Many non-Muslim men in Twitter made fool that 498A, CRPC125, DVact does not apply on Muslim Men, those are in that dream world , we would request them one time visit to Indian Court and see by your own eyes! 

The provisions of the ban of #TripleTalaq Act passed by Indian Law makers, proves #Misandry at best, converting a Civil disputes to criminal offence. In the World no country have such provision, they regulate the Talaq via Civil law only and punishment after proved that you violated the law. But here as accused itself (not proved you are guilty), you have to go jail and get punishment, as its criminal law.

MainFeatures:

·         All declaration of instant triple talaq, including in written or electronic form, to be void (i.e. not enforceable in law) and illegal.

• (Let you say 1000 times talaq, you do not get any relief).

·         Instant triple talaq remains cognisable offence with a maximum of three years imprisonment and a fine. The fine amount is decided by the magistrate.

·         The offence will be cognisable only if information relating to the offence is given by the wife or her blood relative.

• (If there is no evidence of Triple Talaq or witness, then also she or her parents, brother, sister can very well say to police that you verbally given Triple Talaq and police is bound to register the FIR & can arrest without any warrant from court).

·         The offence is non-bailable. But there is a provision that the Magistrate may grant bail to the accused. The bail may be granted only after hearing the wife and if the Magistrate is satisfied with reasonable grounds for granting bail.

• (After file case , if wife do not come to court , your bail at least one or two time will be rejected, as her advocate will make sure she does not come to court with some excuses and here judge is help less).

·         The wife is entitled to subsistence allowance. The amount is decided by the magistrate.

• ( Irrespective she have 1ruppes or 1 billion rupees ).

·         The wife is entitled to seek custody of her minor children from the marriage. The manner of custody will be determined by the Magistrate.

• ( Irrespective she is honest or criminal, having link to any anti-social element, child abuser, mental disease, druggist or adulterous)

·         The offence may be compounded (i.e. stop legal proceedings and settle the dispute) by the Magistrate upon the request of the woman (against whom talaq has been declared).

• (Like ordering some Pizza or cup of tea, then she can cancel the same as per her wish or whims at any point of time).

Once again the same presumption made during formation this #Unfairlaw , A #WomenNeverLie , so her verbal word itself is sufficient to term a Man is criminal and send behind the Bar as accused . Our Law makers had not learnt any lesson from law like 498A, Dowry, DVact, CRPC125, Rape, Sexual harassment law.

#MiLord of Supreme Court of India already made #TripleTalaq as void. Means if any Husband let say 1000 times Talaq , he does not get any relief. But if his wife goes to police station and says her husband had given her #TripleTalaq and it became mandatory for Police to register FIR and arrest the Husband, as the same had been made Cognizable Offence.

So, another Legal toll of #LegalTerrosim provided to Muslim Women to do blackmail, extortion to their husband along with 498A, DVact , CRPC125 .

Two wrong can’t be a Right think. Such type of #UnfairLaw kill the Fairness in Justice System, it promotes dis-harmony with leads to increase in violence & crime in society, but who cares. We choose MP’s to Make law and they are successfully misusing/abusing the same in the name of Constitution article 15 (3) against men and our #MiLord refuse to act or put any break on that.

Already bad marriage for men is nightmare; suicide of Married Men is double than married Women, but law makers determined to make their life more miserable by adding multiple law and burden on them.

So, some precaution for Muslim Men in this world of technology and redefine their role for Society must:

• 1     Mobile: Immediately put a password based screen Lock System. If your wife uses your phone and just sends some SMS or whatsapp message of #TripleTalaq to her phone, it became evidence and your 3-years convection is almost 100% grantee.
• 2.       Email, Social Profile: Ensure double password Lock System, so that hacking became difficult.
• 3.       Property & Assets: Review all your Property, assets, Bank saving, the more you have in your name, you are at more risk. Find some trust for Men well fare or create one and Gift them immediately.
• 4.       Book Old age Home: Find some good Old age Home and immediately Book an accommodation there or if you are capable start making one as trust, shelter home for Men, as there is no grantee you will be able to be allowed to stay at your own home, if your wife does not want, irrespective the same home in your name or in her name.
• 5.       Document your suffering: Till date you may have ignored many of your suffering due to your wife abusive, violent, cheating, adultery actions with hope that she will change. But now, please start documented the same, you do not know when it will be required.
• 6.       Review your relationship: Like every year we file ITR at the end of financial year with the help of CA, its time of review your relationship status with some MRA community and start taking corrective, preventive action to reduce your losses and suffering.
• 7.       Misandry Free : You can see when it comes to washing any man in Parliament or in office or in Road in spite of ideological difference Jay/Hema/May along with Ravi/Navi all get together to make life miserable of Men. As a man you too enjoy when you see some Men is suffering as entertainment, come out from Misandry or you can be next.
• 8.       #FightWith Smile: You born in this country and unfortunately get married with Indian women. So you have no choice, but to accept all the injustice, as that’s law of land. But as accused, no one can snatch your right to stick with Truth. Truth can’t be sacrificed for any think and any think can be sacrificed for truth. Fight and if required learn to take the Bullet in Chest than in Back , never ever surrender run away from war field and show the back .

• Question Of Law for SC : This #TripleTalaq law is a criminal Law or Civil Law ? Its linked with Maintenance & child custody also. If Criminal Law an accused can be arrest then final order can be punishment of Jail & Fine if found guilty. But if Civil Law the punishment of Jail & Fine should be if person violate the court order.

He Spent 7-Years In Prison For A Crime He Did Not Commit ...

On July 29, 2009 he was picked up by the police and charged of raping a 28-year old woman sleeping at the railway bridge of Ghatkopar station. Gopal pleaded not guilty, but all his pleas fell on deaf years. The police presented his case in Sewree court and within a span of ten months of the case hearing, he was awarded seven years imprisonment.

Soon after his conviction, Gopal appealed in the Bombay High court against the lower court's judgments. On June 10, 2015, the Bombay High Court acquitted him of all charges on the basis of inadequate evidence and several loopholes in the probe.

Even after the grave injustice that was meted out to him, Gopal didn't lose hope. He is on a hunger strike at Azad Maidan, Mumbai waiting to meet Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis so that he can present his case and get the policemen who framed him punished. 

Gopal, whose identity in the society is that of a rapist is not ready to live it. He wants to present his case to the CM and fight for justice. He hopes to one day bring his daughters out of the orphanage and give them a better life!

Give me Back my 7 years : Gopal Shetya , Fake Rape Accused 

We know everyone will now go behind the Police and blame that its police had framed him.  But the irony is, it is Supreme Court only made such precedents, that mere verbal statements of women to be considered as gospel truth in rape cases and the men to be convicted. 

In a number of cases SC had convicted men by mere verbal allegation only without any medical or DNA or any supportive evidence in cases. 

 

That’s how our judiciary and law makers work in our country. To convict a person court take 8 months but to decide his appeal application takes 6 years. 

No one will ask the role of the women who also part of this whole game. If this case had been any other country the women had been send in jail till now , but it is India and we are in #Misandric mind set , let punish the men first mere verbal allegations of a women, after years after years if at all he found not guilty , who cares ? Let him suffer.

It’s not only court; even media also termed many men a rapist on the mere allegation of rape without any evidence except the verbal allegations of women.

It’s not only Gopal Shetye , there are more than 76% cases in India a person had been put in jail months after months, years after years and denied bail on assumption a women never lie, a women never cheat.

Few days back it is court only said, a police can’t refuse to register a fake rape case, even though they know or have evidence, it is court to decide. 

Then how can you blame the Police alone for such manipulation? We have seen in number of cases many police officer had been blamed or sacked if they filed Final closer report in court ( FR) , because it is court had tell them to consider the verbal allegation of women as prim-faces evidence . 

It is  natural Police will prefer to file a charge-sheet as per women verbal allegations and put the ball in court rather  than taking the risk of file the closer reports in rape cases, is not that common sense said?

Today it is Gopal Shetye , tomorrow it can be any one of us victim  of such Misandric mind set , because such law and order had been passed by our elected representative and higher judiciary and none of them can be held accountable in India.

Any law or order passed on assumption a women never lie or a women never cheat is bound to get abused and not only police, everyone in the Justice system will be prefer to  take safer side than taking risk or brave step to file closer reports .

Our caution all gone in deaf years, where we had strongly recommended, you can’t arrest a person and term him rapist on mere verbal allegations. Time to SC and law makers take some corrective steps to establish our constitutions article 21 – Live and liberty in true sprite than abuse the constitutions 15(3) special privilege in the name of empower to women.

We know none can return the 7 –years of Gopal  Sathey like men in India , whatever loss he had faced had already gone and non-recoverable , but time to immediate attention need of our LAW makers as suggested by various HC  and organizations like SIF Network:

1.       There must be some re-rehabilitation scheme to Men to restart their life as fresh.

2.       A strong Punishment clause in Law itself like Lokpal act , so that Judge can take action against  to those who help or promoted or supported such fake and fabricated cases and spoiled life in beyond reasonable doughty, than hide under some use less provision like,  crpc340 or Ipc182.

3.       A person should not be arrest on mere verbal allegation, irrespective the LAW is bailable or Non-bailable.

4.       Any review or appeal must be disposed off within 30 days, as here you are not conducting any trail , you have to just review the order of lower court is right or wrong and for that 6 years can’t be a Justification at all.

5.       If court fails to give their final order on time, it is Judiciary’s failure and for that the punishment can’t be give to accused and keep the person behind the bar for month after month.

Why a common citizen of India have to pay the price of inefficiency of Judiciary to deliver the order on time?

Veteran Politician like Rajnath Singh know very well we Indians are suffering in a disease called Misandry- Male Hatred , none will dare to question any wrong doing of a women in India . 

 

If someone dare to do that, they will be termed as anti-women and Mygonist . 

 

This is not UPA; Smriti Irani, Sushma Swaraj won't quit: Rajnath Singh

NEW DELHI: The government on Wednesday rejected Congress demand for resignation of Union ministers Sushma Swaraj and Smriti Irani over 'Lalitgate' and 'fake degree' controversies, saying "our ministers do not do all that their (UPA's) ministers used to do".

"Our ministers do not have to resign. This is not their (Congress') government. This is NDA government," home minister Rajnath Singh told reporters at the Cabinet briefing.

 

Result even some opposition Party leader like Lalu Prasad Yadav, Mulyam Singh Yadav or Umar Abdula also prefer to forgive them and prefer to be silent in the name of Women, with a fear of losing Women Vote.

 

 

 

It's Media like NDTV, Times Now, CNN-IBN always reminded us via their #MediaTrial that #WomenNeverLie or #WomenNeverCheat in number of occasions let it be Preeti Zinda or Nisha Sharma cases. Mere verbal allegations by any women against men and she became National Hero. 

 

They have not learn any lesson from cases like Nisha Sharma, which found not true by court after 10 long years or Radia Tape cases where no action had been taken.

Judiciary like High Court or Supreme court also keep reminded us in number of cases #WomenNeverLie or #WomenNeverCheat and advocated various judgments merely on the basis of Women’s verbal allegations. For a same offense done by Women and men together, we had witness how Court granted Bail to women but refused to men. 

 

Don’t forget, even when a woman rapes to any men (sex without mutual consent) our Indian Misandary (Male Hatred) society and law colors the act with terms like loving or affectionate. Sadly some women consider such acts as their birth right over men. If a man tries to fight back or resist or even dreams of speaking the truth, he himself is labeled as rapist instead of being considered a Victim of rape.

 

History witness , every wrong step have a price to pay and we Indian have to pay the price for that by supporting LAW or Policy on the ideology like #WomenNeverLie or #WomenNeverCheat .

 

 

So, when you our self refused to cure from Misandry why Politician like Rajnath Singh will ask to resign #SmritiIrani #SushmaSwaraj ,#PankajaMunda or #VasundharaRaje ?

Few days back I had written Will our Youth ever try to remove Misandry (Male Hatered) from India ?  but seen counter effect , as there are some Journalist like Manoj Mitta keep spreading one sided view, hiding the fact how government change the word “Spouse” to men vs. women regarding “irretrievably Break Down of marriage law” in the name of Identity Crisis which in fact nothing but Property Garbing law. He even failed to consider the contribution and suffering a men also gone through in India at the time of Divorce no fault at his end and end up paying heavy price irrespective whose fault it is.

It’s time to accept corruption, crime or Human Rights are not a Gender Issue and oppose every LAW and Policy or Media Trial on the ideology #WomenNeverLie or #WomenNeverCheat .

Don’t blame Smriti Irani , Sushma Swaraj, Pankaja Munde , Vasundhara Raje or any Women if you yourself can’t cure Misandary –Male Hatred mind set.
