Girl make fake profile as Boy & Chat for Rape Girls ! 

Delhi Police issued Press Release and says : 

Investigation has revealed that the alleged Snapchat conversation is actually between a girl (sender) and a boy (receiver) in which the girl is sending chat messages through a fictional Snapchat account named 'Siddharth'. Using the fake identity of a male person, she suggested in the chat, a plan to sexually assault herself. 
The sad part is that after found the same in investigation that the Rape chat was Fake - no action taken against the Girls or against the DCW Chief Ms.Swati Maliwal who issued Notice to police with the Fake Rape Chat as evidence & put Video also in Twitter to arrest all Boys of #BoysLockeroom and created hatred towards school going Boys !

Supreme court: Make rape laws Gender neutral


Law commission Report clearly suggested to make #RapeLaw by replacing the word Men/Women to person .

Lawmakers totally ignored the same due to pressure from WCD NCW and Women organisations of India !

Result all the Rapist Women are moving freely in our Society. They have no fear of law , first they rape men/boys and if the Men/boys #SpeakUp , such Rapist Women are terming the men/boys are rapist to hide their own Crime.

Stop to be a #Mangina and stop protecting criminal #RapistWomen of India ! Time to make #IPC375 gender neutral by replacing the word Men/Women to person .

IPC354 case against Cricketer Amit Mishra by Women a Joke ?

Last Few days we have witness many News reports mentioning that a women in Bangalore registered a case against Indian Cricketer Amit Mishra under the Indian Penal Code section 326 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means) and 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty). 

Police had issued a Notice to him to appear before them with in 7 days . On failure of the same a arrest warrant can be issued . If it was a case against any common men or boys , police had been already arrested him , instead of issue any notice.



Now with reference to various TV news who claimed the Compliant copy they have  some highlight as per women's own statements :

1. She ( a Film Producer ) tired multiple time to call Amit Mishra , but there was no response.

2. She herself went to Hotel as Amit Mishra had not respond on Phone.

3. After Reaching to Hotel , she found Amit Mishra not available in room and a DND ( Do not disturb) notice was hanging .

4. She herself entered in Hotel room and was waiting Amit Mishra Room ( why Hotel staff allow her to enter his room , not explained)  .

5. Then Amit Mishra came to Hotel room after having Dinner and by seeing her in the room he got angry .

6. Then he started fight and beat her , break her finger and off course molested her by default and abla Nari ( poor women) suffered all the attack without any fault at her end . 

7. She had filed the case after one month of the incidence .

I would wonder , if any man ( film producer) had done the same think with any women cricketer, say Smita Mishra , what could had been happened ? Will not the film Producer had not been booked for trespassing, stalking and other IPC ?  He might have even charged with attempt of rape also.



But it's Indian and we live in a Feminist World , any wrong done by women can't be termed as crime . On the other hand only by her verbal statements any Man can be termed as Molester and sexual assaulter. The naming and shaming activity will continue and will be suspended from Job forgetting the natural Justice system followed a person is innocent till proven guilty.  

Amit Mishra being a Indian cricketer and Indian team too need him badly as Ravichandran Ashwini is injured he had not been arrested , but as per Crime Bure reports every 8 min one boy or men is getting arrested in India on the mere verbal allegations by girls or women and after long trails by court it had found more than 75% cases the allegations are not true .

Now the latest up-date , she want to withdraw the allegations !!! She dont know IPC354 is a Non-Compundable crimnal offence, only court have power to Close FIR.

So, we wonder does filling a criminal case against some one a JOKE in India ?   

File a criminal case against any Tom/Dick or harry , destroy his social reputation and then say I want to withdraw the compliant . Is this called Criminal Justice System of India ?


The allegations are true or false , does not matter the boy or men had been send to jail , got suspended from job or school and his basic constitution right under article 21 right to live and liberty had been denied .


When court found the allegations are not true, they have not got any compensations or court had given any punishment to such women or Girls for destroying one's life, carrier or social reputations.

Last week a women in our SIF-One Help Line ( 888-498-498) was crying his son had been expelled from the school as there was some disputes they have with college principal regarding donations and they have failed to deposit the same on time , but the reason of expelled given against the boy molestation , not donations disputes. Now the boy can't get admissions to any other school also .

Another angry call from Faisalabad by another women, whose parents have to pay lacks of rupees to avoid registration of IPC354 against his brother . A girl was behind her brother stalking , taken multiple times money and when he refused to take her call , she came to their home along with Police under IPC354 . Once she got the money all her allegations vanished .


She asked me : Is there any law for Boys if any Girl continuously stalking him ?   
I replied : No madam .
She asked : Why ?
I replied : That's because no one support for need of such law in India . Indian IPC354 or IPC376 does not consider the men or boys as victim of  rape, molestation , stalking or harassment by women or girls .


She might have never imagined in her wildest dream , the unfair law will hunt in her own family and she have to call to some men help line . Such unfair Law is not going to spare their son, brother, husband, father or grand fathers also.

Next 10 minutes she had given so many examples how today many girls are doing blackmailing, extortion and exploiting the laws , in return i can only offer her a patience hearing .


The politics of caste , religion had became ineffective , so it's time to push for Rape Politics , a 100% full proof winning formula. 

Thanks to our Delhi Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal , who had success fully established how Rape Politics can be a winning formula for any political party , in spite more than 75% rape cases court  found the allegations are not true in India , but who cares ?

There is no opotion but other political party also have to play the same Rape politics to secure their vote bank and the demand of replacing men/women to person in  IPC354 and IPC376 along with strong punishment for abuse the law,  will go in deaf ears only. 

As we Know , in present situation no political party can afford to take a stand to stop such fake cases or can provide any solution to  suffering of men or boys in India , it's up to Supreme Court of India to review their own  Judgements like :

1. The verbal statements of a women should be treated as prima face evidence to register FIR ( ideology a Women never lie)  
2. Let the case false or true , Police must register the FIR . ( Such power in Non-bailable cases lead to only extortion and blackmailing).

If Supreme court also fail to reverse such unfair Judgements and can't imitate strong Punishment with CRPC340 , cricketer like Amit Mishra may not be affected , but common men and boys of India  have to suffer .

Any unfair law or policy can't bring fairness in society , it only kills the harmony in society .

Today morning got a News Cutting mentioned , two attempt of rape case filed in Delhi and such news are not uncommon and as a common Men , we believe the same as true and start imagine how unsafe women in our country .

The story mention it was fight between two women at Night with reference to Car parking Problem . Now to resolve the same one women file a attempt to rape case against other women's Husband and in return the other women also file a attempt to rape case against first women's husband. Though it was found the allegation are not correct Police failed to  imitate any IPC182 against them or can't refuse to register the FIR , as recently SC said , Police have no right to refuse the FIR on basis the case is fake or fabricated.

This is not the first cases , every day such cases getting registered in huge numbers, not only in Delhi ,witness even at small villages of UP, West Bengal also. Today Cry Rape and all your wrong doing get  justified , even crime like mob killing or Riots . Any disputes , term it Rape and get Scot free .

So , a wrong doer ( He or She) became victim without any difficulty, only think she have to cry for rape or he have to find a women who will cry for rape for him. That's the #UnfairLaw of India  which even United Nation ( @UN) also prefer to keep their blind eye , result #FeministWorld made India a Hub of Legal Terrorism of the World .

Now such cases will be also added in National Crime Bure Report ( NCRB) as Crime against women and women organizations will not miss any opportunity to use the same statistics to shame all men , some radical Feminist will not miss the opportunity to term Every men as Potential Rapist . They will even reach to United Nation ( @UN) to fool them how India is unsafe for women and @UN also will get fooled and will make more anti-men law or policy.

But UN will never try to find the truth , as the Law designed in such a way that if a women cry for rape , no one have rights to disbelieve . If you question the truthfulness of the allegations , not only you will be termed a "Misgoynest" , you may even loose your Job also, as media will not forget to term you a Prevert or a Potential Rapist . If you are a Political person , you will be termed as anti-men in Media debates , so maximum Political person prefer to keep silence.

So, neither LAW makers , United Nation ( @UN) or any Media will dare to discuss to find the solution of such Legal Terrorism and will prefer to hide behind the word "Every Law get misused" due to their Misandric (male-hater) Mindset .

Result India failed to make any strong provision to consider that filling fake cases like Rape, molestation , 498A is heinous crime as the actual crime .

They will keep you reminding it's #MensWorld , any suffering of men should not be need of discussion . The right of Men's provided under article 21 ( Live and Liberty) taken away by terming them as criminal in open day light , but none dare to speak up as it's not #MensWorld any more it's #FeministWorld .

One must view, listen and understand , any Unfair policy or Law does not bring any fairness in Society. It only kills the Harmony in society which lead to more and more violence and crime.

Men like Amit I termed as my Brother , not that I have any Blood relation with them , but SIF a ray of Hope for many Men creates the Brother Hood network , which  many even had  failed to get from own Blood relations.

Though #FeministWorld had killed or destroyed many of mine or your own Brother, Son , Father, Grand fathers , but SIF gives us many more brother like Amit whose basic ideology , to stop the injustice against men , if one have to end his life by Bullet shoot out on them , let take it on Chest than at back. 

Let Join hands and try to Stop Abuse of men too , as men are also Human too.

Well Come #FeministWorld to Shame #MansWorld ?



Office Decorum, Code of Conduct and Ethics are the foundation and bedrock of our daily work practices. It is therefore, critical to understand and apply them in our professional work schedules. The attached document is a ready reference of the same. This document has also been uploaded on the intranet for easy access.

Let us hold ourselves personally accountable for incorporating these principles in our work life. Any evidence of non-compliance with regard to the policies is unhealthy for the organization and will lead to strict action against the employee responsible.

Great thought right, but do you know in #FeministWorld the word Employee had been changed to Men in India with the logic, after all its #MensWorld and United Nation (@UN) claim to be promoting Gender Equality?




So, the earlier guidelines for Employee Code of Conduct revised as under via another #Unfairlaw in the name of Stop Work Place Harassment and supported by misnadric United Nation also.


Men Employees should observe the principal of mutual respect, dignity and courtesy to other employees as well as to visitors and customers.

Men Employees should ensure that they do not exhibit any inappropriate act , conduct, behavior, conversion or dealings with regards to sexual harassment, both on official premises and elsewhere, during the office hours as well as beyond office hours. Harassment of any kind, Physical, Verbal, Written, Visual or suggestive is not acceptable.

Men Employee should observe telephone etiquette and should also be little mindful and sensitive about the pitch and volume as we are seated in an open office.

Men Employees should ensure that during office hours the ring tones and volume of mobile ringers should be as per office decorum. Also mobile phones should be kept in silent mode during the meetings. 

Men Employees given official mobiles have to be accessible on the mobile at all the times.

Men Employees must refrain from using abusive, provocative language and should avoid creating or being party to a disturbance.

Men Employees should not engage in running, throwing objects, or immoral or indecent behavior in office premises.

Men Employees should not have guest visit them in their work areas. Guest including Vendors, Customers, and Dealers/Distributors/CSAs/C&F agents should be seated in the guest area or in the meeting room area.
Men Employee must adhere to dress norms and uniforms in office as well as on official tours, meetings with vendors/customers.

Men Employees must not, under any circumstances bring firearms or weapons or unauthorized items to the office premises.

Men Employees should use office property and equipments for authorized purpose only.

Men Employees should be at their own work areas unless required to be at any other place for any specific work.

Men Employees must ensure not to leave printouts at common printer area and collect only the printouts belonging to their work.

Men Employees should eat and drink tea/coffee only at designated places. Eating and drinking is not allowed in office area i.e. at the workstations as well as in cabins.


Men Employees are required to follow these guidelines of appropriate office conduct in the true sprit. Strict action will be enforced on employees found not to following these guidelines.


 




                                   

Now what about Women Employees?   


Answer : Do whatever you want, after all it's #FeministWorld .




As in India in the workplace harassment Law there is no Punishment to Women Employees for their any mis-conduct or sexual assault on men or on other women.

If any company HR department dared to take any action against you or sack you as a former women employee you have many legal right like :


1.     To term the even Company Directors Misogynist and defame them in media.

2.     To file sexual harassment cases, there is no need of any evidence, your verbal allegations sufficient to term any Men Employees a molester or sexual offenders. 

3.     Claim 100 crs to 1000 crs as compensations on the name of mental harassment.

4.     Your name and identity to be protected.

5.     After inquiry if your allegations found false/fabricated or to gain self-interest, such reports even will not be available via RTI (Right to Information). 

Well Come the #FeministWorld , they claim Promoting Gender Equality  by creating naming and shaming Videos of men supported by United Nations ( @UN) in the name of #MansWorld.




Stop Abuse of Men,Men are Human too. 

Time to replace the word men/women to Employees in India’s present #UnFairLaw .
