Who will encounter the Encounters of Telangana Police, who killed four truck drivers as accused of rape/murder without any Fair trial?


India is a country where even Terrorist Like #Kasab was given a fair trial, but when it comes for poor Lorry drivers, they deserve to be killed in the name of safety for women without any Trial. Those today celebrating & doing Party, just wait & watch, Next it will be #YouToo when Police get FREE License to Kill anyone without any punishment, which they are looking for Long time , but its #MiLord of Suprement Court till date not allowed them to do so .



One must have heard the famous movie dialogue, “No FIR, no arrest, no talk ... faisla on the spot”. It was 2002, when this dialogue was on screens. This statement inventory again came to screens on early hours of 6th December 2019, when India woke upto the news of Telangana police killing 4 accused in an encounter.

Telangana and India was taking about and many were protesting against the recent alleged rape and murder of a veterinary doctor in Telangana on 27th December 2019. Police, amidst pressure, arrested 4 accused, who were remanded to 14 days judicial custody.

In a, straight out of Bollywood plot, they were taken to alleged crime site on 6th December by police, as investigation process (crime reconstruction) and for such important case which each section of society was following, the accused,  attacked police party with stones and sticks, snatched weapons and opened fire this police killed them in same encounter.

In parallel, we also see another crime reported from other parts of the country. Few of them were:


While the country wakes up selectively on crimes, with inclination only when the alleged victim is female and alleged perpetrator is male, NGO like Men Welfare Trust, are bound to raise some very important questions on the way we are growing as a feminist society:

Question 1: If encounter of accused (remember, they were not convicted by any court yet) is the way forward of criminal Justice system, why to have law at all? Because, the one with the gun in his hand have right to decide the accused is guilty or not? In the Name of Encounter, cold blooded murder of accused is not Heinous Crime?

Question 2: Four accused(arms less) aged 20-24 truck drivers, physical looks like Stick, obviously not treated best in the custody, police claim they attack highly secured, well trained  and heavily prepared with arms team had been attacked with stones/ sticks and get killed!! 2 allegedly snatch weapons but all 4 get killed? After killing them, more than 2-hrs waited to gather public in place, but no ambulance able to reach? Great now a days even movie makers also stopped to write such story.

Question3: Most alarming, should we close down the courts and process of law? How many of us are sure that indeed it was rape and was committed by those 4 only, when no medical evidence was collected? No court had till date seen the evidence to convict the accused.

Question 4: Why is the CP, Sajjanar, so trigger-happy, selectively against male gender? 2008, where he did same in an alleged acid attack case and now 2019. Do such officers deserve to continue in the police force, especially, Telangana police who boast of wearing, “Duty, Honor, Compassion”? Isn't any #FakeEncounter an #EncounterOfLaw, #EncounterOfHumanity, #EncounterOfConstitution?

Question 5: FOR ALL OF US, AS A SOCIETY, WHY IS OUR OUTRAGE AND DEMAND OF PUNISHMENT SO SELECTIVE AND BASED ONLY ON GENDER ONLY? It is so sad to see every petition from a woman criminal to any authority, always writing, “I am a woman”, as they know it works. The same police whose judgment we always question in simple traffic laws violation, we trusted their judgment in this case, WHY?

It is even more dangerous to witness following who had taken oath to protect our Constitution are violating at their will , then what is the difference of such people and Naxalites or Nazis ? When protector of Constitution became Violator of Constitution , as a common Man what option you have?
1.       President of India’s statement about not allowing appeal to POCSO convicts. This is when we know how mothers use POCSO against fathers commonly.
2.       Statement of MP, Mrs. Jaya Bachhan, advocating public Lynching as the solution for crime like this. Why should she not be removed from the Parliament for making statements asking people to take law in their own hands? Aren't people like her responsible for gruesome murder like that done during Dimapur Lynching in a false rape case (as per police report and like Telangana case, India must accept that police report as true as well).
3.       Constitutional bodies like Minister of Women and Child Development, proposing lesser jail term for same crime being done by women?
4.       Honble Speaker, Mr. Venkiah Naidu, of the house asking MPs to look into changing of rape laws when the same Parliament turns blind eye towards the majority of Fake Rape Cases or towards Men being victims of Rape?

India is not a crime free country, no country is. India is not the only country where such crimes happen but India is the one of very few countries, where men are not considered as victims of Rape, Cruelty by partner, Domestic Violence, responsible custodian of child, victim of sexual violence at home, deserving of getting maintenance and many such bias. THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL, PATRIARCHY.

Crime has no gender. Law and punishment must not have gender either. Last 14 years we keep reminding everyone to be #Misdary FREE those promoting and advocating always Unfair Law/Policy on the basis of gander, which is against natural Justice, but none understand such unfairness leads to more violence and hate, which we witness in recent Hyderabad Case also.



Just think when you give FREE license to Police in uniform to  Kill someone on assumption that he/she had done some crime , why not Police or your enemy will not use the weapon against you to Kill you too one day ?

Telengana Police not only Killed Four Truck Drivers who was accused of Rape/Murder, they killed whole criminal Justice foundation itself. Before enjoy ask yourself what is difference between you and Naxalites ?

To Stop Abuse Men Vote 4 NOTA in upcoming Election !!

We have witness many trending hash Tag in twitter supported by many men as well as women,  like #StopMisuseofRapeLaw, #StopAbuseMen , #Scrap498A , #SaveMale , # StopMenSuicide , #StopElderAbuse , #MenAreHumantoo , #No2maintenance  etc , but none of the Political Party had given any Place in their manifesto as concern.


The safety, suffering , crime against men and their other family members had been ignored by all most every Political Party, as they know we men are not united for our own Constitution right, result we had been taken as granted.



Now , if you really want to stop such misuse of Law or necessary correction to be done in Law’s , there is no other option but to Join hands together and give a clear message to all Political party that we men & their family members are not Free Vote Bank any more.




One may love it or hate it , but fact is it's Political party elected MP/MLA only can change any Unfair laws, and all MP/MLA does any activity on the hope to get increase in their vote share  only .


Even 2 or 3% increase or decrease in their vote share makes huge difference in their number of seats won or lost.



One hand we witness some political Leaders out of country cry in the name of Mother, but does not provide any Protection such age old mothers when they get abused in their own home by Daughter-in-law.


Many political leaders talk about they want to remove the pain of women of this country, but got silent when we say , in this country every 6 min a mother or sister loss their own brother or son, does their pain is not considered as Pain of Women ?

In this Country every 8 min one women’s brother or son or husband had been termed as rapist or molester and subject to blackmailing or extortion via various Unfair Laws, does their pain is not a women’s pain?



Unfair Laws or policy can’t bring fairness in any society it only lead to hatred in Society and destroy the society harmony.  When Society harmony get destroyed , it only increase violence , crime , extortion and it’s common men and women pay the price , history witness.

·         As per NCRB report the victims of Murder, accident, suicide of Men are 2 to 3 times than women. To address the crime against men and their day to day problem, do you agree to form a Men welfare ministry and Commission?

·         Do you agree to replace the word Men/Women to person in all anti-men laws like, rape, molestation, Work Place harassment, Domestic Violence act, crpc125? The above mentioned laws are poorly drafted and heavily biased against the husbands/men and their families leading to Legal Terrorism and subject to Legal extortion?

·          It was promised in Last Rajya Sabha Committee report, if arrest in most grossly abused IPC section like 498A does not get reduced, there is no option but to make 498A bailable . The NCRB data also shows there is no reduction of arrest even after crpc41A, so do you agree that such laws should be made bailable?


·         What steps will your party take to stop heavy misuse of “Gender Biased” laws and consider the same heinous crime and strong Punishment followed, as present IPC182 and crpc340 had totally failed to control massive misuse of law on innocent men.

·         Do you agree that the differences between husband and wife should be treated as a civil matter (and not Criminal) like all over developed country followed than creating multiple Laws in the name of seeking maintenance should be stopped?


·         Do you agree to scrap the present unfair laws, which allow multiple maintenance and criminal litigation against Husband in multiple courts, when constitution said a person can’t be punished twice for same offense?

·         Do you agree to form a single law with word “Spouse” by replacing the word Husband / wife  in all marriage related laws start from dowry to Alimony?


·         Why you support for giving maintenance to even educated, working, well bodied or adulterous wife, when they are not taking care any responsibility of Husband’s liabilities?

·          What will your party do to ensure that no arrest is made before Final Judgment/ Order in case of a complaint only with verbal allegations under various assumption based law that a women never lie?


·         What is your stand on equal rights on children’s (Shared Parenting) in case of separation of parents?

The day your party NOTA will attract more than 10 to 15% vote then see , all political party will be forced to consider Men are Human too and they need a welfare ministry or commission too to address their problems. A post mortem has found that the woman who was found hanging from a tree in Bhagalpur had not been gangraped, an NDTV report says. The police now suspect that the woman killed herself.
Police initially said the 32-year-old victim, who was a passenger of the Brahmaputra Mail that was travelling to the national capital, was dragged to the mango orchard and gang-raped by unidentified persons after she alighted from the train between Vikramshila and Kahalgaon stations.

The police recovered the body on Sunday and sent it to the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital in Bhagalpur for post-mortem.

The victim, who hails from New Jalpaiguri in West Bengal, took the train from Alipore to Delhi, along with her son.

As the train was jam packed, she tried to get down at Sahibganj but was prevented from doing so by co-passengers, ASP, Bhagalpur, Meenu Kumari said.

When the train slowed down between Vikramshila and Kahalgaon stations, she jumped out. It is not clear why she took this step.

Liquor bottles were found at the spot, Kumari said. A railway ticket and cellphone number of her village pradhan written on a piece of paper were recovered from the victim’s possession, police added.

Wake up call for Indian Men: Be Ready for False/Fabricated Rape Case on you!


By citing some extreme cases of rape and murder , Indian government and women organizations are on process to change the Present Rape law as mentioned below :

( Present punishment for rape is minimum 7 years and maximum life sentence).

Government and women organizations proposal  under consideration:

1. The Punishment should be Hang to death even for simple rape, presently it is Rape and Murder.
2. Proposal for chemical castration to men.
3. Acused have to prove that he had not done the rape, the women does not need to give any proof ( even medical test also not need to file rape cases), her verbal statement is sufficient to term any one rapist , she have to just claim she had been raped or gang raped and who ever to be named to be arrested immediately and they will not get bail till the case is over, let case goes no 1months or 20 years.
4. As soon as she file the case let it be true or false, she will get minimum 2 Lacks rupees. Rupees 50 thousands immediately and then as case progress. This is irrespective the case is true or false.
5. A rape victim will get government job by default, so now you do not need any qualification or skill to get a government Job, you have to just get raped and secure a government Job.
6. Consent to sex: Any physical relation, at the time she can be fine or even she can enjoy the same, but after ward she can change her mind and term the same a rape with excuse like , she was drunk, she was promised for marriage, she was promised for job, she was under threat ,  means the consent is depend purely on women's will and wish.
7. Most important the law commission advice to make the rape law "Gender Neutral", so that any rape by women to other women , men to other men, women to child can be covered, but women organizations and govt not ready to do that.
8. For any disputes in marriage or divorce the wife can file the Rape case on you along with 498A, DV act, Crpc125, Section24, Child custody and you will not have any defense.
9. There should not be any Punishment to women for making "False and Fabricated" rape or gang Rape case to any one.
10. A man can't be file rape case against women , let she rape you every day and then cut your body in 11 or 17 pieces.



Our Proposal : 

If you really want the same should not be misused left ,right and center the way in 498A/DV act the word relative misused .

Be ready the Rape statistics will be double in next two years and it will became another extortion, blackmailing and easy money earning business for all Advocate, Police and greedy people.

Summary of our Recommendations and Request to meet your MP/MLA/Ministers and demand:

1)    Make Rape Law Gender Neutral as in other countries of the globe
2)    Relationship cheating cases should not be allowed to be converted into rape cases which suck the scare resources from genuine rape cases.
3)    False complaints of Rape cases, should be punished severely, so that genuine cases like ‘Nirbhaya’, gets justice.
4)    Introduce the much required police reforms to increase conviction rates of rape cases
5)    Introduce the much required judicial reforms for speedier justice and to increase conviction rates of rape cases.

·        All references to “Man” or “Woman” must be replaced with the word “Person” or “Whosoever”
·        All references to “His” or “Her” to be must be replaced with the word “His or Her”
·        All references to  “He” or  “She” must be replaced with the word “He or She”
·        All references to the word ‘Husband” or “Wife” must be replaced with the word “Spouse”

Live-in-relationship or marriage disputes should not be be included in the Sexual Assault as the same already covered under Domestic Violence act.

JAIPUR: A 16-year old girl was raped by the paramour of her mother in Chomu area in Jaipur district. The police were shocked to find that the minor was raped with the consent of her mother. On the basis of the victim's complaint, police arrested the man and her mother on Sunday.

Suggestion to Mr. Justice Verma on Amended to Rape Law.


Respected Sir,

I would like to bring your kind attention that as the family and institution of marriage get destroyed the crime in society increase. Our LAW makers had made several duplication of law one sided and biased with loophole by which men are under stress and ending their life as per crime bure reports every year more than 88000 men ending their life and some instead of ending their own life, taking others life or getting involved in crime.

In India , never discuss that we have some skewed definition of  r@pe. After living for two years or so as live-in-partners and sleeping in  the same bed, to accuse the male partner of r@pe if he refused to marry is  the height absurdity. And police recording it as r@pe the culmination of stupidity. Such stupid definition no country all over the world have. First need to plug this loop hole first or cry for rape is increasing and increasing .

So, my humble request , law should not be on emotion and crime does not have any sex, caste or religion , so the first priority the law should be gender neutral. If women do not do rape , they will not be punished, but outright say, women do not do rape or sexual assault, is wrong and such mindset in law making process will increase the crime in society.

In 2005 , when the DV act was passed, I begged to every one and witness in CNN-IBN Viedo, please make the law gender neutral , as verbal abuse, mental abuse, economical abuse, sexual abuse, physical abuse, both men and women do each others , but on one take that seriously and i cautioned that time itself, such one sided biased law will create disharmony in society and crime will increase and after 3-years all will have to cry crime is increasing and crime is increasing and today we witness the same and commission formed.

Hope the same mistakes will not be done what was done in 2005 in Dv act.

The day domestic violence passed in CNN-IBN I clearly mentioned the law is so biased the number of cases will be increase and then all will start cry that domestic violence cases will increase and then you will start cry and demand to make another law. Request all before reporting go through this Viedo and ask the government why the Domestic violence act had not made gender neutral and treating Husbands as Free Atm machine?

Use some common sense before claim the cases registered as truth as all women born in raja harish chandra family and all men born in Criminal family.

So, my suggestion :

1. Sexual assault law should be gender neutral ( the word women/men should be replaced with word person. If women do not do rape or sexual assault, they will not be punished).

2. In case of False and fabricated cases filed proved beyond reasonable dought the minimum punishment should be 7 years and maximum 14 years depend on cases gravity. 3. Physical relation by two adult on mutual consent like promise of marriage, live in relation should not be rape. Only any physical relation under threat or force should be termed as rape or sexual assault.

Any small child also can say such law or act is not only unfair , it is a clear injustice to men and to be termed as Blackmailing and extortion by greedy women. When two adult person stay together as per their own wish and after some time the relationship breaks, how the same can be termed as Rape?

4. Keeping in mind the Indian condition physical relation possible only by marriage, the spouse rape should not taken in this law, as for such cases the sexual abuse already covered in 498A and Domestic violence act.
5. There should not be any direct money compensation transfer from accused to complainant on the basis of complint , as no one born in Raja Harish chandra Family ( never lie). This will encourage the blackmailing and extortion.
6. The offense to be catarogised in 5 level depend on type of crime and gravity and accoridnlgy fined to be fixed and the same should go to government fund for set up court and other expenses. Any compensations to real victims or falsely accused, should be given after case proved only and the same should be given by government , which they earned through the Fine imposed as per level of offense.

7. Time limit for investigation maximum 60 days and trail should be completed with in 1 years.
8. Accountability to Judge to complete the cases, like in corporate we see that like a Project and finish on time , if he unable to do that Judges performance to be termed as below expectation and his future promotion as well as Job continuity to be reviewed.
 

History witness let start from Mahabharata to any terrorist organizations or political agitations, they had always used the women abuse as excuses to create war and kill innocent men, although there is enough examples the criminal activity is not a gender specific issue. Would we also want to do the same once again? Please think for a moment!!!

Today we are in 21st century we are still suffering the same mind set , result making more and more biased and one sided law which destroy the basic foundation of family and institution of marriage, which was the most deterrent to reduce the crime. 

Any way the fantasy of some male hater organizations to kill the men as whole sale free license is going to get fulfilled very soon as allover the world the statistics shows the capital punishment used only against poor and socially down people and India is not different , just have the look for all capital punishments Judgements for reference.

As per crime bure report about 70% found not guilty and more than 90% are  mutual physical relation converted to r@pe cases. When police can't catch  the real r@pist , send every tom,dick or harry as rapist in false and fabricated cases which is the main reason for less convection.
