Girl make fake profile as Boy & Chat for Rape Girls ! 

Delhi Police issued Press Release and says : 

Investigation has revealed that the alleged Snapchat conversation is actually between a girl (sender) and a boy (receiver) in which the girl is sending chat messages through a fictional Snapchat account named 'Siddharth'. Using the fake identity of a male person, she suggested in the chat, a plan to sexually assault herself. 

The sad part is that after found the same in investigation that the Rape chat was Fake - no action taken against the Girls or against the DCW Chief Ms.Swati Maliwal who issued Notice to police with the Fake Rape Chat as evidence & put Video also in Twitter to arrest all Boys of #BoysLockeroom and created hatred towards school going Boys !

#Section375 : Movie Shows how A Women #CryRape & Men Jailed !

The most #UnfairLaw of India #IPC375 or Section 375 which called Rape Law of India to punish Men on mere allegations by women without any evidence or medical test. The foundation of making such law that A #WomenneverLie or Cheat !

The poorly drafted law, where every sex between Men with women the women can cry Rape even after 20 or 30 yrs latter also and #MiLord of judiciary can send the man in Jails for 10yrs on mere sole testimony of Women that the sex was not consented or on her own will.

Our common People does not understand the #Unfairness of such Law as they do not understand twisted meaning the word used like "Consent" and 'Will" till he land up in Court or Police station.

Many people will try to explain Rape Law #Section375 are very complex, but real fact there is no complexity at all. The Law is very clear ! Any sex between Men & Women with consent along with 100% at her own will , still she can #Cryrape and term a Men Rapist latter on, her own words to be taken as gospel truth by #MiLord.

The Law is #Unfair and anti-Men -Period ! No Excuse Please !

Those disagree, just imagine for a moment if there had been any Law ( Section 375W) : If a women spend money earned by Men , with out his consent or will , it will be termed as Extortion and the sole testimony of  Man to be taken as Gospel truth by #MiLod ? Will you term the same as complex issue or term as totally unfair and anti-women Law ? Where the word 'Complex" issue go then ?

Its the privilege of Indian women got from our Misandric law makers , that she can even sex with Men as per her wish or whims and then term the same as forced Sex or was not as per her will.

Stupid Men think , it was a consented sex , he have all the evidence, he will win the cases, he work hard to prove in court that the sex was consented , then the master stroke played by women advocate , fine it may be consented Sex , but the same was not on her free will & the men is Clean Bowled !

Still more than 75% cases men had proved his innocence in court that the allegations are cooked up or to frame him , but #MiLord of Judiciary does not take any strong action under CRPC340 to punish such women.

Constitution Article 21: Live & Liberty a person with dignity considered to be supreme! But our Law makers for Vote bank politics and fool Indian Men always grossly abused/misused article 15(3) of Constitution , result Men had been deprived from their constitution right provided under Article 21.

Till the time clause like 15(3) in our Constitution exist, how many time Prime Minister of India shout from Top : " Sab ka sath sab ka vikas" , it will never can be achieved !

Mr. Y.P. Singh from Lucknow , well know Men right activist says : 15(3)  is wrongly interpreted , misused and implemented.

Unfortunately #MiLord of Supreme Court is also blindly doing wrong in the name of women sensitization and is also not doing their duty.
15(3)  is made to do the Provisions for the weaker section to bring them in the main stream of society, not the Law.

There is a big difference between Provision and Law :  

Laws are applicable to all and have punishment clause, while provisions for some group and no punishment to others. Like : Providing wheal chair for disabled is a provision for which 15(3) was made. 

Constitution makers were not such fools that, one article is overruled by the next one. 

If so then,  why they use two words law,  provision in constitution ?

Why not they use same word in both Articles 14 & 15(3) ?
