Who will encounter the Encounters of Telangana Police, who killed four truck drivers as accused of rape/murder without any Fair trial?


India is a country where even Terrorist Like #Kasab was given a fair trial, but when it comes for poor Lorry drivers, they deserve to be killed in the name of safety for women without any Trial. Those today celebrating & doing Party, just wait & watch, Next it will be #YouToo when Police get FREE License to Kill anyone without any punishment, which they are looking for Long time , but its #MiLord of Suprement Court till date not allowed them to do so .



One must have heard the famous movie dialogue, “No FIR, no arrest, no talk ... faisla on the spot”. It was 2002, when this dialogue was on screens. This statement inventory again came to screens on early hours of 6th December 2019, when India woke upto the news of Telangana police killing 4 accused in an encounter.

Telangana and India was taking about and many were protesting against the recent alleged rape and murder of a veterinary doctor in Telangana on 27th December 2019. Police, amidst pressure, arrested 4 accused, who were remanded to 14 days judicial custody.

In a, straight out of Bollywood plot, they were taken to alleged crime site on 6th December by police, as investigation process (crime reconstruction) and for such important case which each section of society was following, the accused,  attacked police party with stones and sticks, snatched weapons and opened fire this police killed them in same encounter.

In parallel, we also see another crime reported from other parts of the country. Few of them were:


While the country wakes up selectively on crimes, with inclination only when the alleged victim is female and alleged perpetrator is male, NGO like Men Welfare Trust, are bound to raise some very important questions on the way we are growing as a feminist society:

Question 1: If encounter of accused (remember, they were not convicted by any court yet) is the way forward of criminal Justice system, why to have law at all? Because, the one with the gun in his hand have right to decide the accused is guilty or not? In the Name of Encounter, cold blooded murder of accused is not Heinous Crime?

Question 2: Four accused(arms less) aged 20-24 truck drivers, physical looks like Stick, obviously not treated best in the custody, police claim they attack highly secured, well trained  and heavily prepared with arms team had been attacked with stones/ sticks and get killed!! 2 allegedly snatch weapons but all 4 get killed? After killing them, more than 2-hrs waited to gather public in place, but no ambulance able to reach? Great now a days even movie makers also stopped to write such story.

Question3: Most alarming, should we close down the courts and process of law? How many of us are sure that indeed it was rape and was committed by those 4 only, when no medical evidence was collected? No court had till date seen the evidence to convict the accused.

Question 4: Why is the CP, Sajjanar, so trigger-happy, selectively against male gender? 2008, where he did same in an alleged acid attack case and now 2019. Do such officers deserve to continue in the police force, especially, Telangana police who boast of wearing, “Duty, Honor, Compassion”? Isn't any #FakeEncounter an #EncounterOfLaw, #EncounterOfHumanity, #EncounterOfConstitution?

Question 5: FOR ALL OF US, AS A SOCIETY, WHY IS OUR OUTRAGE AND DEMAND OF PUNISHMENT SO SELECTIVE AND BASED ONLY ON GENDER ONLY? It is so sad to see every petition from a woman criminal to any authority, always writing, “I am a woman”, as they know it works. The same police whose judgment we always question in simple traffic laws violation, we trusted their judgment in this case, WHY?

It is even more dangerous to witness following who had taken oath to protect our Constitution are violating at their will , then what is the difference of such people and Naxalites or Nazis ? When protector of Constitution became Violator of Constitution , as a common Man what option you have?
1.       President of India’s statement about not allowing appeal to POCSO convicts. This is when we know how mothers use POCSO against fathers commonly.
2.       Statement of MP, Mrs. Jaya Bachhan, advocating public Lynching as the solution for crime like this. Why should she not be removed from the Parliament for making statements asking people to take law in their own hands? Aren't people like her responsible for gruesome murder like that done during Dimapur Lynching in a false rape case (as per police report and like Telangana case, India must accept that police report as true as well).
3.       Constitutional bodies like Minister of Women and Child Development, proposing lesser jail term for same crime being done by women?
4.       Honble Speaker, Mr. Venkiah Naidu, of the house asking MPs to look into changing of rape laws when the same Parliament turns blind eye towards the majority of Fake Rape Cases or towards Men being victims of Rape?

India is not a crime free country, no country is. India is not the only country where such crimes happen but India is the one of very few countries, where men are not considered as victims of Rape, Cruelty by partner, Domestic Violence, responsible custodian of child, victim of sexual violence at home, deserving of getting maintenance and many such bias. THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL, PATRIARCHY.

Crime has no gender. Law and punishment must not have gender either. Last 14 years we keep reminding everyone to be #Misdary FREE those promoting and advocating always Unfair Law/Policy on the basis of gander, which is against natural Justice, but none understand such unfairness leads to more violence and hate, which we witness in recent Hyderabad Case also.



Just think when you give FREE license to Police in uniform to  Kill someone on assumption that he/she had done some crime , why not Police or your enemy will not use the weapon against you to Kill you too one day ?

Telengana Police not only Killed Four Truck Drivers who was accused of Rape/Murder, they killed whole criminal Justice foundation itself. Before enjoy ask yourself what is difference between you and Naxalites ?

#TripleAttack on Muslim Men: 498A, CRPC125 & #TripleTalaq Now !




Many non-Muslim men in Twitter made fool that 498A, CRPC125, DVact does not apply on Muslim Men, those are in that dream world , we would request them one time visit to Indian Court and see by your own eyes! 

The provisions of the ban of #TripleTalaq Act passed by Indian Law makers, proves #Misandry at best, converting a Civil disputes to criminal offence. In the World no country have such provision, they regulate the Talaq via Civil law only and punishment after proved that you violated the law. But here as accused itself (not proved you are guilty), you have to go jail and get punishment, as its criminal law.
MainFeatures:

·         All declaration of instant triple talaq, including in written or electronic form, to be void (i.e. not enforceable in law) and illegal.
    • (Let you say 1000 times talaq, you do not get any relief).
·         Instant triple talaq remains cognisable offence with a maximum of three years imprisonment and a fine. The fine amount is decided by the magistrate.
·         The offence will be cognisable only if information relating to the offence is given by the wife or her blood relative.
    • (If there is no evidence of Triple Talaq or witness, then also she or her parents, brother, sister can very well say to police that you verbally given Triple Talaq and police is bound to register the FIR & can arrest without any warrant from court).
·         The offence is non-bailable. But there is a provision that the Magistrate may grant bail to the accused. The bail may be granted only after hearing the wife and if the Magistrate is satisfied with reasonable grounds for granting bail.
    • (After file case , if wife do not come to court , your bail at least one or two time will be rejected, as her advocate will make sure she does not come to court with some excuses and here judge is help less).
·         The wife is entitled to subsistence allowance. The amount is decided by the magistrate.
    • ( Irrespective she have 1ruppes or 1 billion rupees ).
·         The wife is entitled to seek custody of her minor children from the marriage. The manner of custody will be determined by the Magistrate.
    • ( Irrespective she is honest or criminal, having link to any anti-social element, child abuser, mental disease, druggist or adulterous)
·         The offence may be compounded (i.e. stop legal proceedings and settle the dispute) by the Magistrate upon the request of the woman (against whom talaq has been declared).
    • (Like ordering some Pizza or cup of tea, then she can cancel the same as per her wish or whims at any point of time).

Once again the same presumption made during formation this #Unfairlaw , A #WomenNeverLie , so her verbal word itself is sufficient to term a Man is criminal and send behind the Bar as accused . Our Law makers had not learnt any lesson from law like 498A, Dowry, DVact, CRPC125, Rape, Sexual harassment law.

 #MiLord of Supreme Court of India already made #TripleTalaq as void. Means if any Husband let say 1000 times Talaq , he does not get any relief. But if his wife goes to police station and says her husband had given her #TripleTalaq and it became mandatory for Police to register FIR and arrest the Husband, as the same had been made Cognizable Offence.

So, another Legal toll of #LegalTerrosim provided to Muslim Women to do blackmail, extortion to their husband along with 498A, DVact , CRPC125 .

Two wrong can’t be a Right think. Such type of #UnfairLaw kill the Fairness in Justice System, it promotes dis-harmony with leads to increase in violence & crime in society, but who cares. We choose MP’s to Make law and they are successfully misusing/abusing the same in the name of Constitution article 15 (3) against men and our #MiLord refuse to act or put any break on that.

Already bad marriage for men is nightmare; suicide of Married Men is double than married Women, but law makers determined to make their life more miserable by adding multiple law and burden on them.



So, some precaution for Muslim Men in this world of technology and redefine their role for Society must:


  • 1     Mobile: Immediately put a password based screen Lock System. If your wife uses your phone and just sends some SMS or whatsapp message of #TripleTalaq to her phone, it became evidence and your 3-years convection is almost 100% grantee.
  • 2.       Email, Social Profile: Ensure double password Lock System, so that hacking became difficult.
  • 3.       Property & Assets: Review all your Property, assets, Bank saving, the more you have in your name, you are at more risk. Find some trust for Men well fare or create one and Gift them immediately.
  • 4.       Book Old age Home: Find some good Old age Home and immediately Book an accommodation there or if you are capable start making one as trust, shelter home for Men, as there is no grantee you will be able to be allowed to stay at your own home, if your wife does not want, irrespective the same home in your name or in her name.
  • 5.       Document your suffering: Till date you may have ignored many of your suffering due to your wife abusive, violent, cheating, adultery actions with hope that she will change. But now, please start documented the same, you do not know when it will be required.
  • 6.       Review your relationship: Like every year we file ITR at the end of financial year with the help of CA, its time of review your relationship status with some MRA community and start taking corrective, preventive action to reduce your losses and suffering.
  • 7.       Misandry Free : You can see when it comes to washing any man in Parliament or in office or in Road in spite of ideological difference Jay/Hema/May along with Ravi/Navi all get together to make life miserable of Men. As a man you too enjoy when you see some Men is suffering as entertainment, come out from Misandry or you can be next.
  • 8.       #FightWith Smile: You born in this country and unfortunately get married with Indian women. So you have no choice, but to accept all the injustice, as that’s law of land. But as accused, no one can snatch your right to stick with Truth. Truth can’t be sacrificed for any think and any think can be sacrificed for truth. Fight and if required learn to take the Bullet in Chest than in Back , never ever surrender run away from war field and show the back .

  • Question Of Law for SC : This #TripleTalaq law is a criminal Law or Civil Law ? Its linked with Maintenance & child custody also. If Criminal Law an accused can be arrest then final order can be punishment of Jail & Fine if found guilty. But if Civil Law the punishment of Jail & Fine should be if person violate the court order. 


#WhyForceMen to stay with abusive, violent, cheater, adulterous women and still pay her for rest of the life in name maint ? Can anyone #ForceWomen to do the same?


#Misandry at best exhibited in Indian #Parliament.

#NaturalJustice and common sense says : Men or Women, if he/she feel unhappy with any relationship, institution or organizations, must have right to exit without putting Burden on others.
In India in case of women walk out from relationship not only well appreciated considered as Liberal women, but for Men? Every man's nightmare is bad marriage and endless #LegalTerrorism on them continues…. to force them stick in their abusive relationship !

Every Men in India are under high risk of #Fakecases at Home, Office, Road due to multiple anti-Men #Unfairlaw - which became Blackmailing/Extortion Tool. To survive or #FightBack knowledge is Key. Law is not any rocket Science. Buy & start Read Law Books Now!

Women family claim wife suicide or get murder (but she is alive ), but without any evidence , the Husband Family had been book in criminal cases.

How white Lie had been made and we all Indian Misandric People every time believe as their every story, every allegation and shame ,spread hate towards all Men community. 

In the Name of Dowry the #Unfair law made by Law makers , mere Verbal allegation and the Husband , husband Family behind the bar.

At the time of Marriage they claim its Streedhan and the same Women Right, none can ban it , but the same Streedhan termed Dowry as and when she want. So a Item at the time of Marriage is Streedhan , which is legal , but the same is became Dowry when any disputes comes. 

The home, car , money , property, gold wives and her family demanded from Husband family never termed as Dowry.

Result in the name of Dowry law makers made multiple special law DP3, 498a , 304B , DV act in-spite in Indian Ipc every law is there start from extortion to murder.

Result it only increases the #Fakecases on Men , it had been misused Left , right and center , married Men Suicide keep increasing , but our Law makers prefer in deep sleep .

But who cares ?

Law makers and women organisation assumption a #WomenNeverLie and the Men should be punished on mere allegation.

In India #CrimeByWomen towards to Men leads to Zero-Action.

Today Indian Women do not have Fear of any law.

To Stop Abuse Men Vote 4 NOTA in upcoming Election !!

We have witness many trending hash Tag in twitter supported by many men as well as women,  like #StopMisuseofRapeLaw, #StopAbuseMen , #Scrap498A , #SaveMale , # StopMenSuicide , #StopElderAbuse , #MenAreHumantoo , #No2maintenance  etc , but none of the Political Party had given any Place in their manifesto as concern.


The safety, suffering , crime against men and their other family members had been ignored by all most every Political Party, as they know we men are not united for our own Constitution right, result we had been taken as granted.



Now , if you really want to stop such misuse of Law or necessary correction to be done in Law’s , there is no other option but to Join hands together and give a clear message to all Political party that we men & their family members are not Free Vote Bank any more.




One may love it or hate it , but fact is it's Political party elected MP/MLA only can change any Unfair laws, and all MP/MLA does any activity on the hope to get increase in their vote share  only .


Even 2 or 3% increase or decrease in their vote share makes huge difference in their number of seats won or lost.



One hand we witness some political Leaders out of country cry in the name of Mother, but does not provide any Protection such age old mothers when they get abused in their own home by Daughter-in-law.


Many political leaders talk about they want to remove the pain of women of this country, but got silent when we say , in this country every 6 min a mother or sister loss their own brother or son, does their pain is not considered as Pain of Women ?

In this Country every 8 min one women’s brother or son or husband had been termed as rapist or molester and subject to blackmailing or extortion via various Unfair Laws, does their pain is not a women’s pain?



Unfair Laws or policy can’t bring fairness in any society it only lead to hatred in Society and destroy the society harmony.  When Society harmony get destroyed , it only increase violence , crime , extortion and it’s common men and women pay the price , history witness.


So, we appeal to all, if any party members call you or visit your Home for seeking Your Vote, give this below list ( must Print) and ask them to include their stand in their party manifesto first, and then only you will review to whom you should vote instead of your own Party "NOTA".

·         As per NCRB report the victims of Murder, accident, suicide of Men are 2 to 3 times than women. To address the crime against men and their day to day problem, do you agree to form a Men welfare ministry and Commission?

·         Do you agree to replace the word Men/Women to person in all anti-men laws like, rape, molestation, Work Place harassment, Domestic Violence act, crpc125? The above mentioned laws are poorly drafted and heavily biased against the husbands/men and their families leading to Legal Terrorism and subject to Legal extortion?

·          It was promised in Last Rajya Sabha Committee report, if arrest in most grossly abused IPC section like 498A does not get reduced, there is no option but to make 498A bailable . The NCRB data also shows there is no reduction of arrest even after crpc41A, so do you agree that such laws should be made bailable?


·         What steps will your party take to stop heavy misuse of “Gender Biased” laws and consider the same heinous crime and strong Punishment followed, as present IPC182 and crpc340 had totally failed to control massive misuse of law on innocent men.

·         Do you agree that the differences between husband and wife should be treated as a civil matter (and not Criminal) like all over developed country followed than creating multiple Laws in the name of seeking maintenance should be stopped?


·         Do you agree to scrap the present unfair laws, which allow multiple maintenance and criminal litigation against Husband in multiple courts, when constitution said a person can’t be punished twice for same offense?

·         Do you agree to form a single law with word “Spouse” by replacing the word Husband / wife  in all marriage related laws start from dowry to Alimony?


·         Why you support for giving maintenance to even educated, working, well bodied or adulterous wife, when they are not taking care any responsibility of Husband’s liabilities?

·          What will your party do to ensure that no arrest is made before Final Judgment/ Order in case of a complaint only with verbal allegations under various assumption based law that a women never lie?


·         What is your stand on equal rights on children’s (Shared Parenting) in case of separation of parents?



In case you do NOT receive any reply, tell them we will be forced to assume to that you too, like other Political parties consider Men as disposable gender.





So, better to #Vote4NOTA your own party,  than voting to a party candidate, who does not consider men as human , who also victim of crime , Violence , sexual assault along with subject extortion and blackmailing via multiple #Fakecases  in home and workplaces .


The day your party NOTA will attract more than 10 to 15% vote then see , all political party will be forced to consider Men are Human too and they need a welfare ministry or commission too to address their problems. The NOTA (none of the above) symbol, being used for the first time in Bihar, came about after the designers had taken feedback from villagers below the poverty line and semi-literate voters found that they, too, related the cross sign with rejection.

Them of this Year International Men's Day by Save Family Foundation ( SFF)  : Men are Human too . 

In a country we have Government funded authority/Commission even to protect the rights and welfare of Trees , animal , but none for Men. When it comes to issue like Crime against men or high Men suicide , Job-loss of Men , Men health issue , our Government always prefer to go on silent mode . 

 

 

On the eve of International Men's day , SFF demand and seek your support as per  resolutions passed in 7thSIF-National Meets by more than 50 NGO’s:

1.    India should have a “Commission for Men”.
2.    National Family Health Survey should include Domestic Violence on Men.
3.    Make Shared Parenting as per UN Convention of Child Rights.
4.    Effective counseling and helpline for distressed and abused men to reduce men’s suicide.
5.    Amendments of CrPC 340 and IPC 182 to punish misuse of laws as these present laws are ineffective.
6.    Protection of identity of accused person. Merely on an allegation, the identity of the accused should not be revealed to the media.
7.    In all gender biased laws, the terms ‘Man’ and ‘Woman’ should be replaced by the term ‘Person’ and also the terms ‘Husband’ and ‘Wife’ should be replaced by the term ‘Spouse’.
8.    Government should have separate funds and create policies to rehabilitate survivors of false cases.


Stop Abuse of Men as Men are Human too.
