Who will encounter the Encounters of Telangana Police, who killed four truck drivers as accused of rape/murder without any Fair trial?


India is a country where even Terrorist Like #Kasab was given a fair trial, but when it comes for poor Lorry drivers, they deserve to be killed in the name of safety for women without any Trial. Those today celebrating & doing Party, just wait & watch, Next it will be #YouToo when Police get FREE License to Kill anyone without any punishment, which they are looking for Long time , but its #MiLord of Suprement Court till date not allowed them to do so .



One must have heard the famous movie dialogue, “No FIR, no arrest, no talk ... faisla on the spot”. It was 2002, when this dialogue was on screens. This statement inventory again came to screens on early hours of 6th December 2019, when India woke upto the news of Telangana police killing 4 accused in an encounter.

Telangana and India was taking about and many were protesting against the recent alleged rape and murder of a veterinary doctor in Telangana on 27th December 2019. Police, amidst pressure, arrested 4 accused, who were remanded to 14 days judicial custody.

In a, straight out of Bollywood plot, they were taken to alleged crime site on 6th December by police, as investigation process (crime reconstruction) and for such important case which each section of society was following, the accused,  attacked police party with stones and sticks, snatched weapons and opened fire this police killed them in same encounter.

In parallel, we also see another crime reported from other parts of the country. Few of them were:


While the country wakes up selectively on crimes, with inclination only when the alleged victim is female and alleged perpetrator is male, NGO like Men Welfare Trust, are bound to raise some very important questions on the way we are growing as a feminist society:

Question 1: If encounter of accused (remember, they were not convicted by any court yet) is the way forward of criminal Justice system, why to have law at all? Because, the one with the gun in his hand have right to decide the accused is guilty or not? In the Name of Encounter, cold blooded murder of accused is not Heinous Crime?

Question 2: Four accused(arms less) aged 20-24 truck drivers, physical looks like Stick, obviously not treated best in the custody, police claim they attack highly secured, well trained  and heavily prepared with arms team had been attacked with stones/ sticks and get killed!! 2 allegedly snatch weapons but all 4 get killed? After killing them, more than 2-hrs waited to gather public in place, but no ambulance able to reach? Great now a days even movie makers also stopped to write such story.

Question3: Most alarming, should we close down the courts and process of law? How many of us are sure that indeed it was rape and was committed by those 4 only, when no medical evidence was collected? No court had till date seen the evidence to convict the accused.

Question 4: Why is the CP, Sajjanar, so trigger-happy, selectively against male gender? 2008, where he did same in an alleged acid attack case and now 2019. Do such officers deserve to continue in the police force, especially, Telangana police who boast of wearing, “Duty, Honor, Compassion”? Isn't any #FakeEncounter an #EncounterOfLaw, #EncounterOfHumanity, #EncounterOfConstitution?

Question 5: FOR ALL OF US, AS A SOCIETY, WHY IS OUR OUTRAGE AND DEMAND OF PUNISHMENT SO SELECTIVE AND BASED ONLY ON GENDER ONLY? It is so sad to see every petition from a woman criminal to any authority, always writing, “I am a woman”, as they know it works. The same police whose judgment we always question in simple traffic laws violation, we trusted their judgment in this case, WHY?

It is even more dangerous to witness following who had taken oath to protect our Constitution are violating at their will , then what is the difference of such people and Naxalites or Nazis ? When protector of Constitution became Violator of Constitution , as a common Man what option you have?
1.       President of India’s statement about not allowing appeal to POCSO convicts. This is when we know how mothers use POCSO against fathers commonly.
2.       Statement of MP, Mrs. Jaya Bachhan, advocating public Lynching as the solution for crime like this. Why should she not be removed from the Parliament for making statements asking people to take law in their own hands? Aren't people like her responsible for gruesome murder like that done during Dimapur Lynching in a false rape case (as per police report and like Telangana case, India must accept that police report as true as well).
3.       Constitutional bodies like Minister of Women and Child Development, proposing lesser jail term for same crime being done by women?
4.       Honble Speaker, Mr. Venkiah Naidu, of the house asking MPs to look into changing of rape laws when the same Parliament turns blind eye towards the majority of Fake Rape Cases or towards Men being victims of Rape?

India is not a crime free country, no country is. India is not the only country where such crimes happen but India is the one of very few countries, where men are not considered as victims of Rape, Cruelty by partner, Domestic Violence, responsible custodian of child, victim of sexual violence at home, deserving of getting maintenance and many such bias. THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL, PATRIARCHY.

Crime has no gender. Law and punishment must not have gender either. Last 14 years we keep reminding everyone to be #Misdary FREE those promoting and advocating always Unfair Law/Policy on the basis of gander, which is against natural Justice, but none understand such unfairness leads to more violence and hate, which we witness in recent Hyderabad Case also.



Just think when you give FREE license to Police in uniform to  Kill someone on assumption that he/she had done some crime , why not Police or your enemy will not use the weapon against you to Kill you too one day ?

Telengana Police not only Killed Four Truck Drivers who was accused of Rape/Murder, they killed whole criminal Justice foundation itself. Before enjoy ask yourself what is difference between you and Naxalites ?

But off the late whenever any story related to Men vs Women , our News media forget they have got the license to show the news , not to give Judgments , but who cares. Today you will hardly find any difference between a News channel vs any Sope-opera TV serial channel .

News anchor PornAb Go-Sue-Me aka god of sensationalize, en-caches the story to gain TRP for his channel. 

Poor boy termed as "PERVERT" and called names by entire nation without even hearing his part of story. 
In India as Per National Crime Bure report , every 8min one men had been send to Jail in the name of as molester or rapist on mere verbal allegations by a women or girls , but when case trail completed by Court found more than 72% cases the allegations are not true .


The unanswered question : Why Government make such unfair law , where a men can be jailed on mere verbal allegations in the name of Investigations by Police ? Investigate the case without arrest and if he founds guilty , hang him, but why destroy some one's life on mere allegations ? This is nothing but Legal Terrorism . Where is Constitutions article 21, which gives all Live and liberty ?  

But our News media Channel always prefer to show the allegation based News story, full day debates, make opinions, name calling , but will never show the cases where Court found the allegations not true.

A trivial disputes on road or office or in home, women/girls terming men as molester or rapist , that's the reality of today . Today terming a man or boy a rapist or molester much easier than ordering a PIZZA.

Next victim of such unfair laws can  be your brother , son, husband,  age old father or age old grand father  too.

The Pizza makers may refuse to take your order , but a Police officer can't refuse to register in-spite of knowing the case is fake , that's great law of India.

Facing False IPC498A, rape, dowry, molestation, DV case, how to fight back?



Before start you must know the basic of criminal justice system:

•          Cases WIN or lost depend on ground contradictory statements, creating doubt against any allegations, abuse the process of LAW or for coming to court with unclean hands is the major key factor.

•           Go through all FIR/ Complaint/ Charge sheet or any other cases documents, then note down the contradictory statements, hiding of Important Fact.

•           On Facts of cases, prepare the questions for complainant and witness for Cross.
•           Bring out the fact in court and also try to find reference Judgments of SC or HC like your cases.

•           Use of CrPC 340 should not be missed at any stage, let judge dismiss it or keep pending for trial to end.

•           90% preparation should be from your side, as you know the fact better than your lawyers.

•           Avoid any contradictory statements or allegations without evidence from your side.

•           Highlight all the good things you have done for her, like purchase of any items / home / FD / education / photos of outings etc.

•           Identify the motive of her filling such cases, MOST IMPORTANT.


  • Never ever try to close the Complaint at Police station:

We have witness many cases, people think such cases can be closed by police station itself by compromise or a simple apology etc. The fact such cases are non-compoundable and non-cognizable and as per Complaint if the allegations levelled revel cognizable offence, police have no option but to register the FIR, let the allegation fake or you have evidence to prove it wrong.

So, don’t waste money and time to stop conversion of complaint to FIR. Your job starts once FIR get registered , then try to close the FIR by providing any evidence you have to Investigation officer to file final closer reports to court. Wherever without FIR police had tried to close the complaint, the accused had faced much trouble. Any type of compromise dead or apology etc will be used to file second time Complaint with stronger prima face evidence and none will be able to save you.


  • No self confession at Police stations or in Court:


Anything you say WILL be used against you, what you do not consider a "confession" police or social workers are likely to. Never try to explain why you have done this for her to help or come out form depression, learn from Sooraj Panchali case. It will be used against you as prima face evidence to build the case and the same act done for  good intention or bad intention up to court to decide and you will be dragged in court room years after years.

When we go through various judgments of Supreme Court of India witness more than 90% cases  where ever some men failed to prove their innocence, it is due to the self confession by accused was the prime reason for his convection.

We have seen many thousands of cases that would never have seen a courtroom had it not been for the things the accused said that were twisted into being a confession.

REMAIN SILENT! You HAVE that right, USE IT!

Yes police will try their best to play good and bad cope to get your confession by hook or crook, but always remember those are temporary torture, mentally prepare to face it.

  • Demand advocate to be present

If you demand an advocate, and you cannot afford one, police can’t continue to question you if you want one appointed free for you. If they persist they risk contaminating a case.

They have to produce you in court and that time seeks again an advocate and brings the truth of their physical torture if any.

You have to understand the level of Trouble you are going to face.

  • Finding the right advocate or LAW firm to represent you

There are many good advocates available, but that does not grantee hiring a good advocate will save you. There is nothing called good or bad advocate, it is how you and he make the relationship and understand each other’s requirement, start form fees to your capacity to pay.

Always avoid negotiating with advocate about their fees, asking their fees and if you can afford it go with it or avoid. It’s always better to fix fees per date than one time amount, it is a win win situation for both keeping in mind our Indian judiciary’s back log of cases.

First you have to understand the meaning of advocate. In legal terms he is representative of you. Why you need a representative for you? The reason is you have faced such cases first time, but an advocate witnesses such cases many times, so some experience he had which you don’t have. 

 Maximum cases we witness people run behind costly advocates and end up with a situation, instead the advocate represent him, he became representative of advocate.

It is often best to find the best advocate reference from the various court judgements where they had past experience of success.


If at all you don’t find a suitable advocate for your case as per your budget, it is better to fight as party –in-person than try to find a re-negotiated advocate.



It’s time to start update your own knowledge. You might have seen in movies, how an honest advocate brings all the evidences or witness in court room and in last minute turn the table.

But in reality it does not happen. 90% hard work, like collecting evidence, protecting your defence, you have to do it. Your advocate job to make the same in legal language and his job is only 10%. To understand various Law and judgements one need maximum 3 months for an average IQ guy, as it is not a rocket science.

The more you will start reading various SC or HC judgements, you will find more loop hole in your FIR or in her statements.

You can select any one as advocate to represent you, but should never rely solely on anyone, not even yourself. You must start to meet others who also facing such cases learn from their success and failure story. You can't help to defend yourself from a place of ignorance. You'll need to educate yourself on the subject area of the allegations you are facing.

When your advocate tells you that you need to do "X" it is important that you understand why you need to do that. Lots of time can be wasted trying to explain every step to you, and often the effort spent "selling" you on the need to do "X" or "Y" becomes so tiresome that anyone will decide to stop trying.

You need to understand why the things are necessary and not just be a cash cow and a passenger along for the ride. The best results come from a fully involved advocate and client relationship.
Many advocates don't like that, but the successful ones demand it. Beware and don't snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory.


  • Build your resources, may have to look for some Loan

No one wants to hear that this kind of case will be expensive and takes long time. Actually such cases had been filed against you keeping in mind that only. On the fear of arrest, on the fear of social reputation, on the fear of cases will drag years after years, you will surrender to their illegal demands.

If you had faced such cases, as your earlier brothers also done the same mistakes by surrendering in front them, it’s called Legal Terrorism. So, first you have to mentally prepare what ever happened to me already happened, but will not allow her to bite another innocent and for that if required will sell my own body parts also , but will not surrender in blackmailing or extortion.

Then only you will able to take right steps.


  • You have to begin by realizing the level of trouble you are in

Understand the consequences if you underestimate the legal ramifications for your life lead you to make the wrong decisions. Unfortunately most people go into some level of denial and minimize the trouble they are in. As a consequence they fail to do things they must and find themselves in much deeper legal troubles than they started out with. 

For an example, say child sexual abuse allegations or sexual abuse to wife had been added during a divorce case, and you feel they mean little as how can such allegations to be taken seriously by court or your advocate says "such cases does not stand in court" . So you prefer to take such allegations lightly and ignore to concentrate to break their allegations and then find in no man’s land during trial. If you had reacted properly the eventual cost would be a fraction of what it will cost if things get out of hand.


You must start learning various technological product like , CCTV, SPY Cameras , good recording device for Mobile Phone , latest voice recording software , as during the process of all investigation, you may en-countered many threat , blackmailing , extortion demand . Don't loose the opportunity to capture the same always keep safe the original .

  • Avoid running away from court date:

We know maximum people hate to attend the court date, but the fact is as per criminal law, as an accused you are suppose to be present in court date. If you unable to present an exemption must be filed. But maximum cases we witness, when judge call, neither accused or advocate present and opposite party take un-due advantages to issue NBW and again you have to run form pillar to post and loose all advantages of your hard earned earlier bail or AB.


  • Start working with witness list:

You will need to start working on lit of witness. Include the people's name, addresses, phone information, as well as their employment and a brief biography. And also a brief bit on what they can testify to. Many time seen the witness you think is not important became key witness in your case.

You know best your case, so first identify truthfulness of witness and concentrate to bring truth in court room via cross exemptions. So, don’t limit yourself on one or two witness, use bad witnesses as well as ones on your side all, bring them in court notice. Let us decide who is important and who isn't. Witnesses are key evidence in any criminal cases fate. Always insist first all evidence of all wittness completed then only cross should start . Otherwise depend on your cross other wittness may add more aligation. If judge do not agree file application under CRPC 242/3 , let judge reject it at least it will help in higher court the evidence was after thought.

  • Prepare for Final arguments:


•          Depending on FIR, Charge sheet, Witness statements, you have made the question of cross exemptions and your aim to get maximum contradictory statements, creating doubt against any allegations, abuse the process of LAW or for coming to court with unclean hands.

•          Summaries all and Present all the same, preferably as written statements.

•          Enclose some SC or HC judgements if any, same like your cases.

•          Prepare yourself to fight Up to Sc than surrender against any Legal Terrorism.


90% is your mental battle and 10% is legal battle in all such cases. Start networking with people in advance than crying foul after wards and keep blaming, advocates and judges as biased.


All are suppose to be behave as biased ( the way you also was till you got hit by any false cases in India )  as law itself is biased on assumption that a women never lie or  a women never cheat .

Indian Daughters Filing False Rape case on Father’s

Last 10 years Journey of my bloging ,  this going to be most painful blog post to write about  a issue any media house even dare to talk. Many Men Right activist in SIF Network also will be find it difficult to digest.

A Virus now arrived in India also, called "Terming Father a Rapist" by Daughter via False , fabricated rape cases .

In a country where Prime ministers continuously reminding us take selfi with daughters, I have witness lacks of fathers are posted photographs in social media at least 6 times more than their mother. I will not be surprised if tomorrow many of them will be termed as Rapist by their own daughter, as the virus terming fathers rapist by daughters already arrived in India.




Thanks to our mindless Justice Verma  committee members , who made a law without any check or balance,  where the basic assumption a women or girl never lie , let she cry for rape and term any one as rapist and our court happily keep deny the bail years after years.

Recently it was fund by court that a girl trapped her own father and mother also in fake rape and abortion cases as they not allowed her to meet with her boyfriend regularly. Their parents were put in Jail for months together.

The judge had strongly made observation , when such girls not think twice to term their own fathers as rapist and send behind the bar, how such girls can be trusted as Girl friend or wife of some one ?

This is not the first case or will be last cases. The number of fake rapes cases on their own fathers is increasing rapidly in India. 

 In another case a wife filed false rape case on father via Daughter also came in light .

Girls sending their fathers behind the bar in fake rape cases, will never be a concern for Indian law makers or media houses, but one wonder, when we even argue to give mercy in the name of humanity even to a hard core terrorist who found guilty of killing more than 270 people in Mumbai, where their humanity goes when such fathers had been send behind the bar for years after years in fake rape cases?

Don’t forget the filling of rape, molestation, attempted to rape against Father-in-law had now become a norm in every divorce cases after SC Arnesh kumar Judgements which restrict auto arrest in 498A cases. Every advocate has modified their template of accusation, as women you have to just name the Father-in-law and by default he will be termed as molester or rapist.

Even media editors, film makers, politicians, judges, advocates or bureaucrats, none had been spared from this legal Terrorism today. Any disputes men vs women the man had been termed as molester or rapist.
Though feminist will not agree, it is well established truth, the amount of love and care or concern for daughter by any father always high compared to their son.

Today filling a fake rape case had became as easy as ordering some PIZZA or KFC burgers. The Pizza or burgers shop have right to refuse to take your order, but our police have no right to refuse to register the FIR, even if they know the case is false and fabricated .The law had made in such a way and badly drafted, even she can claimed she had been raped 20 mins or 20 years before, there is no difference made.

Media houses and women organizations will keep shouting, misuse of law is not a ground to amend or scrap a law, but will never consider, when you make a law where mere verbal allegations can send someone behind the bar for years after years, is not worth for some check and balance?


When your present CRPC340 or IPC182 totally failed to make any control to stop fake cases , is not time to make a more balanced and sensible law, where before sending some one behind the bar some prima face evidence need to be collected ?



We know our henpecked Politicians even so called 56-inch Chest leaders like Mr. Narender Modi also will not be indented to take any corrective action on the fear of losing women vote bank even after Supreme Court caution:


 

 There is no option but one have to keep paying price as a Girl’s father or as a Father-in-law in India, as when such unfair, biased, mindless law was made, you also refused to come out from Misandric ideology virus injected by radical feminist and media houses, except you every man is a protentional rapist in this country.


So, please welcome the Virus Terming fathers a rapist  by Daughters also arrived in India, but have to wait and see will India ever try to find any vaccine or prefer to sleep under denial mode.

What Indian men should learn and act from Ankit Tiwari Rape case?

From the various news, understand Mr. Ankit Tiwari termed as Rapist by a woman, who realized he was not keen on marrying her, she lodged a police complaint. She is a divorcee with an eight-year-old daughter. He had been also denied bail and send to Jail in the name of investigation under process.

The Versova Police, on Friday, recorded the statements of ten persons in connection with the allegation of rape levelled against Bollywood singer Ankit Tiwari (24) by a 28-year-old woman.

Ankit was arrested on Thursday and produced in Andheri metropolitan court, which remanded him in police custody till May 12. He had allegedly raped the victim after forcing her to consume alcohol at her sister's birthday party on July 21 last year. The party was held at the victim's flat in Andheri. The ten, whose statements were recorded on Friday, were those that had attended the party.

After allegedly getting her drunk, Ankit took her to the bedroom and raped her. After the incident, he reportedly promised to marry her, which he never did. But, both of them continued to be in touch with each other.

Last August, when Ankit went to the victim's house, she and her female friend, who was present there, raised the issue of marriage. He then reportedly applied 'sindhur' on her forehead in front of the family deity's photo. However, he declined to register the marriage. When the woman realised he was not keen on marrying her, she lodged a police complaint.

She is a divorcee with an eight-year-old daughter.

"The victim has alleged that a few months ago when she insisted on marriage Ankit threatened to circulate obscene videos of her. She also said Ankit had been aware of her past before they got into a relationship" said police inspector Subhash Vele of Versova station.

"We have seized Ankit's mobile phone and are taking the help of the cyber crime cell to ascertain whether he had indeed recorded any obscene videos of the victim and had deleted it later," Vele said.

However, during interrogation Ankit told the police that he was in a relationship with the victim but that she had never told him about her previous marriage or her daughter.

According to the police, the complainant, who is an event manager and also the president of a private firm, had got divorce from her husband a few years ago.

Ankit's elder brother, Ankur, who was also arrested on Thursday for alleged criminal intimidation, was released on bail on surety of Rs 15,000.

Now just reverse the situation, Divorced men with 8 years old child make relationship with unmarried women and after that if the women refuse to marry the man, will you term the same as rape?

Case filed against Aishwarya Rai Bachchan by alleged ex ...  but the same is not breaking news , it found only few lines in some media gossip pages and will never come to limelight.

Niroshan Devapriya, a Sri Lankan man, who claims to be Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s former lover, has filed a complaint against the 40-year-old actor, accusing her of causing him mental stress by marrying Abhishek Bachchan in 2007.

We know every one will term it unfair the case filed against Aishwarya Rai or even the man himself will be booked under IPC354 for stalking her, as a Man can’t file a Rape case against any women in India if she refuse to marry a man, if that had been the law, at least 10times more women had been termed as rapist in India.

When a women rape a man it called Love as per LAW, Society and media..right? 

Many men who demanded strong Rape LAW earlier or termed other men as wife abusers, today paying price for their blindness and support to misuse of LAW without knowing the hard reality.

Recently in  Indore  "SIF-Hope for Men" seminar,  came to Know one case, where  the women had 15 years old child, but at the time of marriage , she told him , the child is her brother !!!! The Guy goes ahead with marriage, without even given a second thought and after 6- months he came to know this is her Third marriage and the Child is not her brother it was her own child from earlier marriage. The woman is even about 8 years older than the Young guy.

They are legally married for 3- Years but no consumption of marriage till date and when husband bring her ALL past evidence and asked why she lied him before marriage, she filed 498A dowry harassment cases. She made big drama in front of men’s office, in front of men’s parent house, tried to forcefully enter in his parent’s home, though they used to stay in separate house. Now she is demanding 50 lacks and the House which husband purchased from his own hard earned money along with Bank Loan and paying EMI.

In another case a 22 year guys was forced to marry with a 28 years women, as she filed rape cases, but after 1 year now the same women filed a dowry case not against the guy, implicated his age old parents and sisters also.
Now, if you marry such women, you will get 498A after wards and if you do not marry, you will be termed as Rapist, which one as a man has to prefer?
I had always cautioned in SIF, keep safe distance form such Women, and do not fall in their trap of fake tears that how bad was their Husbands, as they are master to get sympathy from other men, from society or from Judiciary. They had a strong believe, in India they can do any crime, they can cheat any one, neither law nor Police/court have any courage to punish them.
Such women and her supporters, know very well how Indian law, media, Common men, will always support her irrespective she is right or wrong, it happened only in India, such women can have multiple physical relation with men without marriage, she can refuse to marry any men as per her wish, but if any men dare to refuse to marry her, he will be termed as rapist.


The question to be asked , is this case Mr. Ankur Tiwari rape the women or the Women had raped Mr. Ankur Tiwari by hiding her past ?

As per LAW , the verbal statement of women to be taken as true , not the statement of Ankur Tiwari. 

As we predicted at the time of Justice Verma committee reports, Many More Ankur Tiwari will be termed as rapist very soon, as they all ignored our caution when the biased, unfair anti-rape law was made, preferred to sleep with the thinking, in their life time the chances of getting a rape cases is Zero, without knowing the LAW had been tampered in such a way, today any women can term you a rapist without any evidence, only her verbal statement is sufficient to send you behind the bar.

So, Mr. Ankur Tiwari and future men like him, must thanks to Justice Verma to award you a Rapist tag for rest of the life.

But many SIF members will keep meeting with their MP/Law Makers and demand to amend the Present biased, unfair anit- rape law with a strong Punishment clause for misuse of law .

Our Proposal : 

If you really want the same should not be misused left ,right and center the way in 498A/DV act the word relative misused .
or
Be ready the Rape statistics will be double in next two years and it will became another extortion, blackmailing and easy money earning business for all Advocate, Police and greedy people.

Summary of our Recommendations and Request to meet your MP/MLA/Ministers and demand:
1)    Make Rape Law Gender Neutral as in other countries of the globe
2)    Relationship cheating cases should not be allowed to be converted into rape cases which suck the scare resources from genuine rape cases.
3)    False complaints of Rape cases should be punished severely, so that genuine cases like ‘Nirbhaya’, gets justice.
4)    Introduce the much required police reforms to increase conviction rates of rape cases
5)    Introduce the much required judicial reforms for speedier justice and to increase conviction rates of rape cases.

·        All references to “Man” or “Woman” must be replaced with the word “Person” or “Whosoever”
·        All references to “His” or “Her” to be must be replaced with the word “His or Her”
·        All references to  “He” or  “She” must be replaced with the word “He or She”
·        All references to the word ‘Husband” or “Wife” must be replaced with the word “Spouse”

Live-in-relationship or marriage disputes should not be included in the Sexual Assault/rape cases,  as the same already covered under Domestic Violence act.
