I had received many time links to join many Blogger meet, but never shown any interest. But when got the invitation from IndiBlogger Meets with #VelfieOnNokiaXL , some emotion got attached , as my first mobile phone was from Nokia only.

When reached to hall of the meet, find many young bloggers, witness their enthusiasm, still I was thinking that may be I am not in right place, as the cause I fight had never been considered as Social Cause specially those are still to be get married, they spend hours to learn every issue except the law related to their married life, the way I used to do , so just was sitting silently and observing all.

Then some bloggers started to introduce themselves as how they blog, what they blog, how they inspired to write more and more blogs and today blog is their identity.

But, no one even aware that every 8 min a mother or sisters in India lost their married son or Brother and the same is increasing in rocket speed; the way I was unaware till came to know the crime bure suicide data.

They all know how women get abused, many of them even believe that the suicide of married women is far more than married men in India, so only many laws had been made to protect them, but the reality is totally different.

So, take some courage and share to all, about my blog “Stop Abuse of Men “, there was pin drop silence for the moment, but suddenly hear the claps from others , make my another perception wrong, that all bloggers are male haters.

Then come Rajiv Makhni and Vikas Khanna and make all fun, activity, some double meaning Jokes make all Laughs, enjoy and have fun.

But first time came to Know how some misconception about NOKIAXL was like it can’t download Gogol apps or can’t do multi task. That’s called Myth.

Being a marketing guy, not need me much time to understand how competitors do negative publicity of your product and how negative or Myth or twisted fact/features of your product reach to customers much faster speed than air without any advertisement.

Love the way Nokia XL uses such Platform to send their messages and the power of Blogger’s network once again established. Rajiv Makhni should had been a marketing guy than News anchor.

In the dinner time meet many bloggers , discussed about NokiaXL ,thier ethics , brand value , at the same time many had question about how to Stop Abuse of men ?

Who ever I meet all confirmed at least one of their friends or relative had faced false rape cases from their GF or suffered in false dowry cases from their wives and end up with Divorce, but never had thought or tried to write about their story. Yes, we prefer to sleep when others home caught fire, till it reach to our own home, seems the same logic apply here.

All of them think and have strong believe , the chances of getting a false case on them or chances of Divorce is NIL in their life time . All the 68000 married men also used to think same way and when the same happened to them, unable to handle the same and prefer to end their own life with guilt feeling how stupid was they.

This is another Myth we witness, like Nokia XL faced. You can be honest; always truth full, you might have not done any wrong, but how you will ensure others also should be honest and will not misuse the law for their personnel gain or extortion? As to term any one a rapist or wife beater , there is no need of any medical or other documentary evidence required , only a verbal allegation can term you criminal irrespective you have done the crime or not done the crime.

While driving back to home , it takes me in , in the year 2005 , when I was distressed, abused  looking for some helpline for men in Internet , find the same in some 10^th page of Google , which was neither a website or news article , it was a Blog , called victim of Misuse of Dowry law.

That Blog bring me to the virtual world and I got associated with the movement called SIF (Save Indian Family).

The internet was full of article and case story how women had been abused, how but no one was talking about the abuse of men, when men also faced acid attack, men also cut by 13 or 17 pieces by their wives and her boyfriends.

I started write many article with lot of spelling mistakes to all media houses, authority , but all used to go their dustbin.

Then in the month of May, I met a bloggers from USA and he advised me to start Blogs and write my views, but I had no clue about how to write a Blog.

Being a Textile engineers and Marketing guy, I used to thought only a guy who had IT degree can make blog. So, naturally I had shown no interest to start my blog and by seeing my laziness the guy from USA create a Blog for me and send me the link and password.

I was surprised; it was so simple than open an Email account or a Face book account. Since then no stopping and started to write various suffering of men through my Blog, which had been noticed by several media houses, government authority and even by Judiciary.

First time I had term the misuse of criminal law is nothing but Legal Terrorism, many had asked me to close such blogs, but in after few days the whole internet and media house publish that Supreme Court of India had termed misuse of 498A is nothing but unleash the Legal terrorism.

Today blogs are our own media, able to reach maximum masses , reached to many abused and distressed men and their Family to provide a helping hand , create a platform for them to came , share pain, joy , love and be happy.

As we always advice to all men, when you face the abuse , recording of such abuse is must, otherwise no one will believe your pain ,as there is a strong myth prevails , if a women slap a men, definitely men had done some think wrong or if the men slap a women , then also the men done some think wrong.

 #VelfieOnNokiaXL is going to be very instrumental tools for all abused/distressed men of India, as recording of their abuse, is most important to break the Myth that when a women slap to men does not mean the Men at wrong.

Be a Blogger and Keep Blogging… it is not a rocket science at all.

Was Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar a spineless Mama's Boy?

After meeting more than 6500 people in SIF and more than 250 Feminist, my only advice to all women who want a happy married life and their Husbands as equal partner in their life is - never ever use the word "mama's boy  directly or indirectly to your Husband. The relationship between a Child and a mother in India is not made by any force or Law or by meeting on Facebook or at some pool party or by calculating the combination of beauty or brain. 

You may get some success temporally to detach your husband from his parents and made him a "Joru-Ka- Gulam" but you had given him so much pain that he may not express the same by crying in front of you but he had already termed you a Happiness Killer in his life and will definitely outburst one day and then no Law of the land or your funded campaign on TV/movie/society will able to save your relationship. More than 90% relationship become soared as Women directly or indirectly indicates their Husband as a Mama's Boy.

In our school days many of us might have read the story of Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar who took the initiative in proposing and pushing the Widow Remarriage Act XV of 1856 (26 July) in India. 

But Vidaysagar was very fond of his mother and was very obedient of her. Once during his early education years, while he was staying and studying away from home, his mother asked him to come and visit her. When he arrived at the river bank, all the boatmen refused to cross the river because of an impending storm. Unable to persuade anyone as all the boatmen were afraid of the bad weather, he started swimming across the river. This anecdote of his life not only symbolizes his fearlessness and bravery but also his blind obedience to his mother whom he loved and revered very much.

Now in 21st century many bold women as well as many alpha men who claims to be icons of feminism and champions of women empowerment may term him as a "Mama's Boy "

Ramesh Singhinia 34, working in an MNC in Delhi as HR manager, had been continuously reminded to directly or indirectly that don't be a mama's boy by his self claimed bold/educated wife. Every effort had been made to detach him from his mother who lives in West Bengal along with her husband.

Mr. Singhinia had been termed as a spineless mama's boy when his wife wanted to wear a Bikini in a family function which was held in a Club. His mother advised his bold and educated wife not to do the same. Whatever love, care, gift, jewellery, cloths she had given to her daughter-in-law became immaterial and her such advice was termed as regressive and abusive. She was even termed as a criminal and dowry seeker under 498A.

Mr. Singhinia reached the Women cell, observed openly in front of DCP his 21st century bold educated wife demanding from him: "Your mum should not come to our home and you should not even keep any relation with your mother. It is too much to handle to your mother's all old fashioned advice/customs. Choose for yourself, you want your mother or me, your wife. If you can't detach yourself from your mother give me 75 lakhs by selling your home which is under joint name with your mother and I will agree for a divorce".

Mr. Singhinia refused to buckle under such blackmailing, result after one month 498A was registered and the case reached to a Delhi court. In front of the Judge the wife kept repeating the same demand. Surprised, even the Judge was silently observing the same without any reaction as recently Supreme Court of India told any absurd verbal allegations by Daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law first register the 498A FIR. Let the Trial court decide the allegations wrong or right, till then the mother have to live as a dowry seeker for next 10 to 12 years, but FIR should not be quashed on the ground of abuse the process of LAW.

Mr. Singhinia’s mother is not alone, many mothers had been already thrown out of their own house under DV act or living silently under the ill treatment by their daughters-in-law, but there is no law by which she can seek justice under present Domestic Violence act or 498A.

Now Mr. Singhinia joined SIF movement and decided to fight the case for Next 20 years in court, prefer to be a proud Mama's boy than a "Joru-Ka-Ghulam" and Mrs. Singhinia joined award winning Feminist group and nowadays teaching Indian men how to be a good life-partner like Savan Kumar who took his wife to London to see smile on her face.

Hope very soon the biography of Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar is also going to be out of our text book soon (the name and place had been changed to protect the victim's identity).

Demand of Reverse Dowry ( Sowry) In India not Crime ?

An ever-increasing number of the city's privileged  #GoldDigger women gang making life of men miserable and still law makers are not waking up to this brutal reality. 

An estimated 95% of the Story received by the Save Indian Family Yahoo Group ( SIF) in recent times have been from the IIT , IIM , IT, MBA and well educated People who believes in hard working, honesty and self respecting and well settled in their Carrier , never demanded or seek any Money/support from their wives family, but on mere allegations by wife and they get termed criminal  as #Dowry Seeker along with their parents , brother, sisters.

In their wildest dream also they and their age old Parents, brothers or Sister never ever thought, that they will one day visit a court room or Police Station, but in reality, today their day start after visiting the Court Room or Police Station .

It's a fact borne out by Mrs. Vijya ( A school teacher ) and his son Anil Sharma. When Anil married Sangeeta, a high-profile entrepreneur, featured often in the lifestyle pages of the dailies, she thought his son found his dream partner."Last year, though, Anil came to us, complaining that Sangeeta was involved with someone else, and was mentally and physically torturing him. The case has now gone to the courts," revealed a SIF Volunteer.

More surprising is — 98% of the Story that come to SIF is Sorry-related (reverse of Dowry). Obviously, money is never enough. Interestingly, a high 85% relate to harassment by in-laws, blackmailing, and extortion of money, putting false 498A and dowry harassment case.

"Marriages are a status statement for this level of society. Invariably, the expectations of high demanding wife and their parents are became very illogical and the poor husband and their family not able to met. On the other and the Men bears the brunt of the disappointment, as you can see in false 498A case, (which Supreme court of India described as “Legal Terrorism"

The matter doesn't stop at harassment though, it soon degenerates to physical abuse, threat to kill, defame in the society and office by the support of a lot of Women Organization. According to A Supreme court Lawyer: "Domestic violence is never contained by money. The Husband and their parents and Sister get little support from the LAW, Police and Human Right Organization and are at the mercy of the Wife and their family."Since that amorphous commodity, reputation is at a premium, cases are generally hushed up, admitted By Advocate. "The trend is to strike a compromise in the range of 10 to 50 Lacks  from Husband family, legal dowry , which is termed as Sowry Harassment .

"The domestic violence that you witness at this level is very different. For instance, we've had cases where the family would ensure that no marks would be left on the Husband and Mother in LAW , Sister –In Law body .But the physical and mental trauma is still enormous," added Ashish .

Relationships with in-laws are no different in this strata, agreed experts. Ashish cited the case of a couple where the Wife,working in a call center, was actively encouraged to continue her extra-marital affair by her parents as they felt their Son-in-law didn't contribute to the family budget."Education doesn't make any difference. In our society, it's easy to hit your Husband and his mother, sister and get away with it," rued Ashish.

"It's more frustrating when the Husband and their parents and sister knows that there are no options outside , as media , Human right organization have enough time and money to protect the TADA/POTA Victim , but as WHO ( World Health Organization ) , say there is a Missing Voice ,

“ The biggest problem of India is Non caring Nature of Daughter –In –Law , for which they abuse the Elders , but for that forget any Punishment, there is no Provision for a Small warning for them . So those Dishonest Daughter –in –Law, doing the Legal Terrorism as Our government had given them the Whole sale Free License for that .”

Recent Help Age Report also confirms : 44% Elder abuse by Daughter-in-Law , 33% by Daughters and 22% by son , still in Media it is always shown the harassment by Men, a desperate attempt to hide the real fact of Harassment to Elders by Daughter-in-law or by Daughter .
