Happily Unmarried : A shop worth to Visit for Indian Men

On the eve of Somnath Bharti accused of Domestic Violence and attempt to murder case by his wife , seen the Delhi CM tweet of Arvind Kejriwal also seems find embarrassment , but never felt any embarrassment when Ms. Jasleen Kaur case came to our Knowledge . More than 92% pickpocket accused in Delhi Metro are women is not a embarrassment for Arvind Kejriwal .

It's not unknown the misandric mindset of Mr. Arvind Kejriwal , when we witness he even refused the Party tickets to some volunteers when their case of 498A is pending in court and such husabnd even secured bail without arrest from court . Somnath Bharti , well known of the fact , very soon he is going to be shown the back door, if he get arrested . He is trying to secure the arrest stay not on fear of his wife, it's necessary for him to save his place in Aam Admi Party ( AAP).

Somnath Bharti may had flighted against many people let it start from drug suppliers, Delhi Police but one think he forget when it comes to fight against wife or any women in legal case the same not like other cases. Here you had been assumed guilty on mere verbal allegations of your wife , let it be true or false .

Somnath had been visited many time Delhi Airport T3 , but I am sure , he had never Visited the Shop like many Indian men named : " Happily Unmarried " .



If he had been visited , had not been missed the left side Doormat placed : " Beware of The Wife " and was a worth to buy for him, as we understand their problem is going on since 2010.

So , instead of all the documented evidence he had in the form of SMS or call recording submit to Police or in Court , prefer to give to Media and Media are not allowed to run the same when it's against any women or wife .



Media are allowed to term any men pervert or any words on the basis of Verbal allegations by any women , but any electronic evidence against any women are not allowed to telecast, that's the law of this land.




When I saw Somnath Bharti in TV news at mid-night in-front of Delhi Police station after getting Arrest Stay and subsequent interviews in various TV Channels , I know he is in trouble .



He keep blaming every one start form BJP, Congress, Delhi police except his own wife and lost the merit of AB there itself , like maximum Husband do , use Josh than Hosh. 


Maximum men will keep blaming every one , except their own wife , like it's their wife a small child or a dumb wife and she don't know what she is doing .

Result the abuse, Domestic Violence , extortion, Blackmailing a Husband face in the hand of wife always get back foot as evidence .

They totally unaware why SC termed such cases as Legal Terrorism .There is no logic , there is no Natural Justice , it's a process where a Husband have to keep mum and have to act like a Punching Bag till you get the bail, you had no other option .

Now let see a common Husband mail today i had received in our SIF Group :  Wife threatens in front of Court to suicide with my child , please advice!!

My wife has tried to committed suicide with my daughter and than she has filed 498 and than DV complaint.

498 is still under investigation and DV is in hearing stage.

In DV she has been awarded 6000 maintenance including 2500 for my daughter. Now on last hearing she was requesting judge to request me to increase her maintenance on which judge denied and ask her to go to upper court. Then she started shouting on me and compared me with dog and cats and than she told that nothing is left for me and my daughter than suicide.

My lawyer wrote an affidavit stating her statement in Court but judge is denying to sign the same and he is behaving rude with us.

Now still 10 days when I asked for copy of affidavit judge is not signing the same.




Just for a moment imagine , the same act like threatening of Suicide to Judge done by a Husband in Court room , till now he had not been taken in custody ?

But as the same done by a wife , even the Judge also help less , seems Judge shab had already visited the doormat placed at Delhi Airport Shop "Happily UnMarried " show room.

We know Somnath Bharti not only a well known Advocate , but ex-law minister of Delhi or a fear less person,  but for common men it's time to wake up , when it comes to fight Legal Case against your wife or verses any women , first became a Punching bag . 

Time being forget the logic, truth , natural justice and come out from fear of Jail or fear of loss of your social reputation , because you are a victim of Legal Terrorism , not only an accused .

Maneka Gandhi Hate Speech: Men are Root of Violence ?




As per various news reports Ms. Maneka Gandhi , present Women and Child Minister(WCD) and BJP MP, believes the root of all Violence is Men.

Earlier when Maneka Gandhi accused of hitting forest employee, she was Approached for comment, Ms. Maneka Gandhi told reporters outside Parliament: “I am not even answering things like this.”

Now just imagine if any Male Politicians claim that as per History and all Mythology proved beyond reasonable doubt: “The root of all Violence is Women”, what would have been reaction by all Electronic Media.


The real root of all Violence are not men or women , the real root cause of all Violence we witness due to such Hate Speech by Women like Maneka Gandhi only. Earlier Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel also get away when she termed poor boys as  Rejected Maal ( Product).

Thanks to Maneka Gandhi , since morning I got at least 72 request from various men and women , let burn the effigy of Maneka Gandhi at Jantar Mantar.

You had already converted lacks of peaceful men to violent men by your hate speech which we term promotion of Misandry in society.

My mother not like you Maneka Gandhi nor I am Varun Gandhi !


Unfortunately my mother never teach me to support or get provoked by any Hate speech in the name of gender, religion or caste , so asked them to ignore such rubbish comments the way we done earlier  also when we witness your Son's or Husband's provocative comments.

Because we know very well who will be the maximum Victim of such Violence advocated by women like you.


Just check the number of men gets murdered or victim of attempt to murder it’s 3 times more than women as per NCRB reports.
There are number of international study reports where it had been conducted with both genders , it had found women are not less root cause of  Domestic Violence . But you even refused to conduct a simple gender neutral Study , which was promised by earlier WCD ministers. You know very well the day any gender neutral study reports will come out , your false claim will be vanished like bubbles, so you prefer to avoid it repeatedly.

One of such YouTube below shows the Violence against men by Women, but the same never recornised by Indian Government in their Domestic Violence act.





Since 2001 the number of women charged with Murder and attempt of murder also increased whipping 10% to 40% as per NCRB reports, but you keep proposing laws how to protect the criminal or rapist women of India .


We know none of sensible Leaders of BJP including Narender Modi have courage to tell that to Ms. Maneka Gandhi that such comments is nothing but pure Hate speech and root cause of all violence.

Since the start of world, it’s the women always get away with their all abuse and hate speech against men. In 21st century, it became fashion abuse men, blame men for any problem let it be shortage of Electricity or lack of Toilets in your home or in school, you became famous in social media.

No one is ready to understand the fact and truth due to their Misandric mindset.


Yes, Madam you have proved us how a women Like Maneka Gandhi can create disharmony and violence in society the way Supernakah done in Ramayana. There is no shortage of Pooja Mishra or Indrani type women in 21st century.


But don’t think we all Indian men are like your Husband Sanjay Gandhi or your Son like Varun Gandhi, so prefer to put your rubbish comments in Dustbin only.

As I always said , the day women like Maneka Gandhi will learn to respect other women, forget about men, 90% violence and crime in the society will be vanished. Time to men wake up and not get triggered their instant Protector hormones in provocation of women , learn from History and mythology.


Root cause of Disharmony in society and violence is not men, its hate speech by women like Maneka Gandhi only.

NGO for Men: Why suicide Increases, when boy became Men?

In a press release issued by coalition of various NGOs , like Save Family Foundation ,  working for abused and distressed men of India ask: 

Why suicide Increase, when a boy became men after 18 years of age?

 
Boy became Men-after 18yrs Suicide Increase at Rapid Speed.

Up to 18 years the suicide of boy vs girl are more or less same. But one must wonder what get changed after 18 years the men suicide keeps increasing?

As the age increases, a boy getting to be termed as Men and they are becoming victim of all gender biased law as well by default along with there is no support system available, when they face any type of Domestic abuse like verbal, emotional, sexual or economical abuse. There is no protection of men in present Domestic Violence act. With the increasing ages Men are getting more victims of blackmailing, extortion and domestic abuses which witness clearly from the suicide data.


This Independence Day, group of 50 Ngo’s and 180 activists across nation will assemble in Mumbai to brainstorm advocacy of gender neutral laws in their 7th National Meet.


The seventh national confluence has been earmarked to evolve with strategy of protecting vulnerable men from laws facing undue harassment due to heavily loaded legal provisions against men. It’s ironical that “India” presumed to be a patriarchal society has marginalized men like never before.   Apart from gender neutral laws the group will also discuss the concerning issue of suicide of men & deteriorating health status and lack of medical facilities for men & boys. 

 
Husband Suicide vs Wives is 2.6 Times More



Suicides is one avenue which exhibits the social trauma and mental status of a men NCRB 2014 illustrates the vulnerable situation men are facing in present scenario. 

 Every 5.9 min a men is committing suicide in India with family disputes as single largest reason of male suicide. As per the latest statistics from NCRB, we wish to highlight following:

Ø  As against last year ratio of 2.17 Husband Suicide per Wife Suicide in India, in 2014, the ratio has increased to 2.21 Husband Suicide per Wife Suicide. Similarly, Male Suicide to Female Suicide ratio has increased from 2.05 last year to 2.10 in 2014. This means that with the Anti-Men environment in India, more Men and Husbands are forced to commit suicide. India, indeed, is becoming unsafe for men.

 Ø  In India, 1 male commits suicide every 5.9 minutes in 2014. While Women suicide is 1 in every 12.36 minutes. Unfortunately, still Government is not showing any intent to bring equality for Men in Law. In 2014, India witnessed Male Suicide (89129), Husband Suicide (59744), Female Suicide (42521) while least was Wife Suicide (27064).

 Ø  Another startling fact is that suicide of women in age-group 30-60 years is 39% of total women suicide while the same for men is 16% Higher & is 55%. This clearly shows that the age group of 30-60 years is 16% more vulnerable for men as compared to women. It is pertinent to mention here that this is the age group which is contributing maximum to GDP of India and hence government’s loss of focus to men of this age groups specifically will have a direct effect on the GDP of the country.

 Ø  Another clear indicator of how growing to be an Adult male in India is crime is showing in the NCRB 2014 data. Till the age of 18 years, for every 100 suicides, boys and girls have almost equal proportions. The moment a boy becomes a man, i.e. of every 100 suicides of adults in India, 2/3rd of the suicides are by Male. This is clearly arriving to the fact that since POCSO is Gender Neutral (and other laws are too), the suicide ratio is almost same irrespective of Gender. The moment laws become biased, male suicide sky-rockets by another 25%-28%. Means, women are safer in Husband’s house whereas Men are unsafe once they become adult.

 Ø  It is ironical that Ministry of Women and Child Development, in their own report in 2007 had said that of every 100 children sexually abused, 53 are boys but still the Rape laws of India or other laws do not cover men as victims because of which we see a huge increase of Suicide of Male gender the moment they become adult. The suicides are because of either false rape case threats or because of them being victims of Rape by women and no law covers them.

 Ø  Cannot be directly established but indeed in 2013-2014, Men in India did see some relief with launch of SIF One (National helpline for Men – 8882498498) and also the directions from Hon’ble Supreme Court in ‘Arnesh Kumar vs State of Bihar’ gave a huge hope to Husbands / Married men and that’s where we are pleased to see their suicide rate coming down.

 Ø  As per the Accidental deaths (by unnatural causes) data of NCRB 2014, 80% of victims are Men but still the Government is no waking up to make workplace, society, public areas, homes safer for men.

 Ø  More than 85% of Traffic Deaths and over 81% of Traffic injuries victims are Men and still the Government is ignoring men completely in their policies and their budgets.

 Single largest reason as revealed by NCRB for suicides were found to be family disputes (21.7%).


Cause of Suicide


The Confluence of activist will discuss the expansion of SIF one helpline to various other states.



Presently the helpline is operational in 10 States of the country namely MP-CG, UP, Delhi, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, West Bengal. The Non sponsored non funded helpline is a Single helpline service run by by self supported, self volunteers 24X7 to counsel and guide men in distress.



The grim scenario of men facing atrocities is a black spot as India when it is assumed to be a male dominated society where men even lack basic amenities as gender neutral laws and distress centers.

Single largest reason as revealed by NCRB~ for committing suicide 21.7 % are family disputes. 18623 male & 9977 females committed suicides because of family problems. Followed by illness 18.0% marriage related issues rank third with 5.1% love affairs 3.2% drug addiction 2.8%. The unsympathizing attitude of government & investigating authorities is exhibited from the fact that 12.4% of suicides have causes unknown. 

Men are completely on a barren land in case of any disputes with any female in family, work place or at Social Network. It’s the Men have to pay heavy price even without any fault at their end.

65 crore male population does not have a law to protect themselves in case they face cruelty or any form of Domestic abuse. Studies report that male child Sexual abuse is 15% more than female child yet the laws remain biased to protect girl child alone. Amendment in various laws to protect women fails to protect men under similar scenario of molestation & sexual abuse. The forum will formalize a strategic group to create legal sensitization and seek constitutional amendments and urge lawmaking authorities to enroll men in the frame work of laws to protect interest of men.


Absence of a dedicated “Men Welfare ministry” explains gender Apartheid and men even facing poor health condition and medical aid also. Out of Illness 16078 men & 7663 women committed suicide. Aids forced 184 men & 48 women to suicide.



Men are more also prone to various forms of cancer, 407 men & 175 women chose to death.
Mental illness also engulfed 4761 men & 2341 women. Other prolonged illness sucked 10425 men & 4992 women to death.

Paralysis cased male suicide 3 times that of women. 407 men & 175 men committed suicide because of paralysis.

Where men are prone to illness & health hazards Indian men don’t receive any respite in the so called male dominated society. 

“The Forum in this national confluence will evolve with a strategy to create pressure groups to sensitize parliamentarians to evolve with a time line & concrete plan to address male specific heath issues” , Said by one of activist from Mumbai.

Men overburdened with the social expectation of providing & protecting their families and society face larger social trauma.

Bankruptcy took away 2098 men vis a vis 210 women almost 10 times that of women showing men the sole breadwinner could not take the trauma. Poverty adhered 1419 men & 280 women, unemployment 1965 & 242 women.

Thus strengthening the fact that men are more vulnerable to social stigma and unable to meet the expectation of family & society succumbed to death. 


·         To evolve a consensus from nationwide volunteers to evolve with strategic initiatives to empathize with the deteriorating situation of men in legal front, heath care & Social Status.

·         To address men in distress through various channels, campaign, create pressure groups and establish the respect for men.

·         To avoid the inevitable & stand by all Men to address their pain n support them for better living.

·         To restore the dignity of men & give them equality in true sense by respecting Indian Constitution article 21 – right to Live and Liberty to all.

Why Ngo’s working for men will meet at Mumbai on 15th August?



More than 200 representative of various NGOs working for welfare of men, various Men Rights organizations, along with Save Indian Family Network’s NGO from all over India are going to meet at Mumbai on the eve of Independence Day of India (14th to 16 th August, 2015) to intensify agitation for amendment of unfair, biased, dowry laws, rape laws and domestic violence laws in their 7th SIF-National meets.



As per organizers this year, tremendous energy had been observed and many volunteers who are campaigning to Stop Abuse of Men, are have to be kept in waiting list to join this meet. Due to limited space available they have to wait for next year booking.

Since the first SIF-national meet was organized in Goa, many think had been changed in their module as we witness in last meet in Agra.

Maximum volunteers prefer to discuss on future strategy, networking, branding, diversification, training, creating more blogs, to take the movement in next level instead of concentrating individual Ngo’s past success or failure only as showcase. 


This year also made different topic to be discussed and team had been formed well in advance to present new strategic ideas in national meet. Volunteers are working day night to give the final touch of their presentation.


Their main demands are that dowry laws like 498a to be scraped or be made bailable, non-cognizable along with domestic violence laws to be made gender neutral in larger interest of the society as immediate effect.


In addition to that new threat of unfair rape, sexual assault laws along with molestation laws getting abused left, right and centers just for extortion, blackmailing or on trivial disputes men vs women . Start form college students, Labor union leaders, social activist, media personalities or politicians, none had been spared from this injustice.





“There is no medical test, there is no time limit, the rape cases get registered like some ordering Pizza or Burger in India, let the alleged crime take places 2 years before or 15 years before lead to many women can term any men a rapist or molester as per her wish”, said Amit Despandey working in a MNC as Area head and a seasoned activist of Mumbai based NGO VastavFoundation, who is hosting this year’s SIF-National Meet.



Recently even SC also clarified, even if police found during pre-investigations, the case is fake, they have no right to refuse to register the FIR as the law had been made in such a way, that a women never lie or a women never cheat so police have no option but to register the fake cases also knowingly.


Once FIR get registered the men have to run from pillar to post to get bail or go to jail for months together, as normally lower court refuse to grant bail in the name of heinous crime and the only hope lies from HC or Sc. Even after get cleared form the court, the tag of a Rapist or Molester is not going to get vanished from his character certificate for the rest of the life.

Not only men , many women in the form of mothers, sisters also going to take part of this meet as they saying,  “The spate of actions taken by the radical feminists in sidelining the moderates and wreaking havoc on innocent people in the name of Women Empowerment has already done a lot of damage to the Women Empowerment movement and its credibility” They further added, the pain of a mother or sister is not less when they witness the suffering of their son or brother suffering in fake cases for no fault , many had even end their life also.

Save Indian Family movement does not want further deterioration of the society and hence hopes that the Govt. will do well by taking the above demands into consideration and not buckle under the pressure of radical feminists groups. It is high time that the media takes cudgels in presenting to the Society the bitter truth about radical feminists who are calling the shots.

It is to be noted that the Govt. made several laws to tackle dowry menace. It all started in 1961, with the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Then Section 498A, Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860) in 1983 and the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, passed in 2006. Quintessentially all of the above three try to achieve the same objective start form demand money/property from husband family and end with demand money/property from husband family.

Unfortunately the greedy radical feminists want some more laws as they continue to ignore the extravagant marriages and inaction of dowry prohibition officers in curbing the dowry menace as the confusion created in Law itself by making dowry as legal right of women in the name of cute word “Streedhan”.

 


So, at the time of marriage you can’t term any items as dowry, but if any disputes come you can easily term any streedhan as dowry and for that no evidence required only a verbal allegation by women sufficient to term whole family as criminal, let some of your brothers or sisters stay out of India also.


It is to be noted that Women's organizations have got and are still getting millions of dollars from the Govt. and from International agencies to implement stringent anti-male, laws ultra-virus the Indian Constitution for fighting against dowry. And now that they have got used to it, if the dowry menace is eliminated with proper implementation of the existing laws DP3/4, then they will not get the funds and attention.

So, they go soft on dowry exchange during marriages and yet cry for more laws so that men and their families can be harassed and money can be extorted from them.

It is worthwhile to be noted here that nowadays, women do not hesitate in filing 4-5 civil and criminal lawsuits for the same allegations on their husbands, blatantly and out rightly violating Article 20 of the Indian Constitution which clearly says that no person can be tried / punished twice for the same offense.

The cases filed include lawsuits under Dowry Prohibition Act, then another under section 498A of the IPC, then one more under CRPc125 and one more under maintenance section24 and so on and so forth, divorce, Child custody, making total lock-jam in Judiciary also. Till date none have dared to question in the name of Dowry how many law you want?

But now many Indian men have learned to fight and are giving stiff resistance to such wild practices and will continue to do so till the laws are not amended and the perpetrators of this misuse, aptly termed by the Honorable Supreme Court of India as Legal Terrorism, are not brought to task.


It is interesting to note that in India, terrorists and hooligans are roaming freely and the Govt. does not want to bring back TADA / POTA but the same Govt. continues with arbitrary arrests of the 1, 20,000 women in the form of our Mothers or sisters, in last 4 years without any trial or investigation and the same is also justified by radical feminist organizations.


Such practices can only be ridiculed at best and termed as grave mockery by the Govt. taking potshots at the people's patience.


Save Indian Family Network Ngo’s regrets to mention that in spite of nationwide awareness campaigns launched by it since the last 10 years and bringing this to the notice of the Govt. about the rampant misuse, still the Govt. continues to ignore.

Many people feel such ignorance of Government may lead to people will have no choice but to take the law in their own hands losing complete faith on the law of the land.

It is so pathetic that the Govt. is funding radical feminist organizations, which are no way different from any radical fundamentalist organizations so far as their intolerance is concerned as it is evident from the silence of these radicals on the arrests of 1, 20,000 women and more than 7, 00,000 men in last 5 years without any evidence in hand , except wife’s verbal allegations.

It is also a sad reality that the government is completely ignoring the suicides of Indian men to the tune of close to 90,000 a year with married men forming a sizeable chunk of it to the tune of 60,000 (on average) a year versus 27,000 married women. Any women died all the blame put to men and made multiple laws and policy to curb it but when a married men suicide, none had been blamed or try to find any solutions to the issue.

Husbands Suicide double than Wives




We wonder whose life is in more troublesome in India: Men or Women.

As per the National Crime Records Bureau data of 2014:

·               Married Men Suicides = 59700 vs. Married Women Suicides = 27000.



One may wonder Why married men suicide is double than married women, one has to go through the age wise data of Times of India Report:


      Age-wise analysis of suicides also compares with data on suicides of married men and women. Till the age of 18, data show men and women are equally prone to suicide. For about 5,500 men who committed suicide in 2014 in this age group, there were 5,300 female victims.

The gap begins to increase after 18 years, also the age after which people chose to marry. In 18-30 year age group, 60% of victims were men. In 30-45 years age group, about 72% victims were men, while in 45-60 years age group, men accounted for almost 80% of the victims.



     For a wife, even adultery is not a crime (it is a rewarding option and free money earning business for the whole life) as the word lived in adultery had been changed to living in adultery in CRPC125, means a Judge even can’t dismiss her maintenance claim in- spite you caught red handed.


     But for a husband even an allegation of "Name-calling" is a crime and not only the man, but his mother/sister/age-old father can also be put behind the bars for this 'crime' under IPC 498A or DV act. Such unfair, biased treatment faced by men from judiciary, law makers, media and society lead to high suicide rate, as all men can’t take law in their own hand to seek justice.


All assumption based law ( women never lie or women never cheat) need to be replaced by some more benign, sensible, gender-neutral legislation that may ensure both women and men  their rightful, honorable place at home and abroad, at the same time not forgetting the rights and well fare of men.
