Girl make fake profile as Boy & Chat for Rape Girls ! 

Delhi Police issued Press Release and says : 

Investigation has revealed that the alleged Snapchat conversation is actually between a girl (sender) and a boy (receiver) in which the girl is sending chat messages through a fictional Snapchat account named 'Siddharth'. Using the fake identity of a male person, she suggested in the chat, a plan to sexually assault herself. 

The sad part is that after found the same in investigation that the Rape chat was Fake - no action taken against the Girls or against the DCW Chief Ms.Swati Maliwal who issued Notice to police with the Fake Rape Chat as evidence & put Video also in Twitter to arrest all Boys of #BoysLockeroom and created hatred towards school going Boys !

90% of NGOs seeking funds under WCD scheme found fake

NEW DELHI: In a disturbing revelation, the women and child development (WCD) ministry has found that nearly 90% of around 1,400 NGOs seeking financial grants under a major training and employment scheme were fake.

Top officials in the ministry said applications were invited from NGOs to impart skill development training to women in rural areas under its Support to Training and Employment Programme (STEP) which has a corpus of Rs 30 crore.

"We had received 1,400 to 1,500 applications of which 90% are fake. The scrutiny of applications revealed that most of the NGOs have applied multiple times giving false names and details," a senior official said.

STEP is a major programme being implemented by WCD ministry, aimed at providing employability skills to women. The official said the ministry has decided to upload the names of all fake NGOs on its website so that they can be "exposed" and "identified" by other ministries as well.

The last date of submission of project proposals by NGOs for financial assistance under the scheme for 2015-16 was March 31.

Applications were sought by the ministry from NGOs after the scheme was revised by WCD minister Maneka Gandhi to improve its implementation.

The ministry had earlier issued an advisory to all NGOs which had applied for financial grants under the scheme to impart training to women in sectors like carpentry, plumbing, electrical works and even construction and IT.

The STEP scheme has already covered 24,037 beneficiaries in 2014-15 and 31,478 beneficiaries in 2013-14. The number stood at 30,481 in the 2012-13.

Just go through the TOP rated women organizations, you will find Corers of Fund is available in their Balance sheet itself unused. They collect fund not only from Governments, get huge money from Outside India as well as corporate world in the name of CSR activity.

 

Every year more than 93-thousands men are ending their life vs 43 thousands women in India, i.e every 6mins a men end their life, but no corporate or Government spend a single rupees to reduce that or for well fare of men or Boys. Well fare of Men or Boys had never considered as CSR activity.

 

In the Name of Women Empowerment today in India you can get away by doing any Scam and Electronic Media will prefers to keep a Blind eye.

 

But as a Citizen of India we appeal to all Corporates and Government, before donate any money to Women NGO think twice, when it had been established by WCD itself more than 90% NGO seeking money in the name of Women are fake and remaining 10% who get fund also doughtfull , are they really do any good use of that money or not.

A Ray of Hope for abused/Depressed Indian men : SIF

Save Indian family (SIF) A name which few people would have heard or cared about 9 years back, but today this is a force to reckon with. The membership of SIF has reached lakhs across the world. Most of the prominent members of SIF come from well-educated and respected families. 

SIF also has a large number of women supporters who have joined the movement realizing the pain and trauma men and their families go through in Indian society. Many of these women supporters have been victims themselves as sisters, mothers and mother-in-laws. These ladies themselves were falsely implicated due to gender biased laws that are wife-centric. Members of SIF aim to protect men and women from extortionist wives, corrupt Police officials and biased judiciary.

This is a true story of a man, Bharat. In 2005, Bharat was a hard-working young man, who jumped through many hoops to make a successful career as a scientist. He was raised to believe that a good man puts women and children first, protects and provides for his family, respects women, and endures pain and sacrifice without heaving a sigh.

Unfortunately, he was unaware of a fact that good men are often at the receiving end of abuse; until he himself became a victim of spousal violence and witnessed societal apathy towards men like him. To add to his woes, he also became victim of gender biased law IPC Section 498A, a law which gave undue credibility to his wife, and treated him as guilty until he could prove himself innocent. He was arrested and imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. He had to witness his parents and siblings being jailed for no fault of theirs. He lost his job and suffered unbearable pain due to separation from his child. Having lost all hope, he ended his life at a tender age of 28. In local dailies, news of his death was flashed as "A scientist ends his life due to financial problems.”

Bharat’s story is just one of more than 68000 thousand men in India, whose thankless lives taken away every year just when they are ready to blossom. Statistics from the National Crime Records Bureau show that every 9 minutes one married Indian man committed suicide unable to withstand verbal, emotional, economic and physical abuse and legal harassment.

An unanswered question from SIF to all social activists and law makers: Is the Pain of A Mother or Sister any less when they lose their Son or Brother?

In the last 150 days SIF and its associated 35+ NGOs all over India, have been mentioned in the media in 60 different articles. If every article has been read by at least 100,000 people, then about 8 million people across the world would have known or heard about SIF and that is something to be proud of.

We believe in the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi and we get our inspiration from this great man. We believe in his words "First they ignore you, then they mock you, then they fight you, then you win "!!

SIF is aware of the odds stacked against it. SIF knows very well that media and other industries would love to see more family break ups, because family breakups increase spending and this further drives up the demands for the goods and products. "A united family will own one TV while a dived family will need two is the simple reasoning.”

However SIF knows it will win, because SIF is on the same side as truth is and we believe that "Truth Always Wins"(Satyamev Jayate).

SIF may not have the blessing of the Government of India, but we do have the blessings of thousands of mothers, grandmothers and sisters who work and fight with us day in and day out trying to educate the slumbering Indian populace.

SIF has the support of hundreds of small but nevertheless important NGOs who work with us to spread the word on how gender biased laws are destroying Indian society. We all try to wake up the people of India to bring about gender equality in the society.

We know we will win and we will succeed in creating a Ministry for the Welfare of Indian Men .

We know that the night is darkest before the sun shines and the SIF has no doubt that the sun will shine and spread the rays of hope, peace and family harmony that will keep the Indian family as a cohesive unit for the next ten thousand years.

On this occasion, SIF would also like to review the present status of men in Indian society and highlight the need to accord men the privileges and protections that they rightly deserve as fellow humans.

Thousands of men are becoming victims of "legal terrorism" unleashed by the misuse of Indian Penal Code Section 498A, Protection of Women Against Domestic Violence Act, adultery laws, laws against rape and sexual harassment, and even divorce, maintenance and child custody laws.

The Universal Declaration of Human rights states that "all are equal before the law, and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law". Article 14 of the Indian Constitution declares that "The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India." However, the Government of India has not made any provisions to protect men against any form of domestic abuse or harassment at the work place.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights also proclaims that "everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law."  However, women-centric laws in India presume that the accused man is guilty until he can prove his innocence, thus violating the presumption of innocence and the principles of fair trial which is guaranteed under Articles 20 and 21 of the Constitution of India, in addition to defying the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

SFF has been working hard to sensitize the public to these serious issues, and to urge the Government to take appropriate measures to alleviate men's woes in the present times.

I request all honest citizens of India, to Join SIF Team, to Stop such legal terrorism against Indian men and demand to replace the word "Husband/wife" to "Spouse" and "Men/Women" to "Person" in all Laws and Policies. This is followed all across the world and assumptions that Women never lie do not hold ground. As per Indian Laws her verbal allegations, without any evidence, are sufficient to label anyone as a rapist, wife beater or dowry seeker. This is nothing but promotion of injustice and such injustice has and will continue to become an extortion tool.

On the eve of SIF Foundation day , we make an appeal to Indian Government to Form

Ministry of Men's Welfare.

All India Forgotten Women’s Association announces boycott of International Women’s Day

About All India Forgotten Women’s Association:

All India Forgotten Women’s Association (AIFWA), a group of bereaved, beleaguered, harassed, distraught and tortured women of India, has decided to boycott observing the International Women’s Day which happens to fall on the 8^th of March. AIFWA gives a face and a voice to those mothers and sisters of husbands who have been harassed by women and women-centric laws and have nowhere to go. AIFWA gives a platform to women smitten by feminism to voice their woes and seek justice for the injustice done to them.

The Problem:

A lot of false cases are making their way to the courts under Section 498A (dowry law), Domestic Violence Act, various Maintenance sections in order to harass husband and his family and encash a bad marriage. These cases are primarily targeted to harass the husband and his family in order to coax them for an out of court settlement which more often than not involves huge alimony to the tune of millions and crores.

Often the entire family of the husband including small children, pregnant sisters, old parents, are named in the FIR in order to put pressure on the husband. It is ironical that, at the pretext of one woman, on average, 3 other women suffer who are the husband’s relatives.

Do you know?

1.      Every year close to 40,000 women are arrested in false dowry cases without trial or investigation on the basis of one uninvestigated complaint as per arrest data provided by the National Crime Record Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs.

2.      In the five years period from 2004 – 2009, close to 2,00,000 innocent women have been arrested in false dowry cases, while the British Government arrested just 20,000 women in 40 years as per arrest data provided by the National Crime Record Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs.

3.      Domestic Violence act has forced senior citizens to leave homes built by their own hard-earned money and live on footpaths and gurudwaras due to faulty orders of right to residence being passed against husband and his family.

4.      There is no provision of remedy for a woman harassed by her daughter-in-law or sister-in-law (brother’s wife).

5.      All the women-centric laws are, in reality, wife-centric laws and they discriminate amongst women and do not provide relief to mothers and sisters of husband when the wife and her family inflict violence onto them.

6.      As per study done by National Family Health Survey, women face 8 times more violence in their natal homes, at the hands of their mothers compared to that at the hands of their mothers-in-law post marriage.

7.      Every year more than 62000 husbands commit suicide as per data provided by the Home Ministry and not a single wife has been punished so far. None of the mothers or sisters of those men have received justice for the death of their sons or brothers.

8.      Feminists do not consider mothers and sisters of husband as women?

9.      When a distressed mother-in-law approaches the National Commission for Women for help, she is turned down as the alleged perpetrator is her daughter-in-law?

1These women have no platform to voice their concerns.

Boycott of International Women’s Day and Celebration of Forgotten Women’s Day

All India Forgotten Women’s Association have decided to boycott the “International Women’s Day” which falls on March 8^th and have instead decided to observe “Forgotten Women’s Day” on March 9^th, a day after International Women’s Day as a mark of protest against inter-gender and intra-gender discriminatory stands taken by feminists. The stands taken by feminists are just aimed at poisoning man-woman relationships in the society in order to monetize every intra-gender relationship under the cute name of “Women Empowerment”.

As the Govt. of India currently does not recognize the rights of these women, and passes laws as per the demands of the feminist lobby or the wife-centric lobby, these women have decided to call themselves as the “All India Forgotten Women’s Association” because amidst the feminist hoopla, the society/government/media has somewhere forgotten that mothers and sisters of husband are women too and need protection from abusive wives and their vicious and greedy families.

The Event

In order to mark the protest, register the boycott of International Women’s Day and observe the Forgotten Women’s Day, AIFWA announces a Dharna followed by peaceful protest march on the 9^th of March 2013 at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi (11:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Hundreds of mothers and sisters, supported by victimized husbands will be participating in the event to voice their grievances.

In spirit, they will be supported by thousands of members all over India belonging to various NGOs under the umbrella of the Save Indian Family (SIF) movement.

This event is being supported by at least 40 NGOs all over India like All India Mother-in-law Protection Forum (AIMPF), Mothers and Sisters Initiative (MASI), Mothers and Sisters of Husbands Against Abuse of Law (MASHAAL), Save Family Foundation (SFF), Save Indian Family Foundation (SIFF), Pati Pariwar Kalyan Samity (PPKS), Army Against Dowry Law Misuse (AADMI), Hridaya, SIFF Andhra Pradesh, SIFF Nagpur, Indian Family Foundation, Men’s Rights Association (MRA), Children's Rights Initiative for Shared Parenting (CRISP) to name a few.

These NGOs are spread across the country in cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Mysore, Kanpur, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chandigarh, etc. and carry a cumulative strength of at least 50, 000 members who have been victimized by misuse of dowry laws and domestic violence laws.

Our Demands

AIFWA places the following demand on Forgotten Women’s Day before the society and Govt.

·        The National Commission for Women was set up as statutory body in January 1992 under the National Commission for Women Act, 1990 ( Act No. 20 of 1990 of Govt. of India ) to :

·         review the Constitutional and Legal safeguards for women ;

·         recommend remedial legislative measures ;

·         facilitate redressal of grievances and

·         advise the Government on all policy matters affecting women.

We want NCW/Government to define specifically what is meant by “Woman”. Is she a mother, Is she a sister, Is she a mother-in-law, Is she a sister-in-law or Is she only a Wife.

Define clearly “Woman” in your Bye Laws.

·         We demand a separate cell in NCW to look after the grievances of Mother-in-Law and Sister-in-Law.

·         Every year more than 40,000 innocent women are arrested without any investigation over last 5 years under IPC Section 498A. We demand a public apology to these women, as the Government has done nothing to address the grievances of these women.

·         Reform National Commission for Women and Women and Child Development Ministry to include mothers and sisters as women, in their definition of women.

·         There is no law to protect a Woman from her son’s in laws. We demand a separate law for the protection of such Women.

·         Stop the discrimination against mothers and sisters of husband.

·         Stop the misuse of dowry laws and domestic violence laws.

·         Take steps to reduce suicides by Our Sons/Brothers.

·         Scrap all gender biased laws and bring in gender neutral laws only.
