Girl make fake profile as Boy & Chat for Rape Girls ! 

Delhi Police issued Press Release and says : 

Investigation has revealed that the alleged Snapchat conversation is actually between a girl (sender) and a boy (receiver) in which the girl is sending chat messages through a fictional Snapchat account named 'Siddharth'. Using the fake identity of a male person, she suggested in the chat, a plan to sexually assault herself. 

The sad part is that after found the same in investigation that the Rape chat was Fake - no action taken against the Girls or against the DCW Chief Ms.Swati Maliwal who issued Notice to police with the Fake Rape Chat as evidence & put Video also in Twitter to arrest all Boys of #BoysLockeroom and created hatred towards school going Boys !

Supreme Court Allows Child Visitation via Electronic media during Lockdown - A Panel Discussion

Save Family Foundation (SFF) & Men Welfare Trust (MWT), both registered NGOs, have been witnessing a huge surge on the issues specifically related to child visitation during Corona Lockdown.

Many of fathers, across India, have fought vigorously to get visitation orders to meet their children, amidst matrimonial disputes, from the respective Family Courts or Trial Courts. In many cases, our NGOs have come across the ordeals of fathers, who even after winning, are at the losing end, as the custodial mothers are misusing the Corona Lockdown to create a Chinawall between Father and Child.
Such Custodial Mothers have completely ignored the welfare of child and the rights of a child to meet their father. Since the existing visitation orders are not explicitly mentioning about the provision of Electronic Visitation (over Video Conferencing etc), many Custodial Litigating mothers are misusing this gap to their advantage. This has left many fathers helpless during these critical times and has created huge pressure on non-custodial fathers, about the health and safety of their children.

Seeing this huge issue for the very upbringing, rights of Children and respecting the intention of the courts, which granted visitation rights to father, a member of Men Welfare Trust (MWT) & Save Family Foundation (MWT), Dr. Tanuj Dhawan, took up the task of knocking the doors of justice at the highest level and filed an online Petition (PIL) in the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

While hearing and deciding the said petition by MWT, SFF member, the Hon’ble Supreme Court has issued clear observation that Electronic Contact instead of Physical visits can be substituted, keeping in view of the rights of the Child, non-Custodial parent and giving respect to the Intent of the respective Hon’ble courts, while granting visitation. The Hon’ble Supreme Court, further observed, that in case there is an aggrieved party (in this case, the non-custodial parent), they can approach to respective Family Court.

Based on these observations, MWT & SFF appeal to all the litigating parents to not use Corona or their own child as a tool of unleashing vengeance from the non-custodial parent (mostly fathers). The Observations of the Hon’ble Supreme Court are clear about Electronic Visitation to continue, as directed in the visitation orders.

We also would appeal humbly to all the Hon’ble Family Courts and Trial Courts of India to take a note of these observations from the Apex Court and provide quick and urgent redressal to the aggrieved parent, whose right of having visitation (physical or Electronic, as observed by Hon’ble Supreme Court, herein) is getting curtailed by the Custodial Parent (mostly mothers), during these times of pandemic.

Courts must also take into account the conduct of a custodial parent in these times, where stopping the visitation show their clear intentions, being against child welfare and hence cancel the custody to such parents.

At last, we are short of words while thanking Dr. Tanuj Dhawan, who took this petition Party in Person to the Hon’ble Supreme Court and did applaudable handwork in getting it listed as an urgent PIL and getting positive observations from the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

DNA News : More boys than girls dropping out of schools in India

Over 39% boys drop out from schools before completing elementary education compared to 33% girls. Poor academic performance, lack of interest in studies and need for employment to support family could be prime reasons, say experts.

More boys than girls are dropping out of the schools in India. As against 39% boys who dropped out before completing elementary education in 2013-14, only 33% girls did so, says the latest statistics of the Ministry of Human Resources and Development (MHRD).
In 2012-13, nearly 41% female students had dropped out of the schools without completing elementary education, as against 40.3% male students. The gender gap in dropout within a year appears to be more profound in the upper primary classes (5-8). The figures are based on provisional data of Unified District Information System for Education.
Poverty, poor academic performance, substandard teaching, migration and need for employment to support the family are major factors behind the higher dropout rate of the boys, say experts.
Until now, various reports had stated that more girls in India dropped out from schools leading to launch of target schemes like Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya. However, the fresh statistics suggest that the government needs to focus on arresting the dropout of boys as well.

International Men"s day: Spare A Thought to Stop Legal Terrorism against Men.

When violence against women and girls are always on everyone's agenda, abuse of boys or men is never talked about or discussed.

Many even do not know in a recent Women and Child ministers survey report show the sexual abuse of boys are 53% vs 47% girls as child.

As a result we see there is no welfare system in place for boys and the need of security and well being of boys is completely ignored simply based on their gender. Whenever this issue comes up in any discussion it is said that Indian boys never face any discrimination. This survey tries to capture the childhood abuse of Indian boys so that their issues can be highlighted and correct data can be presented to lawmaking bodies.

Now as the boys cross 18+ years and get termed as Men, suddenly all abuse or crime against them get vanished by default?

Suicide of Men due to Legal Terrorism in India

Crimes against men are ignored amidst the noise around crimes against women. India has ministries for environment, women and child welfare ( WCD) and a National Commission for Women , thousand of Women NGO — but it has no ministry or tribunal for men.

Since men are ignored in the lawmaking process, lawmakers do not represent men per se; there is around 50 pro-women laws whose usage in practice amount to being anti-men. They forget men are Human too and they also have right to Life and liberty as per Indian constitution article 21.

Men are Human too , Stop abuse them

The misuse of dowry harassment law (Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code) has invited strong observations from courts and various government committees. In Sushil Kumar Sharma vs Union of India, the Supreme Court equated misuse of IPC 498A to “legal terrorism”.

In 2003, the Justice Malimath Commission report on criminal justice reform recommended making offenses under IPC 498A bailable. Many other judgments have pointed to the gross misuse of this law. 

In October 2010, the Criminal Procedure Code was amended via CrPC Amendment Act 2008 to introduce CrPC Section 41A that laid down the procedure of arrests for all offenses that entail seven or fewer years of imprisonment and not just IPC 498a.

But only its applicability to IPC 498A is opposed by its misuser. The reason for this is that IPC 498A has evolved into a money-minting mechanism.

The steps are simple: File a case and get everyone in the family arrested. This starts the engine of money making right from arrests, release, litigation and settlement.

It is worth noting that the number of cases and arrests under IPC 498A has continued to increase, despite the introduction of Section 41A, while fewer cases have resulted in conviction.

This means that Section 41A procedures are not being followed, leading to the arrest of many innocents, the majority of whom are eventually exonerated by the courts.

Even now such arrests happen without investigations or due procedure. Women’s organizations are contesting the court judgment in the court of public opinion.

Keeping in mind maximum men are totally unaware about our criminal justice system  SIF with their limited resources,  try to educated masses through their various Training programs by which many victim false cases  able to prove their innocence in court than surrender in front of Legal terrorist . 

But such Training program may not able to give back the suffering one gone through , but help to reduce reduce your suffering and losses , it does not remove the root cause of such Legal Terrorism.

Need of the hour , A Gender Neutral Domestic Violence law and scrap IPC498A as in our IPC enough  laws like , blackmailing, extortion, attempt to murder laws capable to take care if there are any true allegations of abuse with prima face evidence against any men or women.

Terming someone criminal with mere verbal allegations via a non-bailable section is nothing but promoting Legal Terrorism only.

On the eve of International Men's day , it's time to relies the Legal Terrorism Indian men are facing is not a Joke , the same rightly deserve a spare of thought for all.

In 2011, the Rajya Sabha’s Committee on Petitions in its 140th Report on Amendments in IPC 498A observed that in case the gross misuse continues, IPC 498A should be made bailable and also that the misuse clause should be in the Section itself. 

The government should live up to its commitment to make this Section bailable  and to introduce the penalty clause in this law or scrap such criminal law, which is nothing but duplications of laws.

Narendra Modi : Who is poor and who is rich ?

It's Bihar Election time and all political Party busy to show and prove how they are pro-poor .

When I saw a tweet in twitter by NDTV that our Prime Minister said he had launched the campaign #BetiPadhao and it helps the Poor people of Bihar.

I wondered , does in our country all girls born in Poor family and all Boys born in Rich Family ?

Ask any small child , the answer will be NO .

Then still we all clapped and will even vote for BJP by get motivated by PMO firing speech without knowing the truth.

We appreciate our Prime Minister focus on #BetiPadhao campaign, but give a small attention to poor Boys of this country, don’t treat them as #RejectedMall.

More boys (38.7 million) than girls (8.8million) are involved in hazardous work.

We do not have problem with the imitative with  #BetiPawda , but it shows our deep rooted Misandry and the Vote bank politics , term some one poor or rich on basis of caste, religion or gender . The same had been #BachakaoPadhao as per right to education to every child had not been better ?

Result the Indian constitution's article 21 which aims to provide the right to Live and liberty to all irrespective of caste, religion or gender gone in dustbin . Killing of Male child is increasing , sexual abuse of male child is increasing, but none is going to brother the same .

Let place a story for all , which I heard from my mother as a child , but seems for our Prime minister's mother either forget to tell him or PMO himself forget those stories after became a Political leader of India :

• Who is poor?

A wealthy woman goes to a saree store and tells the boy at the counter "Bhaiya(brother) show some cheap sarees. It is my son's marriage and I have to give to my maid."

After sometime, the maid comes to the saree shop and tells the boy at the counter "Bhaiya(Brother) show some expensive sarees. I want to gift my Mistress on her son's marriage"

Poverty is in the mind or in the purse?

• Who is Rich?

Once, a lady with her family was staying in a 3-star hotel for a picnic. She was the mother of a 6 month old baby.

"Can I get 1 cup of milk?" asked the lady to the 3-star hotel manager.

"Yes madam", he replied.

"But it will cost 100 bucks". "No problem", said the lady.

While driving back from hotel, the child was hungry again.

They stopped at a road side tea stall and took milk from the tea vendor

"How much?” she asked the tea vendor.

"Madam, we don't charge money for kid's milk", the old man said with a smile.

"Let me know if you need more for the journey". The lady took one more cup and left.
She wondered, "Who’s richer? The hotel manager or the old tea vendor? "

Sometimes, in the race for more money, we forget that we are all humans. Instead of help someone in need, without expecting something in return, play politics result the real poor never get even a dignified life in India , as the same never questioned by our Voter . 

In the name of Vote bank , we will keep clap to our liked Political Leaders View and will criticize , let it be good or bad for Human society , but at the end it will be we will became victim of such misandry , as our Political Leaders know who to fool us and get clapped for their act , let it be regressive or progressive.

A country , since birth  failed to destroy the caste barrier , is not going to invite another discrimination in the name of Gender ?

Poor vs Rich the fight will be continue , but would love to see , are we really getting educated or simply literates .

Who really Killed Chaitanya with Cricket Bat ?

There is no wonder even god also fell ashamed and  not able to bear the daily in-human torture and the pain of Chaitanya , so prefer to call  him back from this cruel society than suffering every day in the hand of a monster mum of India.

Chaitanya , a 13 years old partially disabled child, having a dream to make his final place in  Indian Idol singing competition,  is not more with us. He had been killed by his own Monster mum at Pune.

He used to happily stay with his father at Nagpur, but due to court order he was forced to stay with her mother at Pune . We will never able to see Chaitanya will be taking part in any Singing competition any more.

With various news reports like NDTV , Mid day , Pune Mirror,  suggest Chaitanya had been killed by his own mother due to beating with a cricket bat, Police had arrest his mother and one man to whom she have some relationship as per her mobile call records.

Several chilling details have emerged in the cold-blooded murder of the partially disabled Pune teenager, Chaitanya Balpande, who was allegedly beaten to death by his mother and her alleged boyfriend last week. Investigations and statements from family members have led the police to suspect that the 13-year-old's murder had a rather sinister motive:

Mid-day's conversations with Rakhi's mother and neighbours also paint a picture of the 36-year-old as a monster mom, who used repeated beatings to keep the boy under her thumb. She would allegedly starve the partially disabled Chaitanya from time to time, force him to exercise for four hours and keep him up late at night. Rakhi had also threatened to file a kidnapping case against her own mother when the latter said she would take Chaitanya with her to save him from her abuse. A female neighbour who tried to intervene was kept at bay with the threat of filing a molestation case against her husband.

If you ask the law makers, who had killed Chaitanya, the answer may be given it’s his monster mother and her lover. From the news reports confirms Chaitanya was not killed for one day, many witness he was dying every day years after years all prefer to be a simple spectators.

But does it really so? Who really killed Chaitanya ?

Who all are deserved to be thanked for creating such barbaric Monster mum in India?

• Thanks to Women and Child Ministry:

It’s not only Chaitanya , every day lacks of child had been getting abused, beaten and some have to end their life due to their monster mum in India , but unfortunately the issue never considered as child issue .Women and Child Minister always ignored the Child welfare in the name of women rights promotion.

WCD had successfully converted the Child issue = Women or girls child issue only. In spite of various studies available a father less child subject to 10 times more Physical abuse, sexual abuse, school dropout,  still our Great Maneka Gandhi who always prefer to advocate more and more anti-father , anti-child law / policy as a promotion of Father less child society in India. For them Father = just a free FREE ATM machine, nothing else.

Result: Boys school dropout became 39% vs Girls 31%. More than 56% boys sexually abused vs 44% girls. Child abuses my monster mum, gets Scot free and never got punished. Monster mum unable to take care child still given custody to them as default and keep fulfilling their demanding of money but did not allow the child to meet their own fathers.

• Thanks to Indian Judiciary:

Any disputes between husband vs wife, the custody of child had been given to Mother, let she be monster or drug addicted or have relationship with other men. Thanks to such Misandric Judges of India, who is also responsible for killing of child like Chaitanya.

Judges do not forget to award excessive money to wife in name of child care, but forget to give few hours visiting right to child to their own fathers. They do not understand it’s not a husband or wife right, its child right to meet their father and not allowing that is nothing but pure promotion of Child abuse.

As per report in NDTV news, the grandmother confessed, she was witness of beating chaitanya many times by his mother. But she had not able to show any courage to take him to Nagpur , as her own daughter threatened a kidnapping case. So, she prefer to leave alone Chaitanya in the custody of her own monster daughter.

The news reports says the monster mum’s sister also crying foul, she also witness the abuse and beating of Chaitanya many times. Her sister was not a good mother and never taken care the child. She had been spending many times with the child and the child so very humble and loving.  Great, in spite of knowing all, she prefers to keep silence when in court Tarun (Chaitanya’s father) lost the child custody. If she had been said the same in front of judge, may today Chaitanya had been alive.

• Thanks to all Neighbour of Chaitanya : 

Many neighbours says they had witness number of times Chaitanya had been beaten, heard his pain full cry, had been locked in room, but none shown courage to rescue him, as his monster mum threatened them that she will file false molestation cases against them. If they had been used some common sense, a simple call to 100 of police without disclose of name also might have saved Chiatanya’s life.

Now the question is why a grand mother, sister, neighbor, judges all failed to save the life of Chaitanya, in spite of witness many abuse, ill treatment & beating?

It’s the biased Verma Committees members made such law’s without using their own brain , relay assumption a women never lie or never cheat in India  by which they had given protection to all such monster women of India , who can rape, who can murder, who can do adultery  and if any one dare to speak up , term them a rapist or molester .

Such mindless Misandric deserves special thanks for protecting such type monster or rapist women of India.

The Chaitanya’s had gone through every day’s abuse, ill-treatment, beating years after years and our Judiciary, society , neighbors, grandmothers, sisters ( masi) but all failed to give any justice to him, refused to give a human life in India.

There is no wonder even god also fell ashamed and  not able to bear the daily in-human torture and the pain of Chaitanya , so prefer to call  him back from this cruel society than suffering every day in the hand of a monster mum of India.

It’s time to make separate Child well fare ministry from WCD as top priority, or such monster mum will keep killing, abuse, beat & ill-treat the child as their birth right, as no one have right to question their wrong doing forget about any punishment, and we all will prefer to be just a spectators till it hit our own home.

RIP Chaitanya and give all courage to Tarun( Chaitanya’s father ) fight for justice, it’s not a monster mum is the killer, start from Verma Committees members , Law makers, WCD,  Indian Judiciary , Neighbour and all those who prefer to keep silence all are also real killer of  Chaitanya.

Save Indian Child from such Monster mum and women of India too , a Chaitanya can be suffering at your next also.

21st June: Sunday #Fathersday: What you planned?

Many of us blessed to have our wonder full father in our life; so on the eve of father day, they really deserve a big Hug from us.

But men like Rahall, a 35 years old IBM engineer, will be in night mare. In spite of having a court order by which he allowed to visit his only son , his ex-wife had made all effort to deny the same in last 4 visiting date. This time also he will be denied to meet his son and in spite making all effort , but not sure that he can meet the child on the eve of #Fathersday . 

3 times he brings the fact to court, but in return he only gets date after date. The judge failed to understand it is the Child right to have access to meet his fathers, than it is a father or mother right.

It’s not Rahall along, lacks of Indian men’s fate will be like that, if you don’t believe go to any court, father are seeking the visiting or custody of Child, had been denied right way, asked to pay huge money as maintenance , but in return they even not allowed to meet their own child for a mere 2 or 3 hours in weekend  forget about giving the Child custody.

When we go through the Suicide note of various News of Men in India, found more than 70% cases the main reason they had been deprived to meet their own Child and unable to bear the pain lead to depression and suicide.

In last 2 years we had tried to bring the same burning issue to at least more than 240+ MP along with ministers like #SushmaSharaj, #MenkaGandhi , #NarendraModi , # RajNathSingh take some few names , but all gone in deaf years.

NGOs to rally for gender-neutral laws on June 20 | Business ...

Non-Governmental Organisations fighting for "gender-neutral" family laws will hold country-wide rallies on June 20, activists said on Sunday.

They are seeking implementation of the Law Commission's report on providing joint custody of child/children in cases of matrimonial discord/breakdown.

"On June 20, a day before the Father's Day, we will hold a nationwide rally to demand shared parenting to be made mandatory in accordance with a draft Law Commission recommendation of May 2015," Kumar V. Jahgirdar, president of Bengaluru-based Child Rights Initiative for Shared Parenting (CRISP), told IANS on phone.

"The government of India ought to take steps to move a bill - as per Law Commission draft - in the coming session of parliament, with necessary amendments in guardianship and custody laws," he added.

Swarup Sarkar, founder of Delhi chapter of Save Family Foundation NGO, said suicide by married men owing to matrimonial disputes in India were on the rise.

"We keep getting cases of men not able to get access to their biological kids. During counseling, we find that many such persons harbour suicidal tendencies because nobody is bothered to even listen to their problems. We demand a separate commission for men in line with the panel for women in India," he said.

"The government has to consider Law Commission findings in view of changes in Indian society. If a woman can multitask, there is no reason why a married man can't perform domestic chores, including raising children," Jahgirdar added.

The Law Commission's draft law submitted to the government on May 22 proposed amendments to existing guardianship and custody laws. The draft provides for consideration of welfare of children as paramount while deciding custody issues.

"There is disparity in importance given to principle of welfare of children by different legislations regulating custody and guardianship," Law Commission chairman Justice A.P. Shah said.

"As a result, in fiercely fought custody battles, there are no ways to ensure that the interests of the child are actually protected," he said.

The draft law proposed children should have access to grandparents.

Sudha Rajashekar, who heads the grandparents' wing of CRISP, said grandparents often were victims of their children's matrimonial discords.

"There is no law in our country that protects our rights as grandparents in case of matrimonial disputes of our children," she said.

She advocated a law on the lines of those pertaning to inheritance and succession to ensure old people's right to have access to their grandchildren in case of marital discords and breakdown of marriages.
