IPC354 case against Cricketer Amit Mishra by Women a Joke ?

Last Few days we have witness many News reports mentioning that a women in Bangalore registered a case against Indian Cricketer Amit Mishra under the Indian Penal Code section 326 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means) and 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty). 

Police had issued a Notice to him to appear before them with in 7 days . On failure of the same a arrest warrant can be issued . If it was a case against any common men or boys , police had been already arrested him , instead of issue any notice.

Now with reference to various TV news who claimed the Compliant copy they have  some highlight as per women's own statements :

1. She ( a Film Producer ) tired multiple time to call Amit Mishra , but there was no response.

2. She herself went to Hotel as Amit Mishra had not respond on Phone.

3. After Reaching to Hotel , she found Amit Mishra not available in room and a DND ( Do not disturb) notice was hanging .

4. She herself entered in Hotel room and was waiting Amit Mishra Room ( why Hotel staff allow her to enter his room , not explained)  .

5. Then Amit Mishra came to Hotel room after having Dinner and by seeing her in the room he got angry .

6. Then he started fight and beat her , break her finger and off course molested her by default and abla Nari ( poor women) suffered all the attack without any fault at her end . 

7. She had filed the case after one month of the incidence .

I would wonder , if any man ( film producer) had done the same think with any women cricketer, say Smita Mishra , what could had been happened ? Will not the film Producer had not been booked for trespassing, stalking and other IPC ?  He might have even charged with attempt of rape also.

But it's Indian and we live in a Feminist World , any wrong done by women can't be termed as crime . On the other hand only by her verbal statements any Man can be termed as Molester and sexual assaulter. The naming and shaming activity will continue and will be suspended from Job forgetting the natural Justice system followed a person is innocent till proven guilty.  

Amit Mishra being a Indian cricketer and Indian team too need him badly as Ravichandran Ashwini is injured he had not been arrested , but as per Crime Bure reports every 8 min one boy or men is getting arrested in India on the mere verbal allegations by girls or women and after long trails by court it had found more than 75% cases the allegations are not true .

Now the latest up-date , she want to withdraw the allegations !!! She dont know IPC354 is a Non-Compundable crimnal offence, only court have power to Close FIR.

So, we wonder does filling a criminal case against some one a JOKE in India ?   

File a criminal case against any Tom/Dick or harry , destroy his social reputation and then say I want to withdraw the compliant . Is this called Criminal Justice System of India ?

The allegations are true or false , does not matter the boy or men had been send to jail , got suspended from job or school and his basic constitution right under article 21 right to live and liberty had been denied .

When court found the allegations are not true, they have not got any compensations or court had given any punishment to such women or Girls for destroying one's life, carrier or social reputations.

Last week a women in our SIF-One Help Line ( 888-498-498) was crying his son had been expelled from the school as there was some disputes they have with college principal regarding donations and they have failed to deposit the same on time , but the reason of expelled given against the boy molestation , not donations disputes. Now the boy can't get admissions to any other school also .

Another angry call from Faisalabad by another women, whose parents have to pay lacks of rupees to avoid registration of IPC354 against his brother . A girl was behind her brother stalking , taken multiple times money and when he refused to take her call , she came to their home along with Police under IPC354 . Once she got the money all her allegations vanished .

She asked me : Is there any law for Boys if any Girl continuously stalking him ?   

I replied : No madam .

She asked : Why ?

I replied : That's because no one support for need of such law in India . Indian IPC354 or IPC376 does not consider the men or boys as victim of  rape, molestation , stalking or harassment by women or girls .

She might have never imagined in her wildest dream , the unfair law will hunt in her own family and she have to call to some men help line . Such unfair Law is not going to spare their son, brother, husband, father or grand fathers also.

Next 10 minutes she had given so many examples how today many girls are doing blackmailing, extortion and exploiting the laws , in return i can only offer her a patience hearing .

The politics of caste , religion had became ineffective , so it's time to push for Rape Politics , a 100% full proof winning formula. 

Thanks to our Delhi Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal , who had success fully established how Rape Politics can be a winning formula for any political party , in spite more than 75% rape cases court  found the allegations are not true in India , but who cares ?

King of Rape Politics

There is no opotion but other political party also have to play the same Rape politics to secure their vote bank and the demand of replacing men/women to person in  IPC354 and IPC376 along with strong punishment for abuse the law,  will go in deaf ears only. 

As we Know , in present situation no political party can afford to take a stand to stop such fake cases or can provide any solution to  suffering of men or boys in India , it's up to Supreme Court of India to review their own  Judgements like :

1. The verbal statements of a women should be treated as prima face evidence to register FIR ( ideology a Women never lie)  

2. Let the case false or true , Police must register the FIR . ( Such power in Non-bailable cases lead to only extortion and blackmailing).

If Supreme court also fail to reverse such unfair Judgements and can't imitate strong Punishment with CRPC340 , cricketer like Amit Mishra may not be affected , but common men and boys of India  have to suffer .

Any unfair law or policy can't bring fairness in society , it only kills the harmony in society . 

 

Not all Women hate Men but do they care for Men’s problem?

ARUP, WAS 14 the first time a women grabbed him inappropriately without permission. He was at a family functions and he can’t quite remember what he did to raise her ire, but he remember her grabbing him from behind. 

Then she yelled something to her ladies group friends about Arup’s private parts was not fitting into her hands. All her friends enjoy the same and poor Arup run away from there with shame.

Take his age out of the equation and most people would be more surprised about believing that that’s a sexual harassment to boys, playing with their private parts when done by any women or girls.

Playing with boys private parts , kiss their private parts, forcefully remove their cloths , punish them in front of other kids as Naked is very common not only in Urban society , even  I had witness in remote villages also. But if the victim is boy, none term it as sexual harassment.

Samir other 16 years guys, just got expelled notice from his school and got termed a molester, as his parents had a heated arguments with School Principal regarding excessive demand of Donation.

Now those  boys became 18+ and gets termed as Men , but the sexual assault or abuse on them does not stop , it continue in various form , they even get raped by women/Girls but can’t even cry for get raped . The moment they will cry for rape, instead of treating him as victim, the law will term him a rapist.

As soon as a man tries to explain a problem that affects all men, like “some women can get very aggressive when they’re rejected, the hand-waving response is often just “not all women”. That is a comment that helps no one, clarifies nothing and only achieves the derailing of a conversation about an important problem. We know it’s not all women, but when the problems are experienced by pretty much all men, something has to change.

Being an ex-male feminist witness many brain wash advocacy that Feminism isn’t about hating men it’s about equality.  But when it comes to the victim of sexual, physical, mental, economical abuse of men in the hand of women, feminist show their true picture. All the ideology of equality goes out and desperate attempt made to justify all wrong doing of women against men as exceptions.

Today morning when I was driving for office there was a program in FM Radio regarding recent reports of more than 93% Pick picketers in Delhi Metro found are women/girls, but a young girl made RJ Raunak clean bowled by logic that girls/women are not expert of theft , so they get caught , but boys are expert so they never get caught and run away.

So in spite of having evidence on record we will still term Boys/men is culprit on assumption based theory only. CCTV footage will show how some women is beating boys/men left, right or center, but no case will be filed against such women, whereas without any evidence the molestation case will be filed against the men/boys on mere verbal allegations.

There are enough bad girls/women out there but men had been never taught how to avoid being get raped, what to do when get abused by women/Girls, how to hold your nerve or protect yourself when any women/girls get violent.

Ask any men, all of us have at least one own story in their life about a girl or women they had witness, who got aggressive after being rejected to full fill their illogical demand.

Roughly one of every two men/boys will experience sexual assault once they’re over the age of 13. Most of those men/boys won’t report the incident because men/boys are raised to believe that they’re in some way responsible, so this mass outcry goes in deaf ears only.

What’s sadly not surprising is that even though (or perhaps because) it took a lot of courage for the men to speak about the things that had happened to them, there was still a big backlash against them.

The laughably named “Women rights activists” always tried to turn the conversation back to how horrible men were responsible for rape of women and how dare men seek equality, taking “rights” to be victim away from women ?

This conversation is important to have because while not all women will go around abusing people, but a large number of women still think abuse any men is their birth right and any wrong they do against men is justified as Self-defense and will go Scot free .

More than that, all of these issues are the things that men need to speak up about, instead of just replying with “not all women” hate men and non-male hater women also need to learn listen and think about how they can be part of the solution, even if they’re not actively part of the problem.

When it comes to Rape, Molestation or acid attack, we Indian men and women never agree to accept the same crime can be done by a women or girls, due to our Misandric mind set.

When a women or girls rape a men we termed it as Love, affection, where as when the men try to make the complaint, instead of treating him as victim, he himself land in Jail on as accused of rape or molest women as per IPC354 or IPC376. So, the men victim of rape suffer in silently or end this life, as neither law or society or media support him.

So, when we see the news that in Delhi two girls tried to rape, molest and made MMS of men, we had never been surprised. It shows some courage of some media house to show the truth in front of us, though main stream media prefer to ignore it.

Here the girls can't be booked under a molestation act ( IPC354) forget about attempt to rape ( IPC376). They will be booked under simple assault or cheating case and will get scot-free very soon.  

Such cases you will never find in National Crime Bure report , as such cases never considered as crime under IPC354 or IPC376. So, the crime against men by women will be shown always as Zero and keep claim women or girls don't rape or molest men in India.

Many developed countries including UK already made Rape or sexual assaults Law, work place harassment law as Gender Neutral. In UK itself more than 65000 women and girls found guilty of raping men and boys, then wonder why not a single women in India had not found guilty?

It’s because when a women or girls rape a men or boys, it never considered as crime in spite "The Law Commission in one of its Report dated March, 2000 had  recommended that laws relating to rape or sexual assaults to be made gender  neutral.

Our Justice Verma Committee and their supporting gang, made all effort to Protect Indian Rapist women and get got Scot free.  

They even forced government to change the original ordinance where the provision was made to Punish irrespective of Gender, a person can be accused for rape or molestation.

Biased Justice Verma and his gang strongly argued the crime done against women is far more than against men, so let some men suffer and make the law gender bias as the life of some men’s are not valuable .  

Even our Law makers also surrender in front of them and ironed the earlier LAW commission’s report to make rape / Sexual assaults law Gender Neutral.

They forget it is not the numbers game, injustice somewhere is direct treat to justice everywhere. Number of Terrorist/murder in the form of Women or men is much less than total population, so does all prevention of Terrorist act or Murder act will be only for men? Number of women caught in Drink and drives also much less (90% cases police do not even register a case against women), so does the same law should be only for men?

Request all honest citizen of India, demand to your MP/ MLA to make gender neutral LAW as a Natural Justice all over world follow and immediately replace the word "Husband/wife" to "Spouse" and "Men/women" to "Person" or be ready to pay heavy price tomorrow as crime in society is going to increase in multiform. 

Women organizations always give logic whenever any discussion to amend the anti-men laws come in sight, that good men will not suffer from such law, only bad men are booked by such laws. Abuse or misuse of a law is not a valid ground to stop making any law etc.

So, same logic should not apply that if any good women does not rape, molest or acid attack to boyfriends, they will not be punished, very simple logic, but what the logic they have, when bad women like bad men do heinous crime like Rape, molestation or acid attack, the same should not be termed as crime in India ?

My humble request, law should not be on emotion as crime does not have any sex, caste or religion, so the first priority the law should be gender neutral. If women do not do rape, molest or acid attack on boyfriends, they will not be punished, but outright say, women do not do rape or sexual assault, is wrong and such mindset in law making process will increase the crime in society.

It’s time to stop Protecting Rapist women of India also. Men are Human too.
