Who will encounter the Encounters of Telangana Police, who killed four truck drivers as accused of rape/murder without any Fair trial?


India is a country where even Terrorist Like #Kasab was given a fair trial, but when it comes for poor Lorry drivers, they deserve to be killed in the name of safety for women without any Trial. Those today celebrating & doing Party, just wait & watch, Next it will be #YouToo when Police get FREE License to Kill anyone without any punishment, which they are looking for Long time , but its #MiLord of Suprement Court till date not allowed them to do so .



One must have heard the famous movie dialogue, “No FIR, no arrest, no talk ... faisla on the spot”. It was 2002, when this dialogue was on screens. This statement inventory again came to screens on early hours of 6th December 2019, when India woke upto the news of Telangana police killing 4 accused in an encounter.

Telangana and India was taking about and many were protesting against the recent alleged rape and murder of a veterinary doctor in Telangana on 27th December 2019. Police, amidst pressure, arrested 4 accused, who were remanded to 14 days judicial custody.

In a, straight out of Bollywood plot, they were taken to alleged crime site on 6th December by police, as investigation process (crime reconstruction) and for such important case which each section of society was following, the accused,  attacked police party with stones and sticks, snatched weapons and opened fire this police killed them in same encounter.

In parallel, we also see another crime reported from other parts of the country. Few of them were:


While the country wakes up selectively on crimes, with inclination only when the alleged victim is female and alleged perpetrator is male, NGO like Men Welfare Trust, are bound to raise some very important questions on the way we are growing as a feminist society:

Question 1: If encounter of accused (remember, they were not convicted by any court yet) is the way forward of criminal Justice system, why to have law at all? Because, the one with the gun in his hand have right to decide the accused is guilty or not? In the Name of Encounter, cold blooded murder of accused is not Heinous Crime?

Question 2: Four accused(arms less) aged 20-24 truck drivers, physical looks like Stick, obviously not treated best in the custody, police claim they attack highly secured, well trained  and heavily prepared with arms team had been attacked with stones/ sticks and get killed!! 2 allegedly snatch weapons but all 4 get killed? After killing them, more than 2-hrs waited to gather public in place, but no ambulance able to reach? Great now a days even movie makers also stopped to write such story.

Question3: Most alarming, should we close down the courts and process of law? How many of us are sure that indeed it was rape and was committed by those 4 only, when no medical evidence was collected? No court had till date seen the evidence to convict the accused.

Question 4: Why is the CP, Sajjanar, so trigger-happy, selectively against male gender? 2008, where he did same in an alleged acid attack case and now 2019. Do such officers deserve to continue in the police force, especially, Telangana police who boast of wearing, “Duty, Honor, Compassion”? Isn't any #FakeEncounter an #EncounterOfLaw, #EncounterOfHumanity, #EncounterOfConstitution?

Question 5: FOR ALL OF US, AS A SOCIETY, WHY IS OUR OUTRAGE AND DEMAND OF PUNISHMENT SO SELECTIVE AND BASED ONLY ON GENDER ONLY? It is so sad to see every petition from a woman criminal to any authority, always writing, “I am a woman”, as they know it works. The same police whose judgment we always question in simple traffic laws violation, we trusted their judgment in this case, WHY?

It is even more dangerous to witness following who had taken oath to protect our Constitution are violating at their will , then what is the difference of such people and Naxalites or Nazis ? When protector of Constitution became Violator of Constitution , as a common Man what option you have?
1.       President of India’s statement about not allowing appeal to POCSO convicts. This is when we know how mothers use POCSO against fathers commonly.
2.       Statement of MP, Mrs. Jaya Bachhan, advocating public Lynching as the solution for crime like this. Why should she not be removed from the Parliament for making statements asking people to take law in their own hands? Aren't people like her responsible for gruesome murder like that done during Dimapur Lynching in a false rape case (as per police report and like Telangana case, India must accept that police report as true as well).
3.       Constitutional bodies like Minister of Women and Child Development, proposing lesser jail term for same crime being done by women?
4.       Honble Speaker, Mr. Venkiah Naidu, of the house asking MPs to look into changing of rape laws when the same Parliament turns blind eye towards the majority of Fake Rape Cases or towards Men being victims of Rape?

India is not a crime free country, no country is. India is not the only country where such crimes happen but India is the one of very few countries, where men are not considered as victims of Rape, Cruelty by partner, Domestic Violence, responsible custodian of child, victim of sexual violence at home, deserving of getting maintenance and many such bias. THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL, PATRIARCHY.

Crime has no gender. Law and punishment must not have gender either. Last 14 years we keep reminding everyone to be #Misdary FREE those promoting and advocating always Unfair Law/Policy on the basis of gander, which is against natural Justice, but none understand such unfairness leads to more violence and hate, which we witness in recent Hyderabad Case also.



Just think when you give FREE license to Police in uniform to  Kill someone on assumption that he/she had done some crime , why not Police or your enemy will not use the weapon against you to Kill you too one day ?

Telengana Police not only Killed Four Truck Drivers who was accused of Rape/Murder, they killed whole criminal Justice foundation itself. Before enjoy ask yourself what is difference between you and Naxalites ?

SATYAGRAH FOR MEN - SAVE INDIAN FAMILY - PROTEST AT JANTAR MANTAR


The gender discourse in India only talks about women's empowerment and crimed against them. It completely ignores the other gender- men.
Over the decades, laws such as IPC 498A, Domestic Violence etc. have been grossly misused to victimise innocent men. In April 2017, SIF Chapter Delhi organised a protest under the banner 'Satyagrah for Men' at Jantar-Mantar, New Delhi where men, women and senior citizens from all over the country converged to raise their voice against biased laws and callous attitude of media, judiciary and the government.

Till date no effective corrective action had been taken by Government , where as along with 498A now IPC376, IPC377 , IPC354 ,CRPC125, Domestic Violence Act, also became another toll of extortion , which various court judgments brought to our notice.

Maneka Gandhi Hate Speech: Men are Root of Violence ?




As per various news reports Ms. Maneka Gandhi , present Women and Child Minister(WCD) and BJP MP, believes the root of all Violence is Men.

Earlier when Maneka Gandhi accused of hitting forest employee, she was Approached for comment, Ms. Maneka Gandhi told reporters outside Parliament: “I am not even answering things like this.”

Now just imagine if any Male Politicians claim that as per History and all Mythology proved beyond reasonable doubt: “The root of all Violence is Women”, what would have been reaction by all Electronic Media.


The real root of all Violence are not men or women , the real root cause of all Violence we witness due to such Hate Speech by Women like Maneka Gandhi only. Earlier Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel also get away when she termed poor boys as  Rejected Maal ( Product).

Thanks to Maneka Gandhi , since morning I got at least 72 request from various men and women , let burn the effigy of Maneka Gandhi at Jantar Mantar.

You had already converted lacks of peaceful men to violent men by your hate speech which we term promotion of Misandry in society.

My mother not like you Maneka Gandhi nor I am Varun Gandhi !


Unfortunately my mother never teach me to support or get provoked by any Hate speech in the name of gender, religion or caste , so asked them to ignore such rubbish comments the way we done earlier  also when we witness your Son's or Husband's provocative comments.

Because we know very well who will be the maximum Victim of such Violence advocated by women like you.


Just check the number of men gets murdered or victim of attempt to murder it’s 3 times more than women as per NCRB reports.
There are number of international study reports where it had been conducted with both genders , it had found women are not less root cause of  Domestic Violence . But you even refused to conduct a simple gender neutral Study , which was promised by earlier WCD ministers. You know very well the day any gender neutral study reports will come out , your false claim will be vanished like bubbles, so you prefer to avoid it repeatedly.

One of such YouTube below shows the Violence against men by Women, but the same never recornised by Indian Government in their Domestic Violence act.





Since 2001 the number of women charged with Murder and attempt of murder also increased whipping 10% to 40% as per NCRB reports, but you keep proposing laws how to protect the criminal or rapist women of India .


We know none of sensible Leaders of BJP including Narender Modi have courage to tell that to Ms. Maneka Gandhi that such comments is nothing but pure Hate speech and root cause of all violence.

Since the start of world, it’s the women always get away with their all abuse and hate speech against men. In 21st century, it became fashion abuse men, blame men for any problem let it be shortage of Electricity or lack of Toilets in your home or in school, you became famous in social media.

No one is ready to understand the fact and truth due to their Misandric mindset.


Yes, Madam you have proved us how a women Like Maneka Gandhi can create disharmony and violence in society the way Supernakah done in Ramayana. There is no shortage of Pooja Mishra or Indrani type women in 21st century.


But don’t think we all Indian men are like your Husband Sanjay Gandhi or your Son like Varun Gandhi, so prefer to put your rubbish comments in Dustbin only.

As I always said , the day women like Maneka Gandhi will learn to respect other women, forget about men, 90% violence and crime in the society will be vanished. Time to men wake up and not get triggered their instant Protector hormones in provocation of women , learn from History and mythology.


Root cause of Disharmony in society and violence is not men, its hate speech by women like Maneka Gandhi only.

#StopElderAbuse: What if I am tortured ?


"If a woman is tortured, the first thing police do is arrest her in-laws, even though they are elderly.

What if I am tortured by my daughter-in-law? All 498A (a section that deals with physical and mental torture of women) does is put people like us behind bars, it will never put my daughter-in-law behind bars. Police should look into this discrepancy and if need be change the law, for I am ending my life unable to bear the torture meted out to me by my daughter-in-law."


"This suicide note was on Thursday from an Alipore (Kolkata, India) house where 64 year-old Ranjit Chakraborty hanged himself to death from his bathroom shower.


Chakraborty, a retired employee of a multi-national company, worked hard till the day he died. Police conducted a preliminary enquiry and close the case as “Family Disputes”.

Even a 88years old women, former  Freedom fighter  also not spared by her Daughter-in-Law , but no media like Times Now or NDTV or CNN IBN , feel the same worth for a debate as the crime done by some women .

As a SIF Volunteer we witness every day the cry of Elderly parents, how their Daughter-in-Law abuse them day/night, just to get rid of them or capture their hard earned home in their own Name.
Recently witness a Case in Supreme court , 72 years old Mr. Mishra vs his advocate Daughter-in-Law, who  forcefully entered in their Father-in- law home , capture two rooms and next day filed a molestation case , Domestic Violence case in spite the Father-in-law have court injection order , she should not enter in their home. She is asking Mr. Mishra should be out of home in spite the Home build by his own hard earned saving of more than 20 years.

The women used to stay after marriage in Kanpur for about 7 years, when she had disputes with her husband and Divorce case filed, she Filed 498A in Lucknow , Domestic Violence case in Delhi and now demanding the only home of Mr. Mishra to give in  her name.

After 3-long years fight and spend lacks of rupees at last in last week SC ordered to vacate her the premises , but the suffering and losses gone through Mr. Mishra , no one is going to compensate or any punishment to the women who done every day Domestic Violence on him.

Even the SC Judge was surprised a Women used to stay in Kanpur, filed 498A in Lucknow , DV in Delhi , enter in Father-in-law home by force in spite of court injection order and openly asking to remove her FIL from the property in the name of Molestation case.
The biggest problem of India, the Elders are subject to Domestic Violence every day in their own home in the form of Verbal abuse, Physical  Abuse , Mental Abuse and economical abuse, but our law makers failed to address the same as problem .

We have even witness article/study like, but such news does not make any National debate in Prime channel, but long hours spend why X used word like Y or why Y does not come to party of X.

Daughters-in-law abuse elderly more, says HelpAge India ...

44% elder abused by Daughter –in-law and 32% by daughter, both together it comes 76%. Where as elder abuse by son comes 24%.



Now look at Our Domestic Violence law, when a Elder Person face the problem of Domestic Violence by Daughter-in-law or by Daughter, they can’t seek any relief, where as if they face any Problem from Son, they can seek the relief under LAW.


So, a Problem Elder Abuse never find any solution, as 76% Elder abusers go Scot free in our Legal System.


Now the Question is who is going to tell this to our LAW makers and ask them to correct the Domestic Violence LAW and replace the word Men/women to Person , so that irrespective of their gender who ever done Domestic Violence can be booked and Punished ?

So , as a Volunteer , when ever I get Question from any Elder Men of India : "What if I am tortured by my daughter-in-law" - A Unanswered Question by Government result my reply :

  1. Immediately Reverse Mortgage Your property/Assets.
  2. Move to near By Old Age home , as I don't want to see another Suicide Note from age old person.

90% cases I got crying reply , sir , we have treated our Daughter-in-law as like our Daughter , why she is doing like this with us ?


They completely unaware , today Elder Abuse done by 76% by daughter or Daughter-in-law in India and 24% only by Sons.

Woman throws acid on boyfriend's face

New Delhi: A 24-year-old woman threw acid on the face of her boyfriend in east Delhi on Sunday after he failed to fulfill his promise to marry her, police said.

Arti Dikshit, a resident of Yamuna Vihar, attacked Vineet Kumar, 25, at Cross River Mall in Anand Vihar. She feared that he was about to desert her, police said.

"We received a call and rushed Vineet to hospital. He suffered 45 per cent burn injuries," Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Asif Mohammad Ali told IANS.


Police found Arti in Surajmal Vihar, near the mall. "We have detained her and informed her parents," said Ali.

Arti called Vineet, a resident of Maujpur, to the mall on the pretext of watching a movie. After spending two hours, they entered into an alteration over the issue of marriage, police said.

During the argument, she took out an acid bottle from her purse and threw acid on Vineet's face.
We wonder why Justice Verma was so blind and do not recornise the crime had no gender.  The electronic media always try to suppress such News.

NCRB2020: Acid Attack Victim data:

 

#NCRB does not to publish Men vs Women #AcidAttackVictims.
As per #NCRB2020 : Total Acid attack case: 182.
In #CrimeAgainstWomen page Acid attack case: 109.
So, Men Acid Attack Victim should Be: 73 i.e 40%.


This is not a single News there are several news also available one of them:


Justice Verma and his gang will strongly argue the crime done against women is far more than against men, so let some men suffer and make the law gender bias as the life of some men or women is not valuable as the crime done by some abala nari.

But they forget it is not the numbers game, injustice some where is direct treat to justice every where.

  • Number of Terrorist/murder in the form of Women is very less, so does all prevention of Terrorist act will be only for men? 
  • Drink and drive very women does, so does the same law should be only for men?


Request all honest citizen of India, Stop this legal terrorism of India against Indian men and demand to your MP/MLA to make gender neutral LAW as a Natural Justice all over world follow and immediately replace the word "Husband/wife" to "Spouse" and "Men/women" to "Person" or be ready to pay heavy price tomorrow as crime in society is going to increase in multiform. 


Many men well fare NGO shocked and finds it hard to believe that given the credibility and collective legal experience of the committee how could the committee choose and include only archaic and highly dangerous clauses and exclude female sexual predators or crime done by women who are also guilty of committing sexual assault and acid attack?

Presumption of guilt of a man, removal of misuse clause for women and adding an additional section for matrimonial rape in additional to already existing 15 laws for women in a matrimonial setting is something very preposterous on part of the committee. While the human rights, social rights, and legal rights of women were brought up many times by Justice Verma in his press conference, none of the same rights have been conferred on men through his legal recommendations. Men cannot expect to get a fair trial should any of these recommendations come into existence.
The above news proved beyond reasonable dought doubt on the level of due diligence claimed by the committee in the law amendment recommendations and believes it is essentially a blind copy of the recommendations proposed by a handful of aggressive women’s organizations invited for deposition.

So, my humble request , law should not be on emotion and crime does not have any sex, caste or religion , so the first priority the law should be gender neutral. If women do not do rape , they will not be punished, but outright say, women do not do rape or sexual assault, is wrong and such mindset in law making process will increase the crime in society.

Join Us to Stop this legal terrorism of India and demand to replace the word Husband/wife to Spouse and Men/women to Person to related LAW or policy like all over world follow instead of making assumption that all Women born in Raja Harish Chandra family ( never lie) and all Men born in Criminal family.
