do not try to take this lightly as you and your family is in big trouble already.

After 2 hrs

Police Officer to the husband: So, tell us what have you decided?

Husband: Sir, I have checked all my resources and honestly telling you that paying 20 lacs is not just possible for me.

Menaka’s Brother to the Police Officer: Sir, this fellow is telling a lie. He has 2 houses and a car and he is holding good position in a MNC. He can definitely pay this amount.

Menaka : I’ve told my final figure, officer. I’ve no time to waste. If they do not agree to my demand, I want you to take an action against them and file an FIR for dowry harassment.

Police Office to the husband: Look man, I’m left with no other option but to comply to the ladies desire if you don’t agree to her demand. You have old father & mother, why you don’t agree.

You know because of your adamant attitude, your old parents will have to suffer along with you. I suggest, you sign this agreement and pay your wife the amount she is asking else you guys will have to go to prison....PRISION. ..PRISION. ....!!

Husband shocked! One hand it is his wife demanding openly in front of Police officer 20lacks, but the same had not been termed as crime, but without any evidence he termed criminal along with his mother and married sisters.

Came back to home, socked, and depressed thinking how such injustice can be done with him? 

He is not afraid to go to jail, but why his mother and married sisters to be termed as criminal? 

He did not find any hope and started to search in internet “how to suicide “ and found a link some where Save Indian Family - Yahoo Groups  is a strong team of dedicated families comprising of victims of misuse of 498A, Misuse of R@pe law & all gender biased laws of India .

They run self supported volunteer’s helpline also and he called them for help or going to end his life .He was again shocked to know every 9 min one married men ending their life in India and no one have any concern.

When he called me , I asked him , what you will get by ending the life ? 

 

Do you think they will spare your mother or sisters if you die? We have enough examples after death of husband still his mother/sisters running in court under DV or 498A cases.

He asked so that to do?

I gave him the formula: Your stress = Uncertainty x Importance. First make one of them Zero. Your fear of arrest you are giving too much importance and the uncertainty, will you get bail or not going to vanish.

So, we decide if Bhagaht Singh can go to jail , why not we? 

If at all we have to die, let go to jail and then in jail itself will start hunger strike against such injustice but will not waste the life like more than 68000 married men are doing every year.

He made the importance Zero of fear to go to jail and cancel the idea of ending his life and became a commando of SIF movement.

Start reading RTI , various LAW books , Judgments and never miss the weekly meeting of SIF .

Few hours back seen his Facebook post as : " Today is my happiest day in life, court had given verdict in my 498A case and my mother, sister along with me given clean chit , we are found not guilty. Yes I have done it. "
