Who will encounter the Encounters of Telangana Police, who killed four truck drivers as accused of rape/murder without any Fair trial?


India is a country where even Terrorist Like #Kasab was given a fair trial, but when it comes for poor Lorry drivers, they deserve to be killed in the name of safety for women without any Trial. Those today celebrating & doing Party, just wait & watch, Next it will be #YouToo when Police get FREE License to Kill anyone without any punishment, which they are looking for Long time , but its #MiLord of Suprement Court till date not allowed them to do so .



One must have heard the famous movie dialogue, “No FIR, no arrest, no talk ... faisla on the spot”. It was 2002, when this dialogue was on screens. This statement inventory again came to screens on early hours of 6th December 2019, when India woke upto the news of Telangana police killing 4 accused in an encounter.

Telangana and India was taking about and many were protesting against the recent alleged rape and murder of a veterinary doctor in Telangana on 27th December 2019. Police, amidst pressure, arrested 4 accused, who were remanded to 14 days judicial custody.

In a, straight out of Bollywood plot, they were taken to alleged crime site on 6th December by police, as investigation process (crime reconstruction) and for such important case which each section of society was following, the accused,  attacked police party with stones and sticks, snatched weapons and opened fire this police killed them in same encounter.

In parallel, we also see another crime reported from other parts of the country. Few of them were:


While the country wakes up selectively on crimes, with inclination only when the alleged victim is female and alleged perpetrator is male, NGO like Men Welfare Trust, are bound to raise some very important questions on the way we are growing as a feminist society:

Question 1: If encounter of accused (remember, they were not convicted by any court yet) is the way forward of criminal Justice system, why to have law at all? Because, the one with the gun in his hand have right to decide the accused is guilty or not? In the Name of Encounter, cold blooded murder of accused is not Heinous Crime?

Question 2: Four accused(arms less) aged 20-24 truck drivers, physical looks like Stick, obviously not treated best in the custody, police claim they attack highly secured, well trained  and heavily prepared with arms team had been attacked with stones/ sticks and get killed!! 2 allegedly snatch weapons but all 4 get killed? After killing them, more than 2-hrs waited to gather public in place, but no ambulance able to reach? Great now a days even movie makers also stopped to write such story.

Question3: Most alarming, should we close down the courts and process of law? How many of us are sure that indeed it was rape and was committed by those 4 only, when no medical evidence was collected? No court had till date seen the evidence to convict the accused.

Question 4: Why is the CP, Sajjanar, so trigger-happy, selectively against male gender? 2008, where he did same in an alleged acid attack case and now 2019. Do such officers deserve to continue in the police force, especially, Telangana police who boast of wearing, “Duty, Honor, Compassion”? Isn't any #FakeEncounter an #EncounterOfLaw, #EncounterOfHumanity, #EncounterOfConstitution?

Question 5: FOR ALL OF US, AS A SOCIETY, WHY IS OUR OUTRAGE AND DEMAND OF PUNISHMENT SO SELECTIVE AND BASED ONLY ON GENDER ONLY? It is so sad to see every petition from a woman criminal to any authority, always writing, “I am a woman”, as they know it works. The same police whose judgment we always question in simple traffic laws violation, we trusted their judgment in this case, WHY?

It is even more dangerous to witness following who had taken oath to protect our Constitution are violating at their will , then what is the difference of such people and Naxalites or Nazis ? When protector of Constitution became Violator of Constitution , as a common Man what option you have?
1.       President of India’s statement about not allowing appeal to POCSO convicts. This is when we know how mothers use POCSO against fathers commonly.
2.       Statement of MP, Mrs. Jaya Bachhan, advocating public Lynching as the solution for crime like this. Why should she not be removed from the Parliament for making statements asking people to take law in their own hands? Aren't people like her responsible for gruesome murder like that done during Dimapur Lynching in a false rape case (as per police report and like Telangana case, India must accept that police report as true as well).
3.       Constitutional bodies like Minister of Women and Child Development, proposing lesser jail term for same crime being done by women?
4.       Honble Speaker, Mr. Venkiah Naidu, of the house asking MPs to look into changing of rape laws when the same Parliament turns blind eye towards the majority of Fake Rape Cases or towards Men being victims of Rape?

India is not a crime free country, no country is. India is not the only country where such crimes happen but India is the one of very few countries, where men are not considered as victims of Rape, Cruelty by partner, Domestic Violence, responsible custodian of child, victim of sexual violence at home, deserving of getting maintenance and many such bias. THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL, PATRIARCHY.

Crime has no gender. Law and punishment must not have gender either. Last 14 years we keep reminding everyone to be #Misdary FREE those promoting and advocating always Unfair Law/Policy on the basis of gander, which is against natural Justice, but none understand such unfairness leads to more violence and hate, which we witness in recent Hyderabad Case also.



Just think when you give FREE license to Police in uniform to  Kill someone on assumption that he/she had done some crime , why not Police or your enemy will not use the weapon against you to Kill you too one day ?

Telengana Police not only Killed Four Truck Drivers who was accused of Rape/Murder, they killed whole criminal Justice foundation itself. Before enjoy ask yourself what is difference between you and Naxalites ?

But the silence will be broken this time in the upcoming event of Airtel Delhi Half Marathon 20th Oct, 2019 , first time ever in the history of India, NGOs Working for Welfare of Men had been recognised as a Social Cause under Human Rights category, as #MenToo are Human .

Gender Human Rights Society ( GHRS) in association with Men Welfare Trust(MWT) and Save family Foundation(SFF) will be running in 5Km category as a official Registered CSO with India Cares Foundation.

#Section375 : Movie Shows how A Women #CryRape & Men Jailed !



The most #UnfairLaw of India #IPC375 or Section 375 which called Rape Law of India to punish Men on mere allegations by women without any evidence or medical test. The foundation of making such law that A #WomenneverLie or Cheat !

The poorly drafted law, where every sex between Men with women the women can cry Rape even after 20 or 30 yrs latter also and #MiLord of judiciary can send the man in Jails for 10yrs on mere sole testimony of Women that the sex was not consented or on her own will.

Our common People does not understand the #Unfairness of such Law as they do not understand twisted meaning the word used like "Consent" and 'Will" till he land up in Court or Police station.

Many people will try to explain Rape Law #Section375 are very complex, but real fact there is no complexity at all. The Law is very clear ! Any sex between Men & Women with consent along with 100% at her own will , still she can #Cryrape and term a Men Rapist latter on, her own words to be taken as gospel truth by #MiLord.

The Law is #Unfair and anti-Men -Period ! No Excuse Please !

Those disagree, just imagine for a moment if there had been any Law ( Section 375W) : If a women spend money earned by Men , with out his consent or will , it will be termed as Extortion and the sole testimony of  Man to be taken as Gospel truth by #MiLod ? Will you term the same as complex issue or term as totally unfair and anti-women Law ? Where the word 'Complex" issue go then ?


Its the privilege of Indian women got from our Misandric law makers , that she can even sex with Men as per her wish or whims and then term the same as forced Sex or was not as per her will.

Stupid Men think , it was a consented sex , he have all the evidence, he will win the cases, he work hard to prove in court that the sex was consented , then the master stroke played by women advocate , fine it may be consented Sex , but the same was not on her free will & the men is Clean Bowled !

Still more than 75% cases men had proved his innocence in court that the allegations are cooked up or to frame him , but #MiLord of Judiciary does not take any strong action under CRPC340 to punish such women.

#MiLord found Fake Rape case , still no strong Punishment !


The Movie Section 375 is a perfect example of failure of our #MiLord of judiciary and denied the Justice to Men due to poorly drafted Law by our Law Makers .

You will find at end inspite of the women accept her fault , even after the Men advocate proved its was not against her consent or will , still the #MiLord failed to give Justice to Men .

Message is Loud and Clear : " In indian judiciary Judgment can be delivered but not Justice " 

We know there are number of Women today moving freely in society who are having Forced sex with Men without their will , but not a single case termed as Rape case , as the same protection of Law is not available in #UnfairLaw of Section 375.

Result all the #RapistWomen moving freely in society and making life miserable of Men and Boys.

Airtel Delhi Half Marathon: Run with NGO working for #MenToo !


Indian women ranked third in beating their husbands

The UN survey report on domestic abuse and violence ranked Indian women third in the list for beating up their husbands. Egyptian women topped the list followed by the UK that took second place.
The survey also revealed that besides using their hand women make extensive use of pins, belts, shoes, kitchen tools and other items to physically abuse their husbands. The data obtained from the Egyptian court states 66% of these women end up filing for divorce from their husbands. Husbands who suffer abuse at the hands of their wives resort to suing their wives.


Men are often stereotyped for perpetrating domestic violence and abuse, hence an Indian writer from Ghaziabad, Jyoti Aurora penned down a novel ‘You Came Like Hope’, a story of love, that discussed women victimizing men.
Aurora admits to the physical abuse against women but she also believes that there exist incidents where women file fake cases of abuse against men.

The basic problem, due to #Misandry (Male Hatred) virus injected  in our Blood since childHood so much that when we witness/seen any Men beaten by his wife or Girl Friends, its gives entertainment feeling only. We never feel the pain of the Men and their suffering.

Result in spite of Men Welfare Ngos , repeated demand our Law makers ignore the constitution Article 14 , where a state can't deny the protection of any person on the basis of their gender , every one is equal in front of Law . But when it comes to protection from Domestic Violence Law for Men even #Milord of Judiciary also failed to protect the constitutional right for Men.

Gender Neutral Law & Policy: Irrespective of Caste , Religion or Sex

Since independence many political party Formed Government, made multiple Laws / Policy  by misuse/abuse the provision of our Constitution Article 15 (3) & (4) .

As we witness Unfair law or Policy in the name of caste, religion or gender, had never bring fairness in society, it destroyed the harmony in society, result violence , crime increasing. Respect to each others, trust to each others had reached to lowest level in India.   



Political party busy to work out the policy or law keeping in mind there Vote Bank only and keep making new law which leads to #LegalTerrorism only and Judiciary had been became nightmare , overburdened unnecessarily for same relief multiple cases filed and huge fake cases filed every day.

We propose the below Changes for A dream Country to bring real harmony and equality in Society :

National Policy of India ( NPI) : ( To be updated ) 

Constitution Amended : 

1. Article 15 (3) should read as  : Nothing in this article shall prevent the State from making any special provision for economic Backward person irrespective of their caste , religion or gender.  Article 15 (3) & Article 15 (4) to be merged . 

2. Article 51(A) (e) should read as : to promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood among  all the people of India transcending religious, linguistic and regional or sectional diversities; to renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of any Person.

 Classification of Citizen on Basis of Economic Ground only : 
a. Below Poverty ( Yearly income per person in family : From XXXX to XXXX)

b. Poor : ( Yearly Income per person in family : from XXXX to XXXX) 

c. Middle  : ( Yearly Income per person in Family : from XXXX to XXX).

d. Rich : (Yearly Income per person in family: form XXXX to XXXX)

e. Supper Rich ( Yearly Income per person in family above : XXXX)

 Criminal Law Amended ( CRPC ) :
1. CRPC..XXXX: After complete the Trail of any Criminal offence the judges should be bound to order under 3- category:

a. The accused had been found Guilty behind reasonable dought - Punishment to accused as per IPC Law and compensations to complainant. 

b. The accused had been acquitted on benefit of dought or prosecution had failed to prove his guilty : Accused should be compensated .

c. Accused had proved beyond reasonable dought the compliant was filed against him was false or malafied intention  by complainant : Punishment to complainant same as per IPC case filed and compensations to accused.

 IPC LAW Amended : 
1. In any law the word Men or Women to be replaced by Person , Husband and wife to be replaced by spouse , He and She should be replaced by word "he or she".

 Judaical adjournments :
1. More than 3- adjournments should not be allowed to either complainant or accused .  
Jury System for Civil Laws and petty crime: 

1. Establish Jury System for Civil Laws offence and petty crime.

 Income Tax Policy :

1. Personnel Income tax : To be abolished ( as we already paying tax on purchase goods and services). 2. Corporate Taxes : Should be maximum 20 % ( To make India attractive for Investment) .

 Shelter Home for Men and Women :
1. Every state should establish one Shelter Home for Men and Women separately, maximum stay up to 6 months .

 Government Subsidies Canteen for Men and Women : 
1. Every Town or Village should have at least one subsidies canteen for Food should be established .
Pre-neptual Agreement for Marriage : 

 1. Those are interested to go for pre-neptual Agreement before maraige, it should be legalized in all Marriage related laws , to avoid multiple litigation and hassel free Divorce Process.
