#StopElderAbuse: 63 Years old Sachin Protest in Front of PM House

Never did Mr. Sachin ,  a 63 years old sincere Govt. Servant imagine that his fate will bring him and his family to such a terrible juncture.

Son of a freedom fighter, thin, frail Sachin worked as a post man at the Head Post office in Delhi for the last 35 years. Over all these years his meager earnings did not stop him from following his father's ideals. He brought up his three children with ethics and principles. He spent all his earnings and sold ancestral land to finance his only son's engineering education .

His eldest daughter was married off a few years ago. After finishing his engineering, his son got job in a small software firm and started earning some seven thousand rupees per month. That was of great help to Mr. Sachin and his family.

But the relief was short lived. The problems started once Mr. Sachin's  son married. By that time, his son started working for a big MNC software firm Delhi.

His daughter-in-law came from a lower middle class family.Soon after marriage the daughter-in-law left for her parental home andwith a condition that she will return only if she and her husband(Mr. Sachin's son) stay separate from his family. All convincing by family elders were of no avail .

Finally, Mr. Sachin agreed to allow his son and daughter-in-law to stay in a separate rented house even against his son's wish. After all like a typical Indian he thought that his son's life was more important than his happiness. The problems did not subside .

His daughter-in-law and her parents started insisting that his son must not pay a single penny for sister's education or some expenses for Mr. Sachin's family.

Mr. Sachin had spent everything saved on his children's education. He had even sold some ancestral land for education of his son. He gets paltry pension now which does not even cover the medical expenses of family.

By now Mr. Sachin's son said enough is enough. He put his foot down and told his wife that he is no more going to accept her non-caring nature for his age old parents and young sisters, he have to supports his family it is his moral duty.

His wife immediately left his house and next day Mr.Sachin's son heard there is police outside his company asking to see him. He reached police station along with his father.

His wife with her lawyer uncle has complained at the police station that she is being mentally and physically harassed by her in-laws and husband along with a whole bunch of lies.

The counselors in police station started bullying them so that they will give in writing that Sachin's son must not pay any thing and must not visit his parents.
Mr.Sachin's son refused.

Mr.Sachin'sdaughter-in-law gave the ultimatum that if they do not comply in 2 days, she will get the entire family arrested and put inside jail.

Next day morning, police walked into their house and arrested Sachin ,his wife, his son, his younger daughter studding BSC in a local college.

The FIR was lodged by his daughter-in-law that she was harassed mentally and physically and that is enough under section 498a of Indian Penal Code for arrest of all family members without any investigation by police.

After 4 days, a family friend got a lawyer to apply bail for the entire family. In another 5 days, the family got released and returned home. The bail had the condition that Sachin  must visit police station every Monday morning and give attendance.

Now, the entire family is shattered. Mr. Sachin cries "My daughter-in-law ruined my family."

He went to the local NGOs and women organizations seeking some help. They told him to get lost. He keeps running to local Human Rights organizations. They all told him that they have not time for people who are falsely accused under section 498a and they have high priorities like women empowerment and other human rights issued.

Mr. Sachin retorts "Isn't my wife a woman ? Is not my UN-married daughter women who got jailed without any fault ?The daughter-in-law and son were staying separately and where is the question of harassment ?"

The daughter-in-law has not complained of any dowry harassment as no dowry was taken by their community. She had only complained of mental and physical harassment. Mr. Sachin wonders how can innocent women, old people be arrested with just the word of a daughter-in-law and that too without any investigation.

He asks "How does Indian constitution allow people to be arrested just by a single line of complaint by a vicious daughter-in-law ?"

Now government Proposed another another LAW IRBM the "New divorce law", where if a daughter-in-law file a divorce case after 3-years his son can't oppose and divorce will be granted without proving any Fault of his son, but he have to give her the share for the inherited Home in which he and his UN-married daughter staying . The case 498A will continue again for next 10- to 15 years to found who is at fault , but before that Mr. Sachin have to loose his home without any confirmation, he or his son or daughter is guilty or not.

The contribution of a Father for his son's education/carrier for 30 Years no rewards , in old age he does not have any right to Son saving/earning , but a Young educated Daughter-in-law have right to even his inherited Home by default , let she had contributed in marriage even for 1 day or 1-2 years.

#IRBM  another LAW to promote the Elder abuse and property garbing in India COMING SOON...... "irretrievable breakdown of marriage".

63 years old Mr. Sachin reach to PM House to Roll Back such unfair/biased/property garbing law, when maximum are prefer to sleep in optimization, that such law will never hit them as the chances of a Divorce cases in their life or their son  or brother life is 0% like Mr. Sachin used to think.

Demand of Reverse Dowry ( Sowry) In India not Crime ?

An ever-increasing number of the city's privileged  #GoldDigger women gang making life of men miserable and still law makers are not waking up to this brutal reality.

An estimated 95% of the Story received by the Save Indian Family Yahoo Group ( SIF) in recent times have been from the IIT , IIM , IT, MBA and well educated People who believes in hard working, honesty and self respecting and well settled in their Carrier , never demanded or seek any Money/support from their wives family, but on mere allegations by wife and they get termed criminal  as #Dowry Seeker along with their parents , brother, sisters.

In their wildest dream also they and their age old Parents, brothers or Sister never ever thought, that they will one day visit a court room or Police Station, but in reality, today their day start after visiting the Court Room or Police Station .

It's a fact borne out by Mrs. Vijya ( A school teacher ) and his son Anil Sharma. When Anil married Sangeeta, a high-profile entrepreneur, featured often in the lifestyle pages of the dailies, she thought his son found his dream partner."Last year, though, Anil came to us, complaining that Sangeeta was involved with someone else, and was mentally and physically torturing him. The case has now gone to the courts," revealed a SIF Volunteer.

More surprising is — 98% of the Story that come to SIF is Sorry-related (reverse of Dowry). Obviously, money is never enough. Interestingly, a high 85% relate to harassment by in-laws, blackmailing, and extortion of money, putting false 498A and dowry harassment case.

"Marriages are a status statement for this level of society. Invariably, the expectations of high demanding wife and their parents are became very illogical and the poor husband and their family not able to met. On the other and the Men bears the brunt of the disappointment, as you can see in false 498A case, (which Supreme court of India described as “Legal Terrorism"

The matter doesn't stop at harassment though, it soon degenerates to physical abuse, threat to kill, defame in the society and office by the support of a lot of Women Organization. According to A Supreme court Lawyer: "Domestic violence is never contained by money. The Husband and their parents and Sister get little support from the LAW, Police and Human Right Organization and are at the mercy of the Wife and their family."Since that amorphous commodity, reputation is at a premium, cases are generally hushed up, admitted By Advocate. "The trend is to strike a compromise in the range of 10 to 50 Lacks  from Husband family, legal dowry , which is termed as Sowry Harassment .

"The domestic violence that you witness at this level is very different. For instance, we've had cases where the family would ensure that no marks would be left on the Husband and Mother in LAW , Sister –In Law body .But the physical and mental trauma is still enormous," added Ashish .

Relationships with in-laws are no different in this strata, agreed experts. Ashish cited the case of a couple where the Wife, working in a call center, was actively encouraged to continue her extra-marital affair by her parents as they felt their Son-in-law didn't contribute to the family budget."Education doesn't make any difference. In our society, it's easy to hit your Husband and his mother, sister and get away with it," rued Ashish.

"It's more frustrating when the Husband and their parents and sister knows that there are no options outside , as media , Human right organization have enough time and money to protect the TADA/POTA Victim , but as WHO ( World Health Organization ) , say there is a Missing Voice ,

“ The biggest problem of India is Non caring Nature of Daughter –In –Law , for which they abuse the Elders , but for that forget any Punishment, there is no Provision for a Small warning for them . So those Dishonest Daughter –in –Law, doing the Legal Terrorism as Our government had given them the Whole sale Free License for that .”

Recent Help Age Report also confirms : 44% Elder abuse by Daughter-in-Law , 33% by Daughters and 22% by son , still in Media it is always shown the harassment by Men, a desperate attempt to hide the real fact of Harassment to Elders by Daughter-in-law or by Daughter .

Effect of Divorce on Indian Men !

The effects of divorce differ by situation and personal circumstance and may be different for men and women.

Most dangerous stage for men is, waiting for divorce (maximum crime of spouse murder/suicide occurred) than after divorce. as marriage disputes in India, irrespective the man is right or wrong ,they had been abused, blackmailed, treated as Free ATM machine in front of society/police/court every where. In India marriage disputes had been termed as crime for men, not for women. Recently one Great Anchor of NDTV argued as 60% Divorce filed by women means women are harrased, but same anchor do not forget to term any Men as Wife beater/dowry seeker when 40% Men file for Divorce.

Awaiting for divorce and the suicide statistics of crime bure report reflects the same.

• Crime Bure data 2012 : Married Men Sucide : 63343 vs Married Women Sucide 32000.Still there is no LAW to Protect Men why?

After divorce the men’s life became more comfortable or worse, it depends purely on how troublesome was his marriage, what type of Divorce litigation he faced.

Perception shift:

Till 1990 or up to 2000, the basic perceptions were, a divorced woman is means she is a liberated women and a divorced men means he is a wife beater/abuser, thanks to special law 498A in 1983.

But 2000 onwards the same got changed and the society slowly accepted that A divorced men also can be victims of Domestic violence in terms of financial abuse, mental abuse, sexual abuse , physical abuse and the same reflects in the Suicide statistics of Men vs Women. As the divorce rate will increase more and more the same perception change will increase more, some one like it or hate it that is the fact of irony.

Going through a divorce is never easy for anybody; however, there are certain effects of a failed marriage that occurs more often with men, than with women. When a marriage is about to be dissolved, emotions often runs high, and a lot of important financial decisions have to be made.

This is almost always a recipe for disaster. As a general rule: Never mix emotions and finances, or emotions and legal matters.

Effect of Divorce on Indian Men:

1. Financial effect: Huge loss irrespective the men is right or wrong.
2. Government support: Due to no men welfare ministry and no shelter homes, no one cares for men.
3. Emotional effect: Depend on type of trouble he faced, type of marriage they have, time spend together, child involved or not and the last think the type of divorce man got.
4. Loss of child access: Major problem and maximum divorced men suicide related to that.
5. Social effect: It is not exactly loss, his the social and networking circle got changed, attract towards more unclear family instead of joint family.

Personnel life:

1. Try to Enjoy their work place much better than previous.
2. Spend more money for their self use/fun/enjoy/travel/satisfactions of life.
3. Get less angry for small issue.
4. Became less expected in life.

With the present set up , when the country like USA , who had more than 50% divorce, their child taken the initiative for marriage more workable and the divorce rate is reducing, the country like India and Asian country divorce is increasing and that is the hard reality, as we always think the rivers other side is better than our side.

Situation in USA:

Fifty percent of all children are children of divorce. Twenty-eight percent of all children are born of never married parents. Divorce is expensive. Aid for Dependent Children (AFDC) resources are drained by the needs of divorced and single parent families; including the cost of collecting child support.

For men:

1. Men are usually confronted with greater emotional adjustment problems than women. The reasons for this are related to the loss of intimacy, the loss of social connection, reduced finances, and the common interruption of the parental role.
2. Men get remarry Proposal more quickly than women but prefer to refuse more often.
3. As compared to “deadbeat dads,” men who have shared parenting (joint legal custody), ample time with their children, and an understanding of and direct responsibility for activities and expenses of children stay involved in their children’s lives and are in greater compliance with child support obligations. There is also a greater satisfaction with child support amount when negotiated in mediation. Budgets are prepared, and responsibility divided in a way that parents understand.
4. Men are initially more negative about divorce than women and devote more energy in attempting to salvage the marriage.

With the learning from USA social impact, our aim and action as a commando of SIF movement should be to avoid the nasty divorce and promote more shared parenting, as though the society had more or less accepted the divorced men and women in open heart, but still there is some discrimination towards the divorced child.

If divorce is unavoidable, try to make the legal and financial matters strictly apart from the emotional matters, even if it tears you up inside, the alternative is a prolonged, expensive battle, that in many cases will make long lasting emotional scars on both sides, and prevent chances of a future reconciliation.

Statistically up to 15% of all divorcees end up reconciling with their former spouses, this figure could be higher if the divorce was handled in a friendly or even in a business-like manner.

Most important think is need to make the Divorce related law, less personal money earning business and less attractive and gender neutral policy/law, or be ready to increase the divorce rate and it is good or bad only future child will give the answers.

“Divorce is not the solution to a troubled marriage; but Indian men have very less choice, as there is no men well fare ministry who can think about them.

Thanks to India’s more than half dozens anti-male law and multiple litigation like 498A, DV act,CRPC125,Section24, Section18, biased adultery LAW and lot more are on the way very soon in the form of IRBM where a men may even loose 50 to 80% of his saving for " No FAULT" !!! ”

This is called the present Justice system in India and equal right in India, made by India Government.

Every Men in India are under high risk of #Fakecases at Home, Office, Road due to multiple anti-Men #Unfairlaw - which became Blackmailing/Extortion Tool. To survive or #FightBack knowledge is Key. Law is not any rocket Science. Buy & start Read Law Books Now!

For a wife even adultery also is not a crime (it is a rewarding option and free money earning business for the whole life), but for a man even an allegation of “Name-calling” is crime and not only the man, his mother/sister/age-old father also can be put behind the bar under 498A or DV act.
So for men filling Divorce in India means moving From Frying Pan to Fire

Just like SurajPancholi, thousands of helpless men get victimized

Just like SurajPancholi, thousands of helpless men get victimized with threats of Suicide from wives and girlfriends every year.

Based on media reports and alleged suicide note of Jiah Khan, 22-year old SurajPancholi was arrested and sent to jail for committing the crime of abatement to suicide. We have to understand that such laws do not exist in other countries in the world. Is suicide a solution to break-ups or separation? Jiah Khan attempted suicide 8 months ago and nothing was done to ensure that she does not repeat it. It is absurd to assume that all human relations will remain everlasting in this age of modernity. Finally, women are portrayed as victims, and men as abusers.

SurajPancholi is no alone. Thousands of men across India call SIF helplines every week. Half of them have faced threats of suicide from their wives from time to time, if they do not meet her unreasonable demands.

These men are scared. These abusive wives refuse to come to a counselor or a psychiatrist. When these young men plead to the parents of women about their suicidal nature, parents do not take it seriously. These men cannot run away from home or file for divorce, fearing that this may prompt her to commit suicide. They suffer mental and physical abuse from possessive, controlling and suspicious wives. In fact, the society laughs at them as “Harassed Husbands” rather than helping the man and making arrangements for counseling of such women. Now, this phenomenon is getting extended to relationships before marriage as well. Being obsessively possessive and controlling is not a sign of love.

In short, India is sitting on a ticking time bomb as the society refuses to recognize the issue of threats of suicide inside marriages or in relationships. The society just behaves as if such incidents are rare or wishes that this problem will go away on its own. Then, it recommends revenge on the man if the woman commits suicide. Home Ministry (NCRB) data says, 24% of all suicides in India are due to Family Reasons and 3.4% due to failed love affairs.

Here are concerns of SIF around this case:

1.      There are no checks and balances in this abatement to suicide law. SurajPancholi did not point gun at the head of Jiah Khan to force her commit suicide. Breaking-up with a girlfriend or being commitment-phobic is not a crime. As reported, Suraj did everything he could so that Jiah Khan can get some psychiatrist help, after she attempted suicide 8 months ago. One has to wonder, why Jiah’s mother did not get her to a psychiatrist.

2.      This abetment to suicide law is very selectively applied by police. When a husband commits suicide blaming torture by wife and in-laws, the police refuse to arrest the woman and her parents. However, if a wife commits suicide, the husband and in-laws go to prison for 6 months to 2 years and are presumed guilty until proven innocent. Is the life of a man cheap? Males are the disposable gender.

3.      This abetment to suicide law and the social attitudes around it actually encourage suicides, by taking away the responsibility from a person to preserve his or her own life.

4.      Many possessive women are already abusing their husbands and boyfriends and threatening suicide, if he stands his ground and defends his dignity. Arrest of SurajPancholi will only increase such incidents rapidly. A man is completely helpless here.

5.      Jiah Khan attempted suicide 8 months back. It is reported that SurajPancholi was extremely concerned about her life after that incident and he called her mother to India and he even spoke to her for taking Jiah Khan to a psychiatrist. What more can a man do? He is helpless beyond a certain point, when a woman is obsessive and suicidal?

6.      Did Jiah Khan’s mother Rabiya Amin take her to a psychiatrist or counselor, even after knowing about her attempt to commit suicide? As a mother, is not it her responsibility to ensure that her daughter handles stress and relationship troubles with help from mental health professionals?

7.      SurajPancholi and many men are victimized as the hatred against men or misandry in general is fueled by mass hysteria after incidents of rape. SIF demands an end to large scale gender hate, stereotyping and the attitude to judge men harshly. If hate cannot solve communal or religious problems, then why it is assumed that blaming men and spreading hate against men will solve crimes against women?

8.      If a young man commits suicide and he leaves a suicide note, blaming his girlfriend for hurting him, cheating on him and abusing him, will the society show same fervor in demanding arrest of the girl involved? If not, then why men are victimized for the decision for a woman to commit suicide for break up?

Threat of suicide by man is actually defined as domestic violence under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (PWDVA), which is applicable to both marriages and live-in relationships. A woman can get a restraining order from a court against husband and boyfriend if they threaten suicide. However, the society and the women’s organizations force Government to refuse to protect men from such forms of domestic violence. If they had, then SurajPancholi would have got a restraining order and would have legally forced Jiah Khan to get psychiatric help.

It’s a slap on the face of Bollywood

Finally, Bollywood itself has indulged in spreading large scale hatred against men in recent times, with anti-male stereotyping without looking at issue in a more academic and meaningful manner. Many Bollywood actors are full of misandry. Now, one among them has committed suicide and a budding actor is in prison. It’s a slap on Bollywood’s face and its shows how disconnected Bollywood is from group realities in spite of its false claims to transform the society.

Many actors like Shah Rukh Khan to Amitabh Bacchan have publicly proclaimed, “I am ashamed of being a man”. Shaming all men for the crimes of a few is nothing but anti-male hate or misandry. If misogyny is not healthy for the society, then how can misandry create a better society? We hope, Bollywood actor realize that in this grave hour.

In this particular case (below), a husband committed suicide blaming torture by wife and in-laws. The police did not arrest the wife and in-law even after hundreds of phone calls are made to Mumbai police by SIF members. If the law of abetment to suicide is to save people from suicide, should not it be applied equally to both genders? Or is men’s life cheaper in Indian society?

SFF Demands that:

1.      Government must bring checks and balances to all laws related to suicide, like abetment to suicide and dowry deaths.

2.      Government must make domestic violence law gender neutral and protect men from wives and girlfriends, who threaten suicide every now and then.

3.      Suicidal women must be forced to undergo counseling and treatment.

4.      All laws must be made gender neutral and both genders must be treated in a fair manner.

5.      The society must take steps to curb misandry. It is challenging, because it is too easy to blame and stereotype all men citing incidents of rape or other crimes against women. Such misandry will vitiate gender relations.

6.      It must be ensured that, men’s rights to liberty, dignity and basic human rights are not snatched away in the name of empowering women.

According to National Crime Records Bureau, about 20,000 men and about 12, 000 women committed suicide in 2011 for “Family Reasons” alone.

Save Family Foundation (SFF) calls for Peaceful Candle March

PRESS RELEASE

Photo By Mark : Indian men : Avoid ending your Life by Suicide , Call help line

Sub: Save Family Foundation (SFF) calls for Peaceful Candle March in the honor yet another Martyr of Marriage

Morning Shocker:

It was a usual Wednesday morning to which Bangalore woke up, only to be shaken by the brazen news of a young man of 36 committing suicide due to alleged torture by wife leaving behind his 1 year old son, 2 married brothers, an old mother and an unfortunate suicide note blaming his wife and mother-in-law for the extreme step of ending his life. Techie by Profession, Manoj Kumar worked for Oracle, while his wife Pramila worked for Bharat Electric Limited.

Manoj has had a tumultuous marriage. Constant torture by his wife which reached unbearable limits as she forced him to stay away from his family under threats of getting him jailed under a false 498A (dowry) case led Manoj to write “Sorry Son” on his T-Shirt before hanging his body from the ceiling fan on the unfortunate night of 8th April 2013. This was after his wife abused his entire family, physically assaulted his brother with a helmet and tried to attack his old mother before she dared them that she would get them jailed in false dowry case if her demands are not met.

Manoj is not a solo victim but amongst lakhs of men who are abused daily in marriages and with this suicide, he enters the thousands of unfortunate men who die a silent death in an insensitive society that refuses to protect men.

Far Away in Dehradoon:

Manoj’s case is not very different from the case of Dr. Prashant Pandey of Dehradoon who committed suicide about two months ago as he was trapped in false cases and was not getting justice anywhere from the legal system. 55 days after he succumbed to the anti-male bias, his perpetrators roam free in the society while the Dehradoon DCP gives lip-service to his family.

Save Family Foundation (Regd.) comprises of families fighting against all laws that aggravate marital disputes; promote abuse of the elderly; violate basic human rights of men, women and children; precipitate family break-ups, facilitate the acquittal of the misuse of the law and promote a fatherless society.

SFF recognizes such abuse of men is growing by the second and being exasperated, these men are committing suicides. These men are not dying; they are actually “Martyrs of Marriage”, as they lay down their lives at the altar of marriage trying to protect it from their vindictive, abusive, manipulative and greedy wives.

Having no law at their disposal to protect them and also fearing false cases being lodged against them under the various anti-male laws, these innocent abused male victims feel it’s the end of the road and take to the extreme step of ending their lives. SFF displays solidarity with the families of such victims and strongly condemns their deaths.

No Isolated Cases:
As per data provided by the National Crime Record Bureau (NCRB), every year more than 62000 married men are committing suicides and the number is rising. In the last 15 years close to 200,000 married men have committed suicide directly due to domestic violence and torture from wife as per the analysis of NCRB, a unit of Union Home Ministry.

A mark of respect for the Martyrs of Marriage:

On the Saturday, 13th April, 2013, four cities – Bangalore, Delhi, Lucknow and Kolkata – will rise for men as citizens will be participating in Peaceful Candle March praying for the departed souls of the Martyrs of Marriage demanding strict action against such women and their family members who abet the suicides of these martyrs.

The Address for Delhi Protest is in front of Delhi Police Headquarters (ITO).

Time: 6:00 – 7:30 PM, Date: 13 April 2013

SFF Demands:

1.       CrPC 41 Amendment should be strictly followed. Registration of FIR should be carefully done and Power of Arrest should be carefully exercised.
2.       Fair and Unbiased investigation of cases. Complainant’s claims should be diligently investigated and verified.
3.       Police should be sensitized towards issues of domestic violence faced by men. Proper Complaint redressal mechanism for Husbands harassed by the wife.
4.       The cases related to Suicide of Husband should be dealt with same sincerity as it is dealt with Wife’s Suicide.
5.       Suicide of Married Men is a serious issue (double the rate than married women) and the unfortunate incident of suicide of Sh. Manoj Kumar should be reminder to the system to improve its sensitivity towards Married Men suffering from domestic violence and threats of false cases by the wife.

Join SIF Team to Stop this legal terrorism of India and demand to replace the word Husband/wife to Spouse and Men/women to Person to related LAW or policy like all over world follow instead of making assumption that all Women born in Raja Harish Chandra family ( never lie) and all Men born in Criminal family.

Men’s Rights Activists are dismayed at lack of political will to protect men or Boys.

Men are Victim of Work Place Sexual Harassment

Activists fighting for men’s rights have expressed extreme amount of displeasure and dismay at the Cabinet’s decision on the rape law.
Background:
The discussion around the rape law gained ground after all media channels unanimously hyped a single case of Delhi gang-rape (December 16, 2012) and made it a national issue inciting public emotions against the male gender and accusing the Government not doing enough to protect women. This was despite the already existing toughly anti-male rape laws and 15 other laws targeted specifically against men which were draconian, barbaric and unconstitutional in nature.
Bowing down to the pressure from the feminist dominated media, the Govt. formed a committee under retired judge Justice Verma whose recommendations sought to convert every intra-gender (male-female) transaction into a non-bailable offense, punishable at the whim and fancy of the woman. All this was done under cute names like stalking, voyeurism, eve-teasing etc. Every definition of crime was not only vague but one-sided. None of the definitions included abuse of men by women.
However, on 3rd February 2013, the Government passed an Ordinance called the Rape Ordinance which identified a wide variety of sexual assaults affecting both the genders and passed a gender neutral ordinance which covered male victims of sexual assault as well. This was a historic move wherein, for the first time in the history of India, a gender neutral law was passed which recognized the abuse of men as well and sought to protect them.
The Shocker:
However, the feminist and the feminist dominated media were extremely unhappy about men being protected and created a lot of hue and cry over the Ordinance being gender neutral and sought to nullify it calling it anti-women.
And the shocker came on the 11th of March 2013, whence the Government actually did a U-Turn, reverting back the bill being gender biased and anti-male, renaming it as the “Anti-Rape Law” instead of erstwhile “Sexual Assault Bill”, leaving male victims of such offenses high and dry.
The consequences:
While, as we all know, it won’t be the case that with the passage of this yet another anti-male law, which does not cater to the problems of the male world, the lives of men are suddenly going to become risky.
Lives of men have always been risky as primarily it is the men who undertake huge risks in order to ensure cultural, technological and societal progress and selflessly men have lost their lives for the same, be it war or adventure or scientific inventions.
Whether it is a case of 5 army-men losing their lives attempting to safeguard the borders of India or a couple of fishermen losing their lives accidentally as they undertake daily risk of fishing in troubled waters in order to eke out a livelihood.
It’s just that, with this law, the lives of men are going to become riskier as now the streets have become extremely dangerous for men as now,
  1. Any man who gets entangled with a woman in any sort of argument, which can be due to the woman’s fault or provoked by her will be converted into a false case of stalking or voyeurism and the man would be immediately arrested. For no fault of his, the man would be fighting a frivolous criminal battle.
  2. Male victims of feminine sexual aggression, female sex offenders and female rapists would be embroiled in false rape cases wherein the perpetrator of the crime and the victim of the crime would just swap roles.
  3. Boys facing sexual assault, inappropriate touch, and sexual oppression from girls and adult female relatives including Ayaahs would continue to face the horror and grow up with an impaired psychology which will affect their quality of life at every stage. It may potentially increase criminal bent of mind in such boys as they grow up to become men and this could rather increase the crime in the society than decreasing it.
  4. Small political parties like Maharastra Navnirman Sena, Samajawadi Party, Bahujan Samajwadi Party will face greater risks as their male political cadre could be trapped in false cases of stalking and eve-teasing by opposite parties, especially big and powerful political parties, and this could be a serious blow to the political roadmap of these small parties, who now have no option but to listen to UPA 2.
  5. Increase of false cases of rape, molestation, stalking, voyeurism, etc. and the subsequent jailing and harassment of innocent men would contribute towards the growing element of Gynophobia (fear of women). This would result in men shying away from women and mingling with them. In fact, already the helplines of men’s rights activists have started ringing with queries like, “Is it OK to refuse to escort a woman at night?”, “Is it OK to refuse to a movie with a woman at night?”, etc.
  6. This will also affect the voting pattern as men’s rights activists have vowed not to vote and to discourage others from voting for either anti-male MPs or for those political parties who did not support the gender neutrality of the bill. They’d rather people to vote for independents or for parties like SP, BSP and the Trinamool Congress.
  7. As per World News in UK along more than 64000 women had been convected for sexually abuse/rape the child . As India government failed to make the Rape law gender Neutral , will not massive women from such countries like UK will come to India and abuse the child , gang rape other women/men , as in India the same is not recornised as crime? Will not India became a safe heaven for such women as there is no punishment for rape the child, gang rape to other women and man by a women?
The Problems:
It was extremely disheartening to see that the Government was bowing down before a few women organizations and backed out on its decision to provide the society with a gender neutral law. It is pertinent to mention here that the electorate of India has not voted for these women organizations, whosoever they may be.
The electorate of India has voted the UPA 2 Government to power and wrested the power of law-making in their hands and it becomes the duty of the UPA 2 Government to ensure a safe and free society for all citizens irrespective of caste, religions, sex and creed. Even the constitution of India, vide Article 14, guarantees the same. And hence, this regressive step of removing gender neutrality from the law is an unconstitutional step by UPA 2 in the event of its failure to contain the anti-male women organizations filled with male hatred.
Demands:
  1. The Houses must not pass the gender-biased version of the bill and must send it back to the Standing Committee for further review.
  2. As the Justice Verma Committee totally ignored the presentations sent by the various men’s rights groups, the said Standing Committee should invite these groups and take their views into consideration.
  3. The bill must not be passed in the absence of a strong misuse clause to prevent false cases from becoming yet another industry of extortion and revenge.
  4. Government must form National Commission for Men and Men Welfare Ministry in order to avoid such last minute hassles and rushes in law making.
  5. Only Gender Neutral laws must be passed.
  6. Women organizations with vested interests and partisan agenda must not be encouraged to such an extent that they can literally hijack the law-making process.
We end this press release with an end-note of caution that more and more anti-male laws will lead to rise in crime in the society, choice belies with the Government whether to heed to the warning or face the consequences.

Election 2014: Vote for any party, but not to Anti-Men MP.

Dear Citizens of India, especially husbands and their family members, I urge you to vote for any party, but NOT to vote any politician who is against men.

Today we have more than 6 crore families suffering due to misuse of 498a that came into existence in 1983. Hon’ble Supreme Court labelled this law as ‘Legal Terrorism’ in 2005; however government has done nothing to stop this misuse. The recent Law Minister has stated that he cannot do anything to stop the misuse of 498A. His lame excuse is that any steps to curb this menace will generate ire from Women’s organisations. I ask the learned Law Minister: Is the country governed by Women Organisations? So he believes that votes of men have no value at all?

Statistics from NCRB (National Crime Records Bureau) clearly show that more than 64,000 Indian husbands end their lives every year. These are due to lack of support and due to government's anti-male, anti-family, anti-child, biased and lopsided LAWS like 498A, Domestic Violence act, CRPC125, Adultery LAW and 4 other maintenance laws. The entire Husbands’ family is deemed as a Free ATM machine and they get worse treatment than animals in India. These are due to Congress’s gender biased and one-sided gender laws and policies.

Although Supreme Court of India termed Misuse of 498A as “Unleash Legal Terrorism” and Domestic Violence act as the “most clumsily drafted LAW”. In India, as per the Domestic Violence law, irrespective of the truth, an allegation by the wife can get you, your mother, your father, sister thrown out of your own house. All it requires is a single complaint by wife. This is applicable even if any women shows apprehension “I anticipate Domestic violence against me”. It does not matter if you are a husband or a boyfriend, you will be thrown out from the house where you co-habit. Your bank accounts will be frozen. It will be upto you then to prove your innocence. She would not be expected to prove anything; a woman’s words are taken as gospel truth in India. Congress government considers all wives and daughter-in-laws to be born in Raja Harish Chandra’s family. Although lakhs of families have suffered, Congress government had not taken any corrective action and hence husbands and their families continue to suffer on a daily basis.

•Do you know who have given the wholesale free license to your wife to commit adultery and still not be classed as a crime? Anti-Men MPs.

•Do you know who have given the whole sale free license to your wife to abuse your old age parents and sisters and still not be classed as crime? Anti-Men MPs.

•Do you know who have given the whole sale free license to your wife to throw you and your elderly, frail parents from your own home? Anti-Men MPs.

•Do you know who have given the whole sale free license to your wife to kill your Unborn child and still not be classed as crime? Anti-Men MPs.

•Do you know who have given the whole sale free license to your wife to stop you from seeing your own child? Anti-Men MPs.

•Do you know that even a terrorist has the right to stay in his own home, but an Indian husband does not have any right to stay in his own home, if his wife demands the same under DV act; and who have made this law? Anti-Men MPs.

•Do you know who gave whole sale free license to your wife to beat, abuse, refuse food to your child, while you cant even question this, since questioning her will be classed as abuse? Anti-Men MPs.
•Do you know if your wife demands Rs10,000 for her kitty party and you give Rs8000, you have committed a crime by giving her less. And who drafted this law? Anti-Men MPs.

•A man or child cannot file a case of rape against a woman. However she can continue to rape you every day or cut your body into a dozen pieces. Who has drafted laws to protect such women? Anti-Men MPs.

This is the sad state of affairs in the current Legal system in India, a system created by Anti-Men Congress government.

Adultery for a wife is not a criminal offence. If anything, it is a rewarding option that generates free money for the rest of her life. However for a man, even questioning her intentions is labelled “Name calling” and is a crime as per Indian law. In such instances, the husband, his sister, his elderly mother and father can also be put behind bars under the DV act.

We have researched court records and identified that women who rush to courts to extort money from innocent husbands are often well educated, working, physically able to earn. They not only file one, but many cases such as 498A, mentioning that they were ill-treated by their husbands’ for money. However they shamelessly ask for money openly in front of Police, media and courts. Supreme court recognised these patterns and hence labelled ‘Legal terrorism’. It is also worth noting that if a wife earns money and a husband is unable to earn due to any physical disability, husband is not eligible for maintenance from the working woman. It does not matter if he had previously earned lakhs/crores and given it all to his wife.

So the question arises: Are Indian Husbands a Free ATM Machine for Indian wives? As per Anti-Male MPs and politicians, the answer is: Yes.

In the current legal system, a wife can claim maintenance from 4 different laws, like Section24, Crpc125, section18 and Domestic Violence act. This leads to a horrifying abuse and mockery of the Indian Judiciary System. Such greedy wives file 3 to 4 different cases in different courts, in different states. I ask, is this not wastage of Judicial resources? Is this not a violation of Indian constitution, which clearly states that a person cannot be convicted for the same offence more than once? If so, why are 4 different maintenance cases allowed against a Husband, even if the husband has committed an offence?

Gender wise, Statistics of number of victims of Murders, Suicides and Accidents all over India, in Year 2009 (courtesy: Ministry of Home Affairs, Indian Government) to understand whose life in more danger: men or women?

http://ncrb.nic.in/cii2007/cii-2007/Table%204.9.pdf
In 2009, 2008 and 2007 the dowry death convictions are 1882, 1948 and 1946 respectively.
These dowry deaths are too small a number for a country of 1.2 billion people.
Accidental Deaths:

Male Victims=276,333(77.4%) Female Victims=80,688 (22.6%) Total Victims=357021
Suicides:

(Male Victims=64.1%, female Victims=35.9%)
Total Victims of Suicide, Murder and Accidents:
Male Victims=361,333(73%) Female Victims=135,839 (27%)

Despite these statistical facts, there is no LAW to Protect Men- Why?

Will Our LAW Makers ever change the LAW 304B (dowry death) to 304C (Sowry Death) and 498A (Dowry harassment to wife) to 498B (Sowry harrasement by wife)?

Our Proposal :

If you really want the LAWS not to be misused left, right and center; if you want the laws 498A/DV act to change to prevent their misuse: "Vote for any Party but not to Anti-Men Politicians.

or

Be ready to watch Rape statistics doubling in next two years and becoming yet another extortion, blackmailing and easy money earning business for all Advocates, Policemen and greedy women.

Summary of our Recommendations:

We Request that you meet your MP/MLA/Ministers and demand:

1)    Make Rape Law/498A/DV act/CRPC125/Proposed IRBM- Gender Neutral as in other countries across the globe
2)    Relationship cheating/ending cases should not be allowed to be converted into rape cases which drain the scarce resources from genuine rape cases.
3)    Those filing/alleging false complaints of Rape cases should be severely punished, so that genuine cases like ‘Nirbhaya, get justice.
4)    Introduce the much required police reforms to increase conviction rates of rape cases
5)    Introduce the much required judicial reforms for speedier justice and to increase conviction rates of rape cases.

·        All references to “Man” or “Woman” must be replaced with the word “Person” or “Whosoever”
·        All references to the words “His” or “Her” to be must be replaced with the word “His or Her”
·        All references to the words “He” or “She” must be replaced with the word “He or She”
·        All references to the words ‘Husband” or “Wife” must be replaced with the word “Spouse”

Live-in-relationship or marriage disputes should not be included in the Sexual Assault as the same is already covered under Domestic Violence act.

Danger for Future Children & Men:

Justice Verma Committee had seen only one side of the coin with biased view. The committee give a big lecture of International law and Justice system, but failed to identify the real problem and totally remained blind to the suffering Men and children face at the hands of a "Rapist women". They also completely ignored to take into account cases of "False/Fabricated Rape".

The final punch:

Indian Women say: Murder any man and demand immunity under IPC 100 saying “He was trying to rape me”. When they do they thank #justiceverma

We had repeatedly requested and given all the examples suffering of Indian husbands and demanded all Gender Biased LAWS should immediately to be made gender neutral rather than assuming that women never lie and all men are born Criminals. "MAN/WOMAN" word to be replaced by word "PERSON" and word wife/husband to be replaced with the word "SPOUSE".

Despite our efforts, it fell on deaf ears of Government. In return the Ex-WCD minister shamelessly said: It’s the turn of Indian men to suffer, as women have suffered for long”. This is like saying Muslim Kings had destroyed lots of temple, so let demolish all Mosques in India.

·         Don’t trust Your Men, trust Condom, and this statement is given to reduce the incidence of AIDS. How can people ignore the fact that AIDS spreads by having sex with multiple partners and condoms can be used for multiple sex partners. We term married couples as single partners and encourage trust in them.

·         A Diwali Gift to Indian women. (Within two weeks, four women were send behind bars under first DV act case in Pune and one elderly woman had to leave her own house since her daughter-in-law walked into her house with her all friends and parents.

There is another option: Vote for congress and ensure more and more suffering takes place. Not only congress, all other political parties will consider increasing the suffering of Husbands and their family members. Such husbands and their families cannot ensure defeat or reduction in vote share of such parties, so let them create more and more anti-husband, anti-family, anti-child and anti-men biased and lopsided laws in this country.

Choice is yours; you must remember “The crying baby gets the milk”.

Anti-Men government has converted the Indian Criminal Justice system as a whole sale, free money earning business though Legal Extortion from Husbands and their families.

Vote for any party, but not to Anti-Men Politicians/MPs. By doing this you will give a clear message that anti-husband, anti-men, anti-family and anti-child laws and policies will no more be tolerated by Indian citizens.

Save Family Foundation, Men Right Associations along with more than 40 NGOs all over India request you to Send the "Anti-Men-MP" Name in Comment section with reason. We will publish the final list of all such MPs after review with all 40 NGO heads.

If any MP feels he/she is not Anti-Men they can give their justification and explain what they have done with our Proposals.

Election 2014: Vote for any party, but not to Anti-Men MP.
