Does Women safety = Ignore Men safety?

Recently Maharashtra Home Minister assured to all Women Journalist that he will Provide special security  when they are in Job.
Sounds a great idea as a populist measures without going to root cause of why Crime in Society increase?
Go through the Crime Bure report the Crime against men is increasing in rapid speed and more than 75% Murder reported in this country against men only.

Look at the Murder rate of Men vs Women :

Murder:
http://ncrb.nic.in/CII-2009-NEW/cii-2009/Table%203.3.pdf
Male Victims-24,441, Female Victims-8,718 Total Victims-33,159
Culpabale Homicide Not Amounting To Murder (Sec.304 and 308 IPC) During 2009
http://ncrb.nic.in/CII-2009-NEW/cii-2009/Table%203.4.pdf
Male Victims=3,529, Female Victims=753 Total Victims=4282

Now we wonder , can a society provide safety to Women ( Murder/Rape), when in their own society the Men are not safe?

In India the Crime Bure Report summarized the data of Crime against Women,Crime against Child, but they even not provide a direct Link/summarized report Crime against Men, it is you have to summarize your self.

Since 2005 we are providing  the crime data and murder data of NCRB to government, but they always put all to dustbin as the Media never shown any concern of "Safety of Men" as a need of society.
If you go through the report of "Committee to protect Journalist " and click in Gender shows 97% male Journalist Killed vs 3% Women Journalist.
On 24th Aug a Journalist in UP Mr. Akhilesh get murdered , but no Protest form any Journalist association or any candle march by common people of society, not surprised us , as we witness such biased approach in every institutions.
We have Death Penalty punishment for Murder, but the Murder is increasing day by day , which is evident beyond reasonable dought the Punishment increasing does not reduce the Crime.
The solution lies on the probability and risk : When some one do a crime, how much chances he have to get Caught? At present it is 10 to 15% percent on an average.
Recently in FM News people's voice we  heard 90% of Bribe by common Man goes to Police only-and Court staff only even as small as Rs.20 to Rs.20lacks.
Today you can trap any innocent LAW biding Citizen in Criminal cases as easy as ordering Pizza on the other Hand you can't catch the real criminal months/years together and if at all you caught them to punish them need 10 to 12 years and if You innocent to prove it need 10 to 12 years.
So, the root cause failure of  our Criminal Justice system and Police , leads to more /more stringent LAW in the form of Non-bailable , giving the more power to Police/Judiciary, leading to more abuse of Power and bribe industry.

The Failure of Police/Criminal Justice system to provide safety to Indian men never get highlighted or taken any corrective action.

All women activist/media running behind the women Safety issue , like in a desert desperately trying to find a  "Marichika" ( Look for a Water pond far ahead with hope running very fast, but when reach there don't find a drop of water).

History witness a country where your Men is not safe, dreaming women will be safe is nothing but fooling yourself.
Safety/Violence had never be a Gender issue and stop abuse of men with multiple unfair/biased law , as it leads to strength the power of abuse in the hand of Police/Judiciary only , it does not empower the real Victims.

Media friends must understand the Pain of a mother or Sister is not less when they loss their Brother or son or Father.

Every Men in India are under high risk of #Fakecases at Home, Office, Road due to multiple anti-Men #Unfairlaw - which became Blackmailing/Extortion Tool. To survive or #FightBack knowledge is Key. Law is not any rocket Science. Buy & start Read Law Books Now!

Men’s Rights Activists are dismayed at lack of political will to protect men or Boys.

Men are Victim of Work Place Sexual Harassment

Activists fighting for men’s rights have expressed extreme amount of displeasure and dismay at the Cabinet’s decision on the rape law.
Background:
The discussion around the rape law gained ground after all media channels unanimously hyped a single case of Delhi gang-rape (December 16, 2012) and made it a national issue inciting public emotions against the male gender and accusing the Government not doing enough to protect women. This was despite the already existing toughly anti-male rape laws and 15 other laws targeted specifically against men which were draconian, barbaric and unconstitutional in nature.
Bowing down to the pressure from the feminist dominated media, the Govt. formed a committee under retired judge Justice Verma whose recommendations sought to convert every intra-gender (male-female) transaction into a non-bailable offense, punishable at the whim and fancy of the woman. All this was done under cute names like stalking, voyeurism, eve-teasing etc. Every definition of crime was not only vague but one-sided. None of the definitions included abuse of men by women.
However, on 3rd February 2013, the Government passed an Ordinance called the Rape Ordinance which identified a wide variety of sexual assaults affecting both the genders and passed a gender neutral ordinance which covered male victims of sexual assault as well. This was a historic move wherein, for the first time in the history of India, a gender neutral law was passed which recognized the abuse of men as well and sought to protect them.
The Shocker:
However, the feminist and the feminist dominated media were extremely unhappy about men being protected and created a lot of hue and cry over the Ordinance being gender neutral and sought to nullify it calling it anti-women.
And the shocker came on the 11th of March 2013, whence the Government actually did a U-Turn, reverting back the bill being gender biased and anti-male, renaming it as the “Anti-Rape Law” instead of erstwhile “Sexual Assault Bill”, leaving male victims of such offenses high and dry.
The consequences:
While, as we all know, it won’t be the case that with the passage of this yet another anti-male law, which does not cater to the problems of the male world, the lives of men are suddenly going to become risky.
Lives of men have always been risky as primarily it is the men who undertake huge risks in order to ensure cultural, technological and societal progress and selflessly men have lost their lives for the same, be it war or adventure or scientific inventions.
Whether it is a case of 5 army-men losing their lives attempting to safeguard the borders of India or a couple of fishermen losing their lives accidentally as they undertake daily risk of fishing in troubled waters in order to eke out a livelihood.
It’s just that, with this law, the lives of men are going to become riskier as now the streets have become extremely dangerous for men as now,
  1. Any man who gets entangled with a woman in any sort of argument, which can be due to the woman’s fault or provoked by her will be converted into a false case of stalking or voyeurism and the man would be immediately arrested. For no fault of his, the man would be fighting a frivolous criminal battle.
  2. Male victims of feminine sexual aggression, female sex offenders and female rapists would be embroiled in false rape cases wherein the perpetrator of the crime and the victim of the crime would just swap roles.
  3. Boys facing sexual assault, inappropriate touch, and sexual oppression from girls and adult female relatives including Ayaahs would continue to face the horror and grow up with an impaired psychology which will affect their quality of life at every stage. It may potentially increase criminal bent of mind in such boys as they grow up to become men and this could rather increase the crime in the society than decreasing it.
  4. Small political parties like Maharastra Navnirman Sena, Samajawadi Party, Bahujan Samajwadi Party will face greater risks as their male political cadre could be trapped in false cases of stalking and eve-teasing by opposite parties, especially big and powerful political parties, and this could be a serious blow to the political roadmap of these small parties, who now have no option but to listen to UPA 2.
  5. Increase of false cases of rape, molestation, stalking, voyeurism, etc. and the subsequent jailing and harassment of innocent men would contribute towards the growing element of Gynophobia (fear of women). This would result in men shying away from women and mingling with them. In fact, already the helplines of men’s rights activists have started ringing with queries like, “Is it OK to refuse to escort a woman at night?”, “Is it OK to refuse to a movie with a woman at night?”, etc.
  6. This will also affect the voting pattern as men’s rights activists have vowed not to vote and to discourage others from voting for either anti-male MPs or for those political parties who did not support the gender neutrality of the bill. They’d rather people to vote for independents or for parties like SP, BSP and the Trinamool Congress.
  7. As per World News in UK along more than 64000 women had been convected for sexually abuse/rape the child . As India government failed to make the Rape law gender Neutral , will not massive women from such countries like UK will come to India and abuse the child , gang rape other women/men , as in India the same is not recornised as crime? Will not India became a safe heaven for such women as there is no punishment for rape the child, gang rape to other women and man by a women?
The Problems:
It was extremely disheartening to see that the Government was bowing down before a few women organizations and backed out on its decision to provide the society with a gender neutral law. It is pertinent to mention here that the electorate of India has not voted for these women organizations, whosoever they may be.
The electorate of India has voted the UPA 2 Government to power and wrested the power of law-making in their hands and it becomes the duty of the UPA 2 Government to ensure a safe and free society for all citizens irrespective of caste, religions, sex and creed. Even the constitution of India, vide Article 14, guarantees the same. And hence, this regressive step of removing gender neutrality from the law is an unconstitutional step by UPA 2 in the event of its failure to contain the anti-male women organizations filled with male hatred.
Demands:
  1. The Houses must not pass the gender-biased version of the bill and must send it back to the Standing Committee for further review.
  2. As the Justice Verma Committee totally ignored the presentations sent by the various men’s rights groups, the said Standing Committee should invite these groups and take their views into consideration.
  3. The bill must not be passed in the absence of a strong misuse clause to prevent false cases from becoming yet another industry of extortion and revenge.
  4. Government must form National Commission for Men and Men Welfare Ministry in order to avoid such last minute hassles and rushes in law making.
  5. Only Gender Neutral laws must be passed.
  6. Women organizations with vested interests and partisan agenda must not be encouraged to such an extent that they can literally hijack the law-making process.
We end this press release with an end-note of caution that more and more anti-male laws will lead to rise in crime in the society, choice belies with the Government whether to heed to the warning or face the consequences.
Election 2014: Vote for any party, but not to Anti-Men MP.

All India Forgotten Women’s Association announces boycott of International Women’s Day

About All India Forgotten Women’s Association:

All India Forgotten Women’s Association (AIFWA), a group of bereaved, beleaguered, harassed, distraught and tortured women of India, has decided to boycott observing the International Women’s Day which happens to fall on the 8th of March. AIFWA gives a face and a voice to those mothers and sisters of husbands who have been harassed by women and women-centric laws and have nowhere to go. AIFWA gives a platform to women smitten by feminism to voice their woes and seek justice for the injustice done to them.

The Problem:
A lot of false cases are making their way to the courts under Section 498A (dowry law), Domestic Violence Act, various Maintenance sections in order to harass husband and his family and encash a bad marriage. These cases are primarily targeted to harass the husband and his family in order to coax them for an out of court settlement which more often than not involves huge alimony to the tune of millions and crores.
Often the entire family of the husband including small children, pregnant sisters, old parents, are named in the FIR in order to put pressure on the husband. It is ironical that, at the pretext of one woman, on average, 3 other women suffer who are the husband’s relatives.
Do you know?
1.      Every year close to 40,000 women are arrested in false dowry cases without trial or investigation on the basis of one uninvestigated complaint as per arrest data provided by the National Crime Record Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs.

2.      In the five years period from 2004 – 2009, close to 2,00,000 innocent women have been arrested in false dowry cases, while the British Government arrested just 20,000 women in 40 years as per arrest data provided by the National Crime Record Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs.
3.      Domestic Violence act has forced senior citizens to leave homes built by their own hard-earned money and live on footpaths and gurudwaras due to faulty orders of right to residence being passed against husband and his family.
4.      There is no provision of remedy for a woman harassed by her daughter-in-law or sister-in-law (brother’s wife).
5.      All the women-centric laws are, in reality, wife-centric laws and they discriminate amongst women and do not provide relief to mothers and sisters of husband when the wife and her family inflict violence onto them.

6.      As per study done by National Family Health Survey, women face 8 times more violence in their natal homes, at the hands of their mothers compared to that at the hands of their mothers-in-law post marriage.

7.      Every year more than 62000 husbands commit suicide as per data provided by the Home Ministry and not a single wife has been punished so far. None of the mothers or sisters of those men have received justice for the death of their sons or brothers.

8.      Feminists do not consider mothers and sisters of husband as women?

9.      When a distressed mother-in-law approaches the National Commission for Women for help, she is turned down as the alleged perpetrator is her daughter-in-law?

1These women have no platform to voice their concerns.

Boycott of International Women’s Day and Celebration of Forgotten Women’s Day
All India Forgotten Women’s Association have decided to boycott the “International Women’s Day” which falls on March 8th and have instead decided to observe “Forgotten Women’s Day” on March 9th, a day after International Women’s Day as a mark of protest against inter-gender and intra-gender discriminatory stands taken by feminists. The stands taken by feminists are just aimed at poisoning man-woman relationships in the society in order to monetize every intra-gender relationship under the cute name of “Women Empowerment”.
As the Govt. of India currently does not recognize the rights of these women, and passes laws as per the demands of the feminist lobby or the wife-centric lobby, these women have decided to call themselves as the “All India Forgotten Women’s Association” because amidst the feminist hoopla, the society/government/media has somewhere forgotten that mothers and sisters of husband are women too and need protection from abusive wives and their vicious and greedy families.

The Event

In order to mark the protest, register the boycott of International Women’s Day and observe the Forgotten Women’s Day, AIFWA announces a Dharna followed by peaceful protest march on the 9th of March 2013 at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi (11:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Hundreds of mothers and sisters, supported by victimized husbands will be participating in the event to voice their grievances.

In spirit, they will be supported by thousands of members all over India belonging to various NGOs under the umbrella of the Save Indian Family (SIF) movement.
This event is being supported by at least 40 NGOs all over India like All India Mother-in-law Protection Forum (AIMPF), Mothers and Sisters Initiative (MASI), Mothers and Sisters of Husbands Against Abuse of Law (MASHAAL), Save Family Foundation (SFF), Save Indian Family Foundation (SIFF), Pati Pariwar Kalyan Samity (PPKS), Army Against Dowry Law Misuse (AADMI), Hridaya, SIFF Andhra Pradesh, SIFF Nagpur, Indian Family Foundation, Men’s Rights Association (MRA), Children's Rights Initiative for Shared Parenting (CRISP) to name a few.

These NGOs are spread across the country in cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Mysore, Kanpur, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chandigarh, etc. and carry a cumulative strength of at least 50, 000 members who have been victimized by misuse of dowry laws and domestic violence laws.

Our Demands

AIFWA places the following demand on Forgotten Women’s Day before the society and Govt.

·        The National Commission for Women was set up as statutory body in January 1992 under the National Commission for Women Act, 1990 ( Act No. 20 of 1990 of Govt. of India ) to :

·         review the Constitutional and Legal safeguards for women ;
·         recommend remedial legislative measures ;
·         facilitate redressal of grievances and
·         advise the Government on all policy matters affecting women.

We want NCW/Government to define specifically what is meant by “Woman”. Is she a mother, Is she a sister, Is she a mother-in-law, Is she a sister-in-law or Is she only a Wife.

Define clearly “Woman” in your Bye Laws.

·         We demand a separate cell in NCW to look after the grievances of Mother-in-Law and Sister-in-Law.

·         Every year more than 40,000 innocent women are arrested without any investigation over last 5 years under IPC Section 498A. We demand a public apology to these women, as the Government has done nothing to address the grievances of these women.

·         Reform National Commission for Women and Women and Child Development Ministry to include mothers and sisters as women, in their definition of women.

·         There is no law to protect a Woman from her son’s in laws. We demand a separate law for the protection of such Women.
·         Stop the discrimination against mothers and sisters of husband.
·         Stop the misuse of dowry laws and domestic violence laws.
·         Take steps to reduce suicides by Our Sons/Brothers.
·         Scrap all gender biased laws and bring in gender neutral laws only.

Supreme Court fumes at arrests on 66A, but what about 498A arrest?

''Do you know what is difference between 66A and 498A? SC earlier termed misuse of 498A as Legal terrorism , but government had not taken any action. So first 498A to be scraped. Make a Google search 498A, who do not know the same.66A At least you need some evidence, 498A you do not need any evidence, only verbal aligation is sufficient to term any tom/dick/harry criminal , let he 3-years old child or 92 yrs old women , let he stay near by your home or stay in Uk or Us or Pakistan. All LAW the arrest should be stopped on the basis of compliant , let you prove your aligation and punish them or hang them, what is the problem? why to arrest some one only on the basis of compliant? Scrab all such law which allow police to arrest any one on the basis of compliant , let the same is false fabricated or true.''

The bottom line is :

Act 66A to register a Man/women need to be write some think which can be assumed offensive, but for 498A to register or arrest some one there is no need to write any think, whatever a wives writes  assumed to be True and the Husbands , his mother , sisters, small child all can be arrested , irrespective their age, location of stay in the name of relative.
Act 66A can be misused against you , but it can't be misused against your father, mothers, sisters, brothers or child, but 498A can be misused against all your relative as mentioned above.

Several time several person bring it , to the Notice of Supreme court and supreme court them self at least 4- times given Judgments about the misuse of 498A and government every time prefer to sleep with the Justification misuse of law is not a ground to amend the law.

Result the misuse of LAW spade like Cancer in society and as Supreme court never interfere to LAW making process, our LAW makers even pass the LAW without any debate as per their wish and common men suffered.

Now as we cant expect any remidey from the Goverment , the Supreme court must review all the LAW where the complint can be registered with assumption and arrest can be possible must be termed nul and Void , let the goverment go back to thier calss room and rewrite the law and stop making duplication of law.

Supreme court must put guidelines and it is time to act as they had given enough chance to govement but they are silent on the ground of misuse of law in this country :

1. A person can't be punished twice for the same offense , so if any law made with duplication to be termed as nul and void.
2. Any law which allow registration of compliant on assumption should be  Bailable only. Let the assumption proved in court and then Arrest them , if required for Investigation .
3. When any case it had proved beyond reasonable dought the compliant came to court in unclean hand and abuse the process of LAW to gain his own other interest, they must be punished by default at any stage of cases.
4. More and more admissible of technology like voice recording, mobile cal details, video recording, any documentary evidence to be consider as evidence than some verbal allegations or witness statements as prima face evidence.
5. Stop misuse of constitution 15(3) in the name of positive discrimination allow any section to do the crime and get Scot free. Law should be gender neutral and crime based instead of any case, religion or sex.

or

As i already said earlier whole world will make fun of our criminal justice system, where we can't book a real criminal , but can arrest any Tom/Dick/Marry on some assumption based criminal law as the same is Non-bailable.

Join SIF Team to Stop this legal terrorism of India and demand to replace the word Husband/wife to Spouse to all marriage related LAW or policy like all over world follow instead of making assumption that all wives born in Raja Harish Chandra family ( never lie) and all husbands born in Criminal family.

We wonder Whose life is in More Danger in India : Men or Women
